Whole Asia in fact, the whole world fell in love with South Korea. It's all because of their k-pop culture. We all know how popular and how much love k-dramas and k-pop bands got in recent years. There are so many famous bands which are making everyone go crazy on them. Likewise, there is this one boy band on which people are going crazy all over the world, called EXO. Like everyone around, there were two girls, who were fans; maybe we can call crazy fans. Why we called so you will find out soon...

This is the story about two girls who had a great crush on EXO idols. They were so much into them that even their family members thought these girls are being really unreasonable and thinking illogically... poor parents little did they know about how crazy their daughters can go for their beloved idols. These two girls tried so hard to learn the Korean language that their parents were like; if you both would have learned your academics with so much interest, you two would have topped in whole India XD... These girls knew all basics now and were able to talk in Korean; little did they know that they had a long way to go...

They loved their idols more than anything. They were like totally addicted to them, crying whenever they see something bad about them and smiling like cracks when they see their interviews, blushing for the whole day watching their musicals and the list goes on... both tried hard to reach their idols, even though they knew we international fans don't stand many opportunities, still, they tried all the ways... they used to DM to their idol's Instagram account and used wait for their reply, even after knowing that celebrities like them will never check unknown person's DMs.

Until one day among two of them, the girl named Swathi messaged an actress of drama whom she adored, on Instagram who had fewer followers as compared to some known celebrities, indeed she was talented and a well-known celebrity. Though she had no hopes of getting a reply, she took a chance and sent all messages... Surprisingly next day she checked her DMs, there was a reply from that actress and the message was like this, "I am really happy to know that someone from overseas recognized me and took time to express feeling towards me... I would like to take this chance and make friendship with you..."

The happiness of her was of another level; she was just hopping out of excitement, and was out of control at that moment... after so much effort, finally, someone in Korea is willing to become friend with her... she quickly texted her back and it went well... they even exchanged their contacts after a few days. In no time these two became good friends; they shared almost everything about their life and about their likes and dislikes. Though they were far away, they had a good bonding...

Then in a gap of a month after completing her final exams, she shifted to Bangalore from her hometown where her partner in crime was waiting for her... who was literally soul mate or we can say soul twins, her name is Chandana... Both were like carbon copies of one another. She is the second girl we were talking about, who is as crazy as Swathi over EXO...

Swathi wanted to give surprise to both Chandana and her Korean friend. So she arranged a video call and introduced them to one another, she also created a chat group...

This craziness of these two girls grew so larger and larger that they decided to take a flight and fly all the way from India to South Korea to meet their dream boys.

So after half a year of savings, these two girls were successful in fulfilling their dreams. They received all the necessary pieces of advice about how to start and everything from their Korean friend. Now, these girls had someone on their side after all, whom they can trust closing their eyes... she was their beloved Unnie... Somehow, our two girls convinced their families...in which Swathi's parents took a little more time to be convinced as compared to that of Chandana's parents... Finally, after so many troubles everything was set and they took a flight from Bangalore to Seoul... both were really happy... as if maybe this was the first time these two were so much happy after all their longtime dream is going to come true soon... they are finally going to meet their beloved Unnie and bonus to that they are going to attend all the upcoming concerts of their BELOVED idol's band... No more waits, all their waiting's are going to end soon... both were really excited as landed at the Incheon international airport located in the heart of Seoul city. Both were standing at the entrance and suddenly Swathi hopped from where she was standing out of happiness because what she saw was her Unnie waiting for them...

Everyone looked so happy that they even hugged each other, after all this was their first meet personally... They took a taxi from there and went to the place where they were supposed to stay during their tour in Seoul. Everything was in such a hurry, thank god, they had their Unnie who was luckily an actress and a band member of one well-known group. Even though they were seeing each other for the first time, they were like long lost siblings. So, in short, we can say because of their beloved Unnie everything was a little easy for these two kiddos...

So far you have known that there are two girls, may be, two crazy girls who chose to fly far away just for their crush... Aren't you curious about who are they and what they are like and what they used to be in their hometown and about their Unnie? The two girls who came all the way from Bangalore to Seoul, among them, Swathi just completed her Masters' studies and is well known young and successful girl investor in her hometown. She is the one who is crazy over our idol boy EXO Kai... Chandana is an employee in a well-known company and who had an interest in rapping and she has the unbreakable crush on our EXO Chanyeol... The band girl and actress whom they call their Unnie is Dohee. Dohee always treated them as her little sisters; she was always there for them. She always tried to protect these girls throughout their stay in Seoul...

So this is how the story of two crazy girls started... now let's see if they will be successful in meeting their beloved idols... from now on I'll take the leave... our fan girl Swathi will continue from now on narrating her story...

"Today, I am really high as a kite", Chandana said with full energy in her.

"Yeah... finally, we are going to attend the EXO concert", I said.

"Girls, calm down... we are about to reach the place, if you don't stop this, you guys might end up drawing everyone's attention..." Dohee Unnie said while she was having a bright smile on her face...

"Dohee Unnie... we love you so much... and thank you for accompanying us to the concert..." with that I hugged her... we finally reached the concert hall; our seats were in the second row.

"Wow... we are going to be sitting so near to the stage..." Chandana said with excitement.

"Unnie I think there will be double work for you after the show ends... cause we both are going to fall out of excitement when we see EXO performing live and that too from this close..." with that I and Chandana giggled.

Dohee nodded with the smile and said-"That's why I came with you two right... I know how much you guys are into them... especially Kai and Chanyeol Oppa... I must handle you two otherwise both of you will be on tomorrow's news" with that we all laughed.

"Yeah... specially Chandu might go up and start rapping with Chanyeol..." I said.

"In that case, count me in Chandu" Unnie said in a teasing tone.

"Now you two stop making fun of me, and by the way, Swathi, what about you... you will just go running and hug Kai when he does your favorite dance moves and not to forget about his expressions while performing, remember you said you will die after seeing those expressions in live..." Chandana said.

Finally, Unnie stepped between and stopped us saying, "Okay girls, stop it now, they will come in any moment, so behave yourselves", with that she made us to sit on the seats.

"Aye aye captain", we both said in sync.

The MC announces and welcomes EXO members on stage. There the long-awaited performance of my dream boys started. As soon as the song starts, the crowd begins to cheer in the chorus. That loud whooping made me startle for once.

Now, I'm deeply engrossed in their performance that I can feel nothing but their powerful aura, which is dragging me towards them. Especially, Kai, I am completely mesmerized by his attitude, his style, the way he catches every beat and changes in his expressions, his dance, I mean what not!! My eyes are literally following him. It is as if, someone has taken the life out of me. I don't know whether I am drooling or not, up to that extent I'm involved in their performance. He has captivated me completely.

I was looking at him, while he was leaving the stage, once he vanished from my sight, I found myself lost in his thought. I came to sense when Chandana started to yell my name and quake me.

"What happened to you, dear?"- Dohee Unnie asked.

"Yeah, what's up? Is everything alright? We were calling you from that time; you didn't even budge a little!!"- Chandana said.

"Yup, I am fine," I replied.

They were having a worried look on their face.

I asked- "W... What happened? Why you two are having this look on your face?"

"It's all because of you idiot!!" Chandana said, hitting me.

"From now on you are not going to attend any concerts, you scared the hell out of us", Unnie said.

"Aniyo... Unnie, it's not like that, I'm sorry... Chincha mianhaeyo..." I said.

"Okay, okay, let's discuss this later. Now hurry up, we are already late..." Chandana said, cutting the topic off.

"What? What are you talking about? Why is it going to be late? Where are we going now? You two didn't tell me that you guys made a new plan without me...!" I said with feeling a little down.

"This girl... Unnie... bring her with you, I'll reserve the place for you guys..." with that Chandana ran towards the crowd.

"C'mon Swathi... Get up now... don't you want to meet them and get autograph or click a selfie with your idols..." Dohee Unnie asked.

"Unnie... I'm afraid that I'll be the same as before if I see them real close... maybe not today... So you should go and join Chandu... I'll stay here and wait for you two... " I said with a smile.

"O MY... Are you sure baby?" Dohee said. I nodded for the same.

"Okay, but you must stay here until we return" she said.

"Ne... Unnie..." I said by smiling and pushed her front to join the crowd. I saw her until she was out of sight.

The whole concert hall is empty now. Complete silence covered the hall with that I found myself recalling everything I saw a few moments before. Suddenly something hit my mind and said-"Oh... Swathi, you are such a dumb... all you did was to stare at Kai, what about other members, you didn't even have a second glance on them... you used to do big talk in front of Chandu that you love each and every member so much, I treat them equal, everyone is a gem, this and that... But when you saw Kai, you didn't even think about others for a second also... thank god that we have more concerts this month, you can still watch them... just think about when you share this with Chandu and Unnie, how much they will tease you..."

As I was smacking my head with embarrassment, I saw Chandana and Unnie came walking towards me...

"So now you realized what you have lost!! Good cause, now go and run, you might get a chance to see everyone..." Chandana said in a teasing voice.

"No Chandu... I was just thinking about how dumb I was, I didn't even see anyone else than Kai and only remember about him..." I said.

"That's ok... you can see them again in next three days, so cheer up," Unnie said.

"Yeah... yeah, and do the same mistake... Did you come all the way just to have a glance of Kai from the far distance, didn't want to meet them? Where did your big talks go...? You used to say you loved all EXO members equally..." Chandana said.

I pouted and turned to the other side of her. She again stood in front of me, facing me and continued-"Now tell me, why you did not come to meet EXO members...?"

"I simply didn't feel like coming, so I didn't come..." I tried to hide the real reason, though I knew she wouldn't believe in what I said.

"Yeah, now stop making excuses and tell me the real reason... I know you are not that type of girl?" Chandu again started to tease...

"What type are you talking about? Isn't it obvious that we will be so happy that our idols asked our names and smiled at us, takes a selfie with us and so on... we will act all silly whole day long just thinking about that moment... but what about them will they be affected by our feelings? They will just forget our names as soon as we pass them, and I really don't want to be in that misunderstanding... I am happy that I got to see them performing live and that's enough for me..." as soon as I finished saying I heard one voice from behind.

"Who said we tend to forget everyone's name whom we meet? Miss Swathi...!" that voice sounded familiar to me...

I looked at Chandu and Unnie who were just staring at the person behind me. I turned to check who that person is...

I just couldn't believe on my eyes, "Chandu, I think my eyes are deceiving me... am I still dreaming or something, why do I see him everywhere!!"

"No, you are not in a dream nor your eyes are deceiving you... it is me..." he said with a smile on his face.

I turned again to look at him with more disbelief... "So... you are real... really... Kai...!" with that I tried to confirm by poking his arms...

"Ah... that hurts..." he said still having that angelic smile on his face.

"Chesonmnida (I'm sorry)... I didn't mean to hurt you..."

"No... you didn't hurt me I was just joking..." he said.

"But, did you come all along just to give the answer to my silly comments..." I looked into his eyes now, trying to act all cool and composed.

"Well... how should I put this, I think you might feel down, if I say, I got distracted by you while performing, so I came to sue you..." Kai said... after he saw me looking puzzled he started laughing out loudly...

I was literally stunned to see him acting all that, yeah I knew he is a happy virus... loves to make jokes a lot... but what I didn't expect is one day this would happen with me... it started to feel as if I'm in a beautiful dream... If so I really don't want wake up from this dream...

"Well... Swathi, it's your name right..." he asked.

"Yes," I said.

"See, I remember your name... even though you didn't come to see me..." he said with the smiling face.

I was like now I can die peacefully after I saw my dream boy that too face to face smiling at me. Suddenly, reality hit me and I said... "I'm really apologetic for my rudeness" saying that I hung my head down with embarrassment for whatever I blabbered before.

He lifted my chin with one finger and said "Aniyo... don't be... you didn't say anything wrong..."

This time I really couldn't find any word to speak up with... I was literally like, is it my time to die, why all of my dreams are coming true so suddenly... poor me!! little did I knew it was just a beginning, actual merriness was waiting at the front door to enter my life.

He was looking at me now... I literally didn't know what to talk, but I must talk something, I mustered up courage and asked him -

"How come you know my name? I didn't tell you my name yet right?"

"Yes, your friend told me, when I asked her before when she met me at fan meeting," he said.

I smiled back at him.

"So would you like to take a selfie with me?" he asked.

"Yes, of course, it's my honor that I got this opportunity," I said and handed him my cell phone.

As he was about to hand my phone back, he stopped and said; "I don't have my phone now, will you share this to me later?" with that, he typed a contact number and gave it to me with a wink. The way he winked was really cute actually and I fell for him all over again.

With that, he bid farewell to us and went back on his way...

This was my first meeting with the famous EXO Kai...

Flash back part :

After we landed in Seoul, the second day we two decided to go around the city and have some fun. We called Unnie and told about the plan and believe me, if she was not there with us, I don't know how we would have managed everything. So, she asked to wait for her till she is done with her schedules. In the evening she joined us and suggested to try tteokbokki which is known as a spicy rice cake. As we were basically vegetarians, we could eat very less outside without proper knowledge about the foods. Well, I must say it was super spicy. Though we are Indians, especially I'm not used to these spicy foods. I hardly used to eat any kind spicy items when I was in my hometown, where Chandana is a diehard fan of spicy items. Still, I tried it. I must say though it was spicy, it tasted really good because of the same, I had a running nose, and I could only eat a few pieces.

Next day, we went to see the Coex Aquarium. We had watched in dramas how leads go to aquariums and have fun seeing them... so we decided to visit there. Well, our experience of so far in Seoul was way beyond explanation. I can't say what we saw in the aquarium. It was really marvelous and we were silent all along the aquarium. Why I mentioned about silence is because we both are not the kind of girls who will stay silent no matter what the situation is, especially when we both are together... and today Unnie didn't come with us because of her pre-schedule. She called us to make sure everything is fine and used to text all the way...

We were really excited because the next day it was our dream boy's concert. Yes, EXO concert was next day... we went to the room early that day and took some rest.

Everyone was silent on the way back home. We were taking the time to understand and put our thoughts together about what had happened earlier. Finally, we reached home and as soon as we entered the room, I rushed towards the washroom and locked myself up. I looked at the mirror and tried to recall everything that happened before at the concert. It was just incomprehensible. As I was busy with my thoughts, I heard Chandu scream from the living room. I came out in a rush to see what happened to her, only to see her clutching my phone. She was looking at the selfie we took with Kai. I can see how close I was standing next to Kai in that picture, my face, a beet red. Suddenly I felt the blood rush to my cheeks, and then I realized that even now, looking at that picture I am blushing from cheeks to the ears. Embarrassed, I covered my face to bring me back to reality.

"Swathi! Finally, you got the chance to meet your dream boy," she said, beaming like an idiot; I saw how happy she was for me. "Celebration is a must, don't you think Unnie?" she asked turning to Dohee Unnie.

"Yeah, of course! It's party time!!" both cheered in the chorus as if India had won the World Cup against Pakistan in the Cricket match.

"Okay, okay girls, just calm down. Let me think about this first. I mean I can't collect the thoughts which are wandering in my mind. How is it even possible for a common girl to attract an International Idol's attention? That too in the first encounter?!" Happily, I grabbed the huge teddy bear, which was lying on the couch near Dohee Unnie and sat down, hugging it tightly.

"Yup, it is possible. You made it so obvious that he was left with no other choice but to approach you." Chandu said and gave me a head knock.

I tried to dodge myself from her attack, but I couldn't. I looked at her with a puzzled look while rubbing my head.

"Hyaa! Don't you remember!! How you were staring at him while they were performing? Your eyes were glued to him, that too, so unlike how the normal people would do in reality." Chandu said.

"Yeah, exactly! It was the first time for me too, seeing a girl who can act so calmly and lost at the same time. At once I got a light shock when I saw her wondering what happened to this girl, why she is not making even a single noise…!!" Dohee Unnie said while rubbing the back of her neck in embarrassment.

"So, in short, there was no wonder why he noticed particularly you in that crowd, "Chandu said.

"You mean to say, anyone who would have done just like I would have gotten his attention?!" I asked with a sad puppy face.

"I don't know about everyone, but you did!. Your involvement was on some other level, which even I could have figured out easily if I was on the stage. Then, of course, they are boys! C'mon, they will notice such involvement." Unnie said, patting me on my back to cheer me up.

"Really Unnie?" I asked her with a sparkle in my eyes.

"Yeah, she is right. You know not only Kai but also D.O, Chanyeol, Sehun, everyone did ask about you. Baekhyun asked us, 'You girls are that staring girl's friend right, we saw both of you sitting with her' ", Chandu said.

"So at that time Sehun exclaimed that you were something that you didn't even give a second glance at anyone, not even him. For that half-joke of Maknae (youngest), everyone laughed. Then Chanyeol told said to us, 'Yeah Man! Even I saw how she had her eyes on him and was not distracted even for a second. ya… she has a high level of concentration power I guess, just like how Jong-In has his TELEPORTATION POWER.' And then D.O added 'Unlike him, she indeed has the real power of concentration." before Chandu could proceed with further stories, I stopped her.

"O my God! I am doomed now. My impression on EXO members was already so bad. What about in the future?!" 

Both Chandana and Dohee Unnie started to laugh.

Chandu said while trying to control her laughter-"Well, it's all thanks to you. We got an easy way to meet EXO members. They were being friendly to us."

I buried my face inside my teddy bear.

"Now stop clinging to that bear, will you?! Now that you have a real bear in front of you, stop imagining him as a teddy bear and hugging him. I know you very well." Chandana said while trying to pull the teddy away from me.

"No, I won't," I said, holding my teddy even tighter than before.

Then, as usual, Unnie stepped between us and tried to stop us saying- "Hey girls! Stop fighting like kids and go to bed already. It's late now. Let's talk about everything tomorrow. Today you both must be tired, though I know you two have all the energy to stay up until morning because of your dream boys, but, beauty sleep is a must."

We both looked at each other and nodded "Aye, aye captain" we said, in a perfectly synchronized tone.

As we were about to get up from the couch, my phone started to ring so loudly, it made us jump up in surprise. We froze right there and I reached for my phone. We all peeked at the screen. The call was from him.

We looked at each other's face in total shock; Chandana showed a big thumbs up to me and Unnie nodded at me with a big smile on her face. As I received the call Chandu placed her ear on the other side trying to hear our conversation. I tried to shoo her away.

******Telephone conversation******

Kai: - Hello, It's me Jong-inaa…    

Me: - Hey! (I can hear some disturbance in the background)

Kai: - So… Are you free tomorrow?

Me: - Huh?! (I can hear nothing but noises that are cutting his soft voice)

Kai: - Sorry for that disturbance. We all came back to our dorm, so everyone is having a fun time talking about today's concert. I entered my room just now. Can you hear me now?

Me: - Yes, I can hear you. So, you guys must be really tired, I guess. 

Kai: - Not really! We feel more energetic now than we were on stage, especially me, I'm energized now. O well, you are not busy, right?

Me: - No, not really! I was having a chat with my girls lounging on the couch.

Kai: - Oh! Okay, that's good.

Me: - And at this time who will be busy, right?

Kai: - yeah right, I thought you were a student or something so I asked…

Me: - well… do I look like one? Actually; I completed my masters, a year back. And I'm now on a vacation here in Korea.

Kai: - Wow, that's great! I didn't imagine you would be holding a Masters' degree. You look very young as a teenager!

Me: - Oh, well. Should I take that as a compliment or what? (I giggled a little)

Kai: - Obviously, it's a compliment.

Me: - Thank you. So…why did you call me?

Kai: -Ah… I almost forgot. Thanks for reminding me. Are you free tomorrow?

Me: - Might be… OUCH… (Chandu pinched me for saying so. I tried to kick her, but she dodged in time, making me kick the air.) Oh, yes, yes, I am free tomorrow why did you ask?

Kai: - Nothing much… I wanted to introduce you to my group members. They have become your fans and talking about you since they saw you at the concert.

Me: - what!!! (Whoa… that made me leap out of my skin)

Kai: - ha-ha, just kidding. Don't get tensed. Tomorrow we have a day off after the daily rehearsal session, unlike the other days. So I thought we could just hang out together.

Me: - well...

Kai: - ho... Sorry… you might feel uncomfortable to come alone right? Though you needn't worry as I am here to make you feel comfortable. well then, we could do one thing, how about you also bring your girlfriends with you?. Anyway, it was Chanyeol's idea to invite you all. 

Me: - Really? (I couldn't believe my ears) okay then we'll be there (I smiled to myself )

Kai: - Ah! Kumavo (Thanks). I didn't think that you would agree so easily I'm so happy! So you'll be coming, right?

Me: - Yes, of course. I will come along with my friends who were there with me today and why did you think I would not agree when my favorite idol is asking me to meet him?

Kai: - Ha-ha, that's also true. Okay then, I will text you the rest of the details tomorrow. Just give me a call as soon as you reach near the SM building okay?

Me: - okay. I will.

Kai: - Okay then, take care. Good night.

Me: - you too, good night and have sweet dreams.

Kai: - ha-ha… I will, after all, I spoke to you before going to bed, right!

Me: -… (I giggled like an idiot)

Kai: - Alright, good night and don't forget to dream about me.

Me: - yes, I will. (Still giggling)

I waited for him to hang up the call. After a few seconds, he hung up.

I placed my phone down and looked at the girls who were staring at me as if they were listening to some handsome lecturer's lecture. I gave them a broad smile.

"Tell us everything. I won't be able to sleep if you won't tell me now" Chandana threw my huge teddy bear at me. 

I hugged my bear and started to narrate everything as it is. Both listened to me carefully, it made me remember how we used to be attentive when our professors used to stray away from the college syllabus and talk about their personal lives or tell some interesting stories. These girls surely knew how to handle such things.
