Arrows fly past. Swords crash below. Chen Fei sees a young soldier stumble.

Across the line, an enemy soldier quickly helps the boy up before running back to fight.

Hah… even enemies can show kindness. If only our generals could see.
He brushes dust from his armor and keeps walking along the hill.

War is foolish. Pride and flags seem more important than human lives.
He looks at the valley, where soldiers move like ants in chaos.

(muttering) The world isn’t only black and white… but who will listen?
A cannon booms in the distance. Smoke rises high into the sky. Chen Fei sighs and shields his eyes.

He clenches his fists, lips curling into a small smile.

(grinning) Closer. Someone who hears everything, but is never suspected. Someone who serves… quietly, cleverly.
Chen Fei leans back, his eyes shining with thought.

(softly) Could it really work? Could one man, unseen, change everything?
