sona. that's what everyone called her. her name was sonakshi. she was the timid but restless girl whom very less people knew. self doubt and hatred taking over her she had become into a girl whom no one wants. her family was great. loving parents. but sometimes family can't fulfil all ur needs. when in this world it's necessary for u to step out and have a social life a family can do nothing more than encouraging u. and as u grow older, it's difficult for ur family to. understand u and at such times u need people to whom u can relate to and those who understand u. sona didn't have nay such people until she was 14.she had friends but they were all passer bys on the road of her life. but when she got in 9th grade she found true souls which connected with her and she was finally happy and smiling and then he happened and many more things. her life took a turn. it's always that there is not all happeiness but also a lot of sadness. meeting him was on of those things which gave both sadness and happiness to her in equal amount. he was not part of her story. but eventually he became her stoey. the sad part is he never came to know about it. or when he did to come know about it it was already too late.

her story is just like any one sided love story but the special element is that she was prepared for it to be one sided. but what came along it, she want prepared for that. she was naive about how strong a person's feelings can get and how deep it might go withing their heart. but she was naive. she knew nothing of love. and her experience of love was rather a disturbing one. but this made a mark on her life in a way she couldn't undo.

the first she heard of him was when she was in school. Being a small girl all she could think about was why is he so popular. All the girls in her school bus used to talk about him. Just for a single glance of him they would peep from the bus window to look at the tuitions where he used to teach. and she would quitely sit on the other end of the bus imagining who is he . why r so many people drooling over him. the same question pestered her for the next 2 years of her life. and finally her family made her join the same tuitions. she was filled with nervousness. always been a shy and scared girl she was shaking. it's from this day that all started. her life took a turn and the turn was a 360 degree one which she hadn't expected. she was happy. she was over joyed. she was ecstatic but she was herself.

it was finally the day. she was sitting beside her mom on the other side of the desk. looking at the big fat scary lady sitting on the opposite side of the desk, her legs were trembling. "how r her scores till 8th" this question from that lady made her more petrified. her Mom had calmly replied "better than average. she always gets stuck at 80 percent" . "Dont worry ma'am. in 10th we will make sure she scores above 90" was the reply by that lady

she held her hand forward to shake hands with the girl. she nervously shaked hands and the lady said "hello i am Rachna ma'am. I am the administrator of this branch" and smiled. sona's faint smile made it clear that how little she wanted to be Fhere shaking hands with that lady. actually all she wanted was to run home and sit and watch TV all day (but as it is in India, bacho ki Kaun sunta hai?.)

rachna ma'am was narrating the year plan and how the tuitions tend to complete the portion just by the end of September and the number if tests which r going to be conducted etc. sona was least interested and keep looking out of the glass door on her right. suddenly she saw a tall person's shadow walking towards her. she wanted to see the face but it was covered with posters stuck on the glass door.

All she could see was a tall man with shiny black hair.

she desperately moved on her chair just wanting to catch a glimpse of that man. and her fear reached the height whwn she saw him walking towards the cabin. "**** **** sit properly. he is coming over here. what if he saw me peeping at him." these were the thoughts wandering in her head.

But everything stopped when he entered the cabin. she went numb. he was this tall handsome fair skinned guy with specks.(the personality which could make girls to fall flat on the ground for). he smiled at her. she didn't realize at the moment but then returned a much akward smile to him. he came and sat beside that scary lady on the chair beside her. she introduced him. " this is Mr. Dev Dixit. he is a maths sir in this classes" , hearing this sona realized that he is the guy for whom the girls in her bus were crazy for. she thought to herself " no wonder girls r crazy for him. he is charming". and then she heard rachna Continue "and all the administrative head of our branch". sona saw him. he saw her and said "from tomorrow morning lectures will start. be on time. all the best and smiled" .agaun that smile. it was like arrows of handsomeness piercing her eyes. she smiled back. she and her mom left. her mom was filled with confidencw that after making sona join here, sona will surely top in 10th.

she got up early morning next day. the class was at 7.00am. she was so irritated as she never had the habit of waking up so early during vacations. wearing a normal jeans top clearly knowing that it was a maths lecture she left her house. the classes was a 5 min walk from her house. she nervously walked through the foot path adjacent to small shops thinking about how many students will be there. will they notice her. will she do any crazy stuff and then be teased by the others. will that handsome looking man whom she didnt like be there? all these questions were in her head.

when she reached the classes rachna ma'am was waiting outside. "good morning sonakshi. lecture is in class 2" she greeted her. sona smiled and went into the classroom. it was filled with boys and girls from all schools in her area. beautiful girls and ugly boys. thier ratio has vast difference. she went to last bench and sat quietly waiting for her friend riya. the one who as always was late. she was the only girl sona knew in this class which was like an unknown island for her. she waited there for two people. one her friend and the other was that man. it was his lecture. evertyone was excited and discussing about his charming personality. but she hated him.

the reason that she hated him was a little weird. normally when someone compares a thing u like, to some other thing they like and keep pestering u by saying that the one they r talking about is muvh more better than urs then u start getting jealous and start hating thier thing. the same was happening with sona. from many years she was being told that this man this Mr. dev was a handsome hunk. he was a masterpiece and that there is No one better than him. but how could she accept it. accepting it would be like cheating her crush. who was also one of her teachers from the older tutions she went. he was the only thing she used to have in mind when she was only 12 13 years old. so now accepting that someone else is a masterpiece is like cheating ur true crush. who has almost forgotten about ur existence but still u haven't right. "where is this idiotic girl. if she dosent come today I am going to kill her" thinking this sona was getting tensed. till then riya reached and went and sat beside sona. "hii. sorry I am late. mom served breakfast late" . to which sona gave an 'don't lie and shut up' expression and then the door opened and he walked in. all the students stood up and greeted him morning. like an normal teacher he explained the portion, the way he would be teaching, the way we should learn and study and the gave an intro about the chapter. she kept looking at him and he began teaching. she was paying attention to his lecture but was also deviated by his face.
