Trina wakes up by her alarm, gets dressed for work and goes downstairs for breakfast like nothing happened the day before.

It was getting late already and others had started going home but Trina decided to round up her work in an hour, since she had a whole lot of office work. She took some of the files while heading to Daniel's office, then she heard some noise from his office while she was about knocking. So she decided to check what was going on before going in. She dropped the files in her arms quietly and took a mop stick from the cleaning room in order to defend herself incase of any attack. She moved closer and took a peep at what was happening, through the window. Endless tears started flowing from her eyes and her heart started aching at the sight of her boyfriend and her best friend (Brittany) making out in his office. She used her last strength to get out of the office building through the elevator and finally got outside.

Trina found the nearest bar close to her and crashed there, asking for beer until she became drunk and wasted in the bar. The bartender checked to see if she had her phone with her to reach an emergency contact, but her phone was in her purse and she had left it in her office.

" Detective Lucian, I found his Identity card, and it says Stokes Troy, I think we can trace his family with this, at least to tell them to come and take his body " one of the officers said to the person she was talking with.

She just chuckled at both kids attitude which they displayed tonight and was already reading them a bedtime story when they started sleeping, so she kissed them on their cheeks and took Kira to her room as Kyle snuggled his blanket.

Pearl was no longer Trina. Trina had died the night her brother’s body was lowered into the earth. Trina had been betrayed, broken, and buried beneath grief. What stepped back into Canada now was Pearl– polished, poised, and dangerous. Her silky dark hair cascading down her shoulders wearing aura like a luxurious perfume.

She let the kids enter first before she entered with one bodyguard, the remaining following them in a BMW 2 Series Gran coupe. Kyle fell asleep during the journey and her phone vibrated with the sound of a notification, that read–

CONTRACT ACTIVE: meeting in 48 hours –Rogersons
