Both girls are getting ready for the club, Soraya and Abigail, are best friends since college, they both live in Abigail‘s home,

Abigail parents are in England, doctors and lawyers, they send their daughter to the United States, to study, and work, and by choice to live, both parents would visit their daughter twice a year.

Soraya's parents died when she was in middle school, in resulting her being poor and dirty all the time, she lived with her grandparents was poor, but she was very smart.

When Soraya was in high school her last year, she received a scholarship for the United States of America to attend college, that’s when the lawyer of her parents came to the grandparent's house and gave her the news about her parents. inheritance, in resulting she buy a new home for her grandparents, and find a maid to take care of them.

In Paris, her grandparents lived a happy life and they knew that they didn’t have to worry about her. Soraya's mother died in childbirth, this she did not know, she lived with her dad, but resulting from his death, the grandparents did not know what was going on, so they lived poor for quite a while. Her grandparents are proud of her because she would call them, and visit them every holiday in Paris. She loved her grandparents because they were the only person as relatives that she knew about, she knows that she has an older brother somewhere, but his existence is unknown.
