one day an outbreak started on an experiment and well it got to the civilians and a war started this all started in 2050 now it's about ten years later. And well as you can probably guess the world is a mess. We have God eaters who risk there lives every day for use and I witnessed my parents being murdered in front of me by one of those monsters. Let me explain to you why that happens why there are monsters well..... the weak turn into these monsters. when I was ten my parents put here lives on the line and they didn't have a weapon. the told me to run till I can't run anymore. I collapsed to the ground and started to cry I passed out and then a family with a boy around my age me and well that was that. I lived with them ever since.

on till mom got sick and was on deaths door.

"why most it be her why not someone else? why..." I sobbed.

" hey it's going to be fine there's a doctor is and is seeing to her" my brother said.

" I have some bad news." he gave the boys a sad look " shes dieing"

" are you sure like there as to be something yh can do right" I said weakly.

"I'm sorry there's nothing I can do I must go" the doctor said quietly.

after the doctor left the two boys went into the room and there mother look to the side. Mason the adopted son smelled mold and it was really dirty something there mother never did.

"Jason stay here Mason wait outside I love you." once Mason left the mother spoked again. " You need to go to the North gate you need to find help for yourself and take Mason.... please do this it's my last wish from you ok.."

" what hold on..." Jason started to cry because the light in his mom's eyes was growing darker. " No no no no not yet please. please not yet...." he said as he cried into his mom's chest.

" Mason we need to go. pack up clothes, food and some other stuff." Jason said numbly.

" what happened to mother?" asked Mason.

" she's died."

" how...."

" I don't know but we need to go."

they started to back there bags bit by bit they where making progress and the sun was just starting to rise.

" we need to hurry."

" that's what I'm trying to do. do you have the food done and pack?" asked Mason

" almost you got the clothes packed?"

" ya I'm packing somethings to start fire and other things" mason said.

" mom told me to say something to you." jason said.

"what did she want to say?"

" that she loves you and to be strong for her." said Jason.

" I hope shes on a better place no at least right brother?" Mason said quietly.

" ya let's hope little brother"
