~Deadliest Obsession of Psychopaths ~
EP.1
“Two sisters. Two brothers. One fate written in blood and desire.”
The rain tapped against the glass walls of the D’Azur penthouse, a soft, almost mocking sound in the middle of the storm brewing inside.
Lucario sat behind his mahogany desk, calm as always, his dark suit immaculate, every movement precise. The faint scent of expensive cigars clung to the air.
Across from him, sprawled lazily in a leather chair, was his younger brother—Maxmillian.
Max’s shirt sleeves were rolled up, faint smudges of dried crimson staining the fabric. His eyes, sharp and unblinking, carried a dangerous calm.
Lucario D'Azur
“You’ve made quite the mess again."
Lucario said evenly, flipping through a folder.
Lucario D'Azur
“Two men dead. One missing."
Lucario D'Azur
" And a police investigation that I’ve had to crush before it even began.”
Maxmillian D'Azur
(Max leaned back, smirking faintly) “They touched what was mine.”
Lucario D'Azur
"It was just a old toy ....I would had buyed you more if you wanted to play in your twenties" (Sarcasm)
Maxmillian D'Azur
(Smirks) "You won't understand brother it was precious,it was mine"
Maxmillian D'Azur
"And that's why I killed them"
Lucario D'Azur
(Lucario’s gaze sharpened)“And I told you, control yourself. You can’t keep killing on impulse.”
Maxmillian D'Azur
“Impulse?” (Max’s voice dropped, low and cold) “It’s not impulse. It’s necessary.”
There was silence. The kind that weighed heavy, filled with unsaid truths.
Lucario closed the file and stood, walking to the window.
Lucario D'Azur
“You’re unpredictable. That’s your strength in the underworld—but also your weakness."
Lucario D'Azur
I can’t have you tearing apart everything I’ve built.”
Max’s jaw tensed, but he didn’t reply.
Lucario turned, his expression unreadable.
Lucario D'Azur
“You need someone to keep that mind of yours in check. I’m not asking.”
Maxmillian D'Azur
(Max narrowed his eyes) “You’re talking about a shrink.”
Lucario D'Azur
“I’m talking about survival."
Lucario corrected. He pressed a button on his desk phone.
Lucario D'Azur
“Tell my assistant to find the best psychologist available. No mistakes.”
The line clicked. Lucario’s eyes lingered on his brother, softer now—but only slightly.
Lucario D'Azur
“You’re all I have left, Max."
Lucario D'Azur
But if you keep going like this… even I won’t be able to save you.”
Max didn’t answer. He just stared out the window at the rain, the faintest flicker of something dark curling in his mind.

EP.2
“Their love wasn’t written in stars, but carved in scars.”
The air behind the park was still, the late afternoon sun filtering through thick trees, casting long shadows across the ground.
It wasn’t a place people wandered into by accident—it sat just far enough from the main street to feel secluded, almost forgotten.
Lucario D’Azur stood there, one hand in his coat pocket, the other holding his phone to his ear.
Lucario D'Azur
“Yes… remove everything. Witnesses, footage, records—burn it all.”
His voice was low, controlled. Even in the open air, it carried a weight that demanded obedience.
Beside him, his assistant—dressed in a fitted black suit—waited in silence, a leather folder tucked neatly under her arm.
A sudden rustle broke the quiet. Something small rolled out from between the trees—a baseball ball, its white surface scuffed and smeared with dirt.
It came straight toward Lucario’s feet. Without pausing his call, he reached out and caught it mid-bounce, the leather cool against his palm.
His words on the phone didn’t falter.
Lucario D'Azur
“If it’s not clean by tonight, I’ll find someone who can do it properly.”
He ended the call with a click, sliding the phone into his coat.
She stepped out from the tree line, the light catching in her dark hair. Jeans, sneakers, and a casual T-shirt—she looked out of place here, in this quiet and dangerous corner.
Her eyes were sharp, unafraid, and they locked on the ball in his hand.
Sofia Harlford
“That’s mine,” (she said, her voice clear)
Lucario’s gaze lowered to the baseball, then back to her. His eyes, cold beneath the tinted lenses of his glasses, gave nothing away. No smile. No interest. Just a brief flicker of acknowledgment.
Lucario D'Azur
“Then you should be more careful with it.”
He replied flatly, holding it out without stepping closer.
She took the ball, her fingers brushing against his glove for the briefest moment.
He didn’t answer. By the time she turned away, his attention was already elsewhere—back to the shadows of the forest, back to the problems only he could solve.
But his assistant’s eyes lingered on the girl, just for a second, before following her boss.

EP.3
“Some cages aren’t made of steel… they’re made of obsession.”
Morning light spilled into Lucario D’Azur’s office, glinting off the polished glass desk. His assistant stood before him, a neat stack of files in her hands.
Isabella Russo
“These are the shortlisted candidates for Mr. Maxmillian’s case.”
She said, sliding the folders toward him.
Isabella Russo
“All are licensed psychologists with extensive experience in clinical and criminal cases.
Isabella Russo
But…”( she tapped a particular file) “this one stands out.
Isabella Russo
"Doctor Luna Harlford. Master’s in Clinical Psychology, specialization in criminal behavioral analysis."
Isabella Russo
"three years of field work in a state facility, and recognized for her success rate in high-risk cases.”
Lucario flipped the file open, scanning the crisp pages. The photograph clipped to the corner showed a composed young woman with calm, intelligent eyes.
Lucario D'Azur
“She’s young,” (he noted)
Isabella Russo
“Twenty-three."
Isabella Russo
“But highly recommended by the board."
Isabella Russo
"She has a… reputation for patience with difficult personalities.”
Lucario’s brow twitched in the faintest hint of amusement. Patience. She’d need more than that for his brother.
Lucario D'Azur
“Fine. Call her in.” (He closed the file with a quiet snap)
As his assistant stepped away, Lucario leaned back in his chair, exhaling slowly. His gaze drifted toward the wide window behind him—and then stilled.
Down on the street below, sunlight danced over a figure he recognized instantly. Jeans, a black crop top, hair tied loosely as she crouched down, laughing at a golden retriever tugging at its leash.
The corner of his mouth curved without his permission. He remembered the sharp glint in her eyes yesterday when she’d said, That’s mine.
The memory pulled a quiet chuckle from him before he could stop it.
Lucario D'Azur
(A knock on the door pulled him back. His voice was smooth, controlled again) “Come in.”
The door opened, and his secretary stepped inside, holding the handle open for the woman beside her.
Lucario’s gaze sharpened as Luna Harlford walked into his office. She was exactly like her photograph—calm, confident, her posture straight, every movement deliberate. Her eyes met his without flinching.
Luna Harlford
“Mr. D’Azur,” (she greeted, her voice even)
Lucario D'Azur
“Doctor Harlford,” (Lucario replied, gesturing toward the seat opposite his desk)
Lucario D'Azur
"I Hear you’re good at handling difficult patients.”
Luna Harlford
“I handle people, Mr. D’Azur,” (Luna corrected gently as she said)
Luna Harlford
“Whether they’re ‘difficult’ depends on who’s asking.”
His lips twitched, just barely.
Lucario D'Azur
“Fair enough. My brother is… not an easy man. I expect honesty from you, doctor."
Lucario D'Azur
"If you can’t handle him, say it before you begin.”
Luna Harlford
(She met his stare steadily) “If I can’t handle him, you’ll be the first to know."
Luna Harlford
"But I don’t walk away from my patients, Mr. D’Azur. No matter how… difficult.”
Lucario studied her for a long moment, then leaned forward, folding his hands.
Lucario D'Azur
“Good. I’ll arrange for you to meet Maxmillian tomorrow. Don’t be late.”
As she left the office with his secretary, Lucario’s gaze drifted back to the window. Sofia was still there, throwing a stick for the dog. He watched her for a moment longer, before finally turning back to his work—though the faint smile still lingered on his lips.
