I heard you skipped my classes on purpose
Tae stood silent. He was standing right in front of his history professor. He knew that one day, his teacher would know that he's skipping classes
But he didn't know it was today.
Tae gulped. For fucks sake - the reason why he skipped class today is he doesn't have a report

"I-I'm sorry ma'am but I left my report in our house-"
Mrs Min (Teacher)
"You left your report or you did not do it?"
He looked down his feet and fidgeted with his fingers. He feel so nervous.
Mrs Min (Teacher)
"You're a diligent student Mr. Kim. But I didn't know that you're like this."
Silence reigned in the room. Taehyung felt so frozen because he doesn't know what will happen next.
Mrs Min (Teacher)
"For that, I will give you a special assignment."
Tae cursed mentally. Of all the punishments, why an assignment?
Mrs Min (Teacher)
"I want you to make a research about what truly happened to Captain Jeon and why was he proclaimed our national hero. I'm giving you a month to give me your answer."
Taehyung
"Captain Jeon? B-But not even the historians knew what-"
Mrs Min (Teacher)
"That's why I'm asking you to do a research about it."

"If you only did your report then you wont have to do this. You can leave now."
He had no choice but to take it anymore. He took a bow before leaving the room.
As soon as he went out, he saw Jimin leaning on the side of the wall - probably listening.

Jimin
"Tae I told you I wont let this one slide."
Tae let out a sarcastic chuckle.

l "Because of you I had another shitty assignment!"
He cried. Some of the students are looking at them now.

"Are you really my bestfriend?"
Jimin felt so offended. His heart sank.
Jimin
"Excuse me? You're questioning our friendship now? Just because of that? Tae I'm your bestfriend but I won't tolerate your wrong doings. I want the best for you-!"
Taehyung
"Best for me? Your just my friend Jimin, not my parent. You don't have the right to decide for me."
And tae left. Jimin felt a tear roll down his cheek
