My name is Alicia Terry and this is my life, or let's just say the life 'I Never Wanted'. In my world, the definition of Love is the definition of Buisness, and I learnt that from my mother. My mom said she fell in love with my father at first sight, and he asked her out that 1 week later, they started dating and two weeks later, they got married. And when my mom became pregnant, he asked for a divorce saying 'the deal' he made with his friends was they would get married without having children. Yeah! It was a deal!. My mom said my dad was the most popular guy in her school and she was nicknamed 'the ugly duckling' of the school', and she seriously believed he fell in love with her, my supposed father made a deal with his friends, and playfully married my mother without even caring about her feelings!! And what's really annoying, is that my mother still loves him! Every time, she wants to show me a picture of him, so I could know how my father looks like.. Some times I wonder if Black Magic was not involved, which child would want to see the man married their mother for a deal!

"I feel your pain, Alicia" Amy says

I'm attending the school, where my mom and dad met, feel that" I pout, "I can't just say 'No' to my mother", we collect our uniforms, heading to our hostel to change.

This is my first day in school and you might be wondering why I told my life history to a girl i just met 30 minutes ago, because I felt she was really nice and she was someone I could really trust.

On our way, we saw a guy running towards us, and I should admit he is really handsome. While he was running, girls were saying 'oh is so tall', 'that's the guy senior girls were talking about', 'he is so hot', 'his sister is so lucky', how is his sister so lucky, it's not like she's dating him.

He stops breathing heavily, he smiles, " Hi"

Amy smiles, looking at him lustfully "Are you okay?"

"Yeah, I'm fine" He looks at me "Hi"

I can't stop looking at him, what's happening

...Amy giggles as she looks at Alicia staring at him, she talks while laughing 'Alicia', she's still staring...

"Alicia!" Amy shouts, Alicia snaps back to reality, "Hm, what", Amy and the handsome guy laughs

"Am i that handsome" he says, Alicia looks at him in disgust, "I mean, i know I'm handsome, but i didn't realize i am too handsome that you stared at me for 20 minutes", he laughs " You fell in love with me at first sight, how cute"

Amy joins him in laughing, Alicia glares at her till she noticed and stops laughing. Oh great you're a narcissist, that's a development, I am pretty sure my mom didn't mention my dad was a narcissist

Alicia puts on a fake broad smile "can I know your name?". He clears his throat, standing aright " David, David Ryan"

"Please David, you are obstructing our path" Alicia puts on a serious face and he realizes he was obstructing their path, he smiles and excuses them, "Thank you" Alicia deepens her voice.

Alicia walks forward, thinking Amy was tagging along, she turns around seeing Amy looking at David like she wants to eat him "Amy!!!" Alicia shouts, Amy snaps "seriously!, we are going to miss class"

Amy runs to Alicia as they go to their hostel to get changed for class. It was time for a gather at the assembly ground, all the new students gathered as the principal walks up to the podium, the principal smiles, clapping her palms together "Hi"

They all shout "Hi", Alicia and Amy arrive late and stay at the back " Argh! Great" "On my first day at school, i can't even hear what she's saying!" The principal discusses with the students as Alicia jumps to see what's going on "I can't even see!, Guys like that are bad news!"

Amy sighs, Alicia looks at Amy "At least it's easy for you, you're like 5cm taller than me"

Amy stands on her toes to look properly "I can't see well either" Alicia jumps continuosly to get a proper view, "if I see that narcissist again, I'll tell him right in the face, that nobody cares if he knows he's handsome" a tall figure walks to Alicia's back, he puts his hands around her waists and lifts her up, Alicia laughs, "Thanks"

He smiles silently, Amy turns to say something, and sees him, he winks, Amy giggles. "Thanks Amy, I can see clearly now", "Pfft, she's just saying school rules", " I don't care, you can put me down now" Alicia reaches to his hands on her waist and feels the hands holding her waist are muscular 'Hm?', Alicia looks down, and gasps as Amy giggle "You again!!"

Alicia struggles "Put me down this instant!" David laughs as he puts her down, Alicia adjusts her skirt as she noticed it was pushed up, "oh now, you're a narcissist and a pervert", " why are you still disturbing me"

"Disturbing you?, you needed help, so as a gentleman, I should assist a damsel in distress" David laughs as Alicia glares at him "Gentleman my foot"

The Principal notices they were talking at the back, she shouts, "Hello! Can you hear me!?"

Alicia shouts "Of Course not!, what do you expect, this is the time when i say 'i regret being short" David, Amy and the other students laugh

The principal chuckles, and calls out "David!" She looks around "David Ryan?", David looks forward " Present!"

The principal calls him up, David walks through the crowd, going to the podium, as girls whisper to each other. He walks up and the principal whispers to him, he nods, walking down the podium.

Alicia looks around and sees all the school girls giggling, "Pfft, My mom must have suffered", " Looking at what's happening right now, she must have had a lot of competition and a lot of bullies", Amy laughs, Alicia eyes her "is laughing your hobby?", Alicia clears her throat

David walks up to the podium, testing a microphone, " Testing, I'm so handsome, Testing" all the girls scream and the principal laughs aloud. Alicia sighs

Amy screams, and Alicia moves further away from her, David walks to the principal and gives her the microphone, the principal thanks him, he tries to walk down the podium but she stops him calling out his name on the microphone "David, please come closer, I want to introduce you" David smiles widely walking to her

"Hello students, once again, I'd like to introduce myself, my name is Deborah Ryan, and Mr. Handsome over here" she reaches to David, hanging her hand on his neck "is my son, David Ryan, and also he is the Student council's president"

Amy and Alicia come together and gasps, Alicia stammers "St..s..tudents Council's President", Alicia gulps, " My school life is going to be ruined!!!!!"

"haha!, great!", "son of the principal and president of student council" Alicia says sarcastically, "Why do I feel I'm heading on the path of my mom and her supposed husband!" Alicia and Amy walk to the girl's locker room , as Alicia enters a closet to change her school uniform.

"why won't you feel it?, he's irresistible" Amy blushes.

"wow... great, what a friend you are": Alicia speaks sarcastically.

"Alicia, what are you afraid of?, not all popular boys are like your dad" Amy pouts

"correction!, he is not my dad"

"Pfft, believe what you believe, technically he's your father" Amy sighs, "there's no harm in trying", Alicia comes out of the closet.

"what am I trying out exactly.." Alicia removes her socks and shoes.

"Try to know him better and maybe, someday, you guys can..."

Alicia removes her left socks, landing her bare foot on the ground, angrily, "Can what?"

"Can... you know?" Amy smirks

Amy scowls "No I don't know, please tell me"

Amy laughs "Alicia, why so serious?"

Alicia laughs with her "You think this is my serious face?", Alicia moves closer to Amy, looking into her eyes "You ain't seen nothing", "I will never ever do what you are referring to", "and even if I do DO THAT, I might be either possessed, I might have gone crazy or maybe it was the end of the world and God wanted to punish me"

"sheesh" Alicia laughs

"If you love yourself so much, never ever suggest what you just suggested!", Alicia puts her fist to Amy's nose, "or you'll answer to this..", Alicia raises her left leg and rests her foot to Amy's stomach "Or to this!"

"OK Ma'am" Amy salutes playfully

Alicia walks away, while Amy laughs

Amy hurriedly walks down the stairs, going to the school's hallway. She bumps into David's chest as she was also passing by,

"Heyo" David smiles

Alicia sighs, "Heyo to you too" she says aloud. "TCH!"

"I'm sorry, have we met before?" David asks

"Yes, it happens that you are a reincarnation" Alicia smiles forcefully

David laughs "Reincarnation?"

Alicia laughs "Yeah"

David laughs while talking "What do you mean?"

"the past you... it's not that I MET THE PAST You", "I happen to be your daughter but in your past life, not now" Amy smiles

"Whoa, you're scaring me" David laughs

"You should be" Alicia stops smiling and puts on a poker face.

Alicia walks past him, heading outside the main door. David scoffs "Well, isn't she cute?", "and.. surprisingly strange"

Alicia walks to the main road, walking on the sidewalk, as a taxi heads her way and she calls out "Taxi", she enters the taxi

"Where are you going miss?" The Taxi driver says with a smile

"Yoshi chizu, Tokyo-to, Koganei-shi" Alicia answers him with a smile.

"OK, miss" The driver winds down the windows as he prepares to move.

"Thank you for the ride" Alicia says as she comes out of the taxi

"Welcome miss" The taxi winds up the window and drives forward.

"Am I supposed to be home so early, it's just my third day" Alicia mutters. I'm just worried about mom, she'd be alone, with no one to stay by her side. "Yieee, let's give her a surprise visit

Alicia opens the main gate with a spare key, she walks inside, closing the door carefully and silently.

She walks to the door, opening it silently. Alicia chuckles as she closes the door behind her. she runs to the doorway of the living room with a smile on her face, calling out "Surprise!"

"Alicia"

Alicia slowly brings down her smile "Mom...", "What is happening here?"

"Alicia, it's not..."

"it's not what I think?..", "WHY IS HE HERE!!!, MOM"

"Is this how you talk to your mother" Alicia's father 'Daniel' asks Alicia with a scowl on his face.

"Is this how you treat life?" Alicia laughs

"How dare you talk back to me and not answer my question" Daniel shouts

"How dare you come back into our lives" Alicia shouts, Alicia's mom looked confused because Alicia recognized her father.

"Alicia, you recognize him" Alicia's mom speaks with happiness, Alicia looks at her mom with disgust

"Mom, What is wrong with you?", "is this something to be happy about?. Alicia points at Daniel with shaking hands, "This man!, married you JUST BECAUSE OF A DEAL", "and you are happy I recognize him, are you serious!"

"yes I saw his photo in your bedroom, I wanted to see the face of the man who is a torment in my life", "so that one day, when I see him and recognize him, I would move closer" Alicia moves closer to Daniel, "and tell him right in his face!", "that he disgusts me!"

Alicia's mom walks to Alicia, she holds Alicia's hand, draws her away from Daniel and slaps her "He is not 'this man', he's your father, the man that without him, you would not be in this life"

"and who said I wanted this life", "did I say that?" Alicia cries, "If you want to live happily ever after with man, then leave me out of it",

"Happily ever after!" Alicia forces a smile, Alicia walks to Daniel "You should have plans for a baby, while you're at it" She pats his shoulders.

"Alicia! wait" Alicia walks out as her mom calls out. She opens the main gate in anger and hurriedly walks to the main road, to get a taxi.

A taxi drives towards her and she stops it with a hand sign "Taxi"

The Taxi stops, she walks to the side as the front window winds down "Sorry miss, this taxi is taken"

Alicia moves to the back seat's window, "Please I am in a hurry, I need to go back to the university" Alicia speaks hurriedly as the window winds down

Alicia freezes as she sees the taxi's customer
