Rain tapped softly against my bedroom window, a gentle rhythm that usually made me sleepy.

Suddenly a notification pops up in my laptop.

" Do you know where the Blue Lagoon is?"

The username was strange - something like "FarAway Dreamer".
Normally, I would ignore it.
Normally, i would not care...
But something nudged me- maybe the rain, maybe the quiet of my room, or maybe just curiosity.

"Blue Lagoon? Athat is in Iceland ... Are you really there?"

"Yes... I guess i am more lost than i thought."
The replay came instantly...
Suddenly a small smile automatically formed in my face ..

"Well, if you need tips... I have never been , but I have read too much online. Maybe i can help..."
I added... Smiling softly to myself..

I had sent the message almost on a whim.
Standing by the steaming waters of iceland's Blue Lagoon, the cold wind tugging at my jacket, I hadn't expected anyone to answer.
The mist curled into the gray sky, but inside, I felt emptier than the lagoon itself.
Calm. Gentle. Curious. It warmed my chest in a way i didn't expect.

"Yes, I am really here."
I typed, almost laughing at the absurdity.

" I guess I am more lost than I thought."
The conversation flowed questions about sunscreen, the best spots for photos, jokes about freezing of I dared to dive in at night.
Each message revealed a glimpse of her personality, a spark that made the distance feel smaller..
Smile never leaves my face while reading her messages...

" So, you are really in Iceland? "

"That's ... kind of amazing."

It's freezing , and I can barely feel my fingers. "

"Then who go there if it's freezing?"

"Sometimes you have to freeze a little to feel alive."
I smile hearing his reply.. That somehow warm my heart.

"That's... Kind of deep for someone asking directions."
I giggled while reply to him.

I felt a small warmth in my chest .

" You are asking a stranger for coffee tips in Iceland from India?"
