FORCED TO MARRY THE DEVIL
EP-1
Rudra sat straight on the first bench, answering every question the teacher threw at the class without missing a beat. His calm, confident tone made it seem like he was born with a book in his hand.
At the back, Aradhya and her best friend Tina were far too busy gossiping to care.
“Aradhya! Get up and sit in the front row… with Rudra,” the teacher suddenly barked.
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
“Eww, no way! With that kitab keeda?” (she said without a second thought.)
“Shut up! He’s the brightest student in this class,” the teacher shot back.
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
(Leaned toward Tina and whispered) “Kahan hai chamak? I’m still searching.”
Tina Sharma/fl's bestfriend
“I think Rudra and the teacher have some… connections.”
Aradhya kept a completely serious face.
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
“They’re boyfriends.”
Unfortunately, their ‘whisper’ was loud enough for the entire class to hear.
A wave of chuckles spread across the room. Rudra slowly turned his head toward Aradhya, his jaw tight, eyes narrowing in slow irritation. Then came the smirk—slow, sharp, and dangerous.
Aradhya froze.
She had just declared war… again.
With a dramatic roll of her eyes, Aradhya dragged her feet to the front bench and plopped down beside Rudra.
Rudra had already planned her murder in detail.
When the time came to submit their assignments, Aradhya dug into her bag… and froze.
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
(Her eyes widened) No… no way.
Teacher: “Aradhya! Where’s your assignment?”
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
“It… uh… it was here a second ago—”
Teacher: “Punishment! You’ll be having detention!”
Her head whipped toward the devil sitting next to her.
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
“Rudra!! How dare you!! Give me my assignment back, you cockroaches ke sardar!”
Rudra Singh oberoi/ML
(Didn’t even flinch.) “Oops. I’ve already torn it—”
Her blood boiled instantly. Without a second thought, she snatched his perfectly neat assignment, ripped it into tiny pieces, and—since she was sitting by the window—threw the paper confetti right out.
Rudra slowly turned toward her, eyes dark, jaw tight, a muscle ticking in his cheek.
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
(Leaned back in her seat with a satisfied smile.) “Oops.”
The teacher was busy scribbling something on the board, completely oblivious to the tiny paper storm Aradhya had just sent flying out the window.
“Rudra… your assignment?” the teacher finally asked, turning back.
Rudra Singh oberoi/ML
“She tore it—” (his voice tight with frustration.)
But when he turned toward her, ready to glare holes into her skull, Aradhya was… sleeping. Head on the desk. Eyes closed. Breathing slow, like she hadn’t just committed academic murder.
The teacher frowned. “What? A sleeping person tore your assignment?”
The class burst into muffled laughter.
Teacher: “You have disappointed me, Rudra. Detention for you too!”
Rudra Singh oberoi/ML
(Jaw dropped.) “But—”
“And you, Aradhya, get up!” the teacher barked.
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
(Lazily lifted her head, rubbing her eyes.) “Huh? Is it lunch break already?”
Rudra stared at her, looking like he was two seconds away from launching her out the same window her crime scene had vanished through.
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
(Smirked) “What happened, cockroaches ke sardar? No assignment? Tch, tch… such a shame for the brightest student
EP-2
Teacher: “You both will stay after class and clean the entire room.” [slams duster] “And no leaving until it’s spotless.”
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
“What is this? Detention or slavery?”
Rudra Singh oberoi/ML
[grabbing a cloth] “Don’t touch my side.”
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
“Relax, cockroach king, your territory is safe.”
Rudra Singh oberoi/ML
“Stop calling me that.”
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
“Fine… kitab keeda deluxe edition.”
Rudra Singh oberoi/ML
“Wow, creativity level: zero.”
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
“Better than your face. That’s just… recycled.”
Rudra Singh oberoi/ML
“Says the girl who drooled on her desk during class.”
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
“At least I was resting my brain so I can live longer. You’re overusing yours—it’s gonna expire early.”
Rudra Singh oberoi/ML
[calmly picking up a broom] “Don’t come near my side. I like things done properly.”
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
“Relax, broom's husband, your precious floor is safe.”
Rudra Singh oberoi/ML
[deadpan] “You have two volumes—too loud and sleeping. Can’t you pick a third option for once?”
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
“Wow, you talk like a grumpy old man.”
Rudra Singh oberoi/ML
“And you act like a hyperactive five-year-old.”
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
[snatches a cloth] “At least I’m fun. You’re boring. Even your face looks like it’s stuck in ‘serious mode’.”
Rudra Singh oberoi/ML
[smirks slightly] “Serious enough to make you nervous right now.”
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
[mock gasp] “Me? Nervous? Of you? Please. The only thing you make me feel is the urge to throw something at your head.”
Rudra Singh oberoi/ML
“Go ahead. I’ll make sure you regret it.”
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
“Threatening me now?”
Rudra Singh oberoi/ML
“Warning you. There’s a difference.”
She leans against a desk instead of cleaning, clearly trying to get under his skin.
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
“You know, for the ‘brightest student,’ you’re wasting your time cleaning floors.”
Rudra Singh oberoi/ML
“For someone who claims to hate me, you spend an awful lot of time talking to me.”
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
“I’m just making sure the cockroach king doesn’t start building his empire here.”
Teacher: “I said clean, not flirt!”
She slams her mop into the bucket, splashing water on his shoes.
Rudra Singh oberoi/ML
[calmly looking down at his wet shoes] “You do realize these cost more than your entire wardrobe?”
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
“Then maybe you shouldn’t wear your rich-boy Barbie shoes to clean a classroom.”
Rudra Singh oberoi/ML
“Barbie? You’re clearly jealous of my style.”
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
“Jealous? Please. Even a scarecrow has more fashion sense.”
They start cleaning opposite sides of the room but keep throwing comments.
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
“Hey, Mr. Brightest Student, how’s it feel knowing your brain is the only thing people like about you?”
Rudra Singh oberoi/ML
“Better than being known only for your loud mouth.”
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
“At least people remember me.”
Rudra Singh oberoi/ML
"Yes. Like they remember headaches.”
Teacher: “Good. No fighting?”
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
[sweetly] “None at all, sir.”
Rudra Singh oberoi/ML
[deadpan] “She just threatened to stab me."
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
“You deserved it.”
Teacher: “Detention tomorrow as well.”
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
[turns to Rudra] “This is your fault!”
Rudra Singh oberoi/ML
“Everything is my fault when you’re in the room.”
EP-3
Teacher: “Rudra, Aradhya, you’ll be partners for this project. Submit it by Friday.”
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
[gasping] “Sir! With him? I’d rather set the school on fire!”
Teacher: “Then make sure your project doesn’t go up in flames.”
Fast forward to the day of submission. The classroom is buzzing with students. Aradhya walks to the front with her laptop in hand, trying to look confident.
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
“So, this project was—actually, my project—”
Rudra Singh oberoi/ML
[raising an eyebrow] “Your project?”
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
“Yes! I… did all the hard work.”
Rudra Singh oberoi/ML
“You mean the part where you copied my notes last night?”
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
“I copied responsibly!”
Rudra Singh oberoi/ML
“Right. Responsibly stealing. Got it.”
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
“And for your information, I did all the typing!”
Rudra Singh oberoi/ML
“Typing while you were asleep? Impressive multitasking.”
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
“I—uh—I was resting my brain, okay? It’s a talent.”
Rudra Singh oberoi/ML
[calmly] “Clearly. And one I preserved for you by recording every word you said about me.”
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
[confused] “What—recorded—”
*Rudra presses play on his phone, and her voice echoes across the classroom:
aradhya:- “I don’t care about this stupid project. Rudra can do everything. His big brain is only good for homework anyway.”
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
[turns beet red] “YOU RECORDED ME?!”
Rudra Singh oberoi/ML
[smirks slightly] “Of course. Someone has to make sure history remembers your wisdom.”
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
“I’m going to murder you.”
Rudra Singh oberoi/ML
“Go ahead. Just make it quick—I have a presentation to finish.”
Teacher: [on the phone] “Hello, Mr. and Mrs. Chaudhary? I’m calling about Aradhya’s behavior in class today.”
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
[whipping around] “NO! You can’t—”
Rudra Singh oberoi/ML
[smirking, leaning back] “Don’t worry, little witch. I’ll make sure they know everything.”
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
[growling] “Everything? You little—”
Rudra Singh oberoi/ML
[cutting her off] “Cockroach queen, terror of group projects, destroyer of brooms, and general chaos creator.”
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
[mouth drops] “WHAT?! That is NOT how you talk to anyone!”
Rudra Singh oberoi/ML
[still calm, deadly smirk] “Oh, come on. Your parents need to know who they raised. The great Ms. Drama herself.”
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
[hands in hair, panicking] “I’m going to kill you!”
Rudra Singh oberoi/ML
“Slow down.. You’re making me dizzy with all that shouting.”
Aradhya slouched in her university chair, arms crossed, trying to focus on the lecture… but her eyes kept darting to him.
Two tables down. Rudra Singh Oberoi.
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
[muttering to herself] “Of all places… of all people… why is he here? I thought after school I’d never have to see him again. And here he is, acting like he owns the universe.”
Suhana, her cousin and partner-in-crime, nudged her shoulder.
Her glare could probably burn a hole through his perfectly calm posture.
Suhana sharma/second FL/fl's cousin
[leaning over] “Uh… are you glaring at him again?”
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
[hissing] “Of course I am! He doesn’t get to be smug just because the universe is cruel!”
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
“Suhana… you have no idea what happened that day. My parents scolded me for hours!”
Suhana sharma/second FL/fl's cousin
[laughing] “Come on, it can’t be that serious. You guys are just enemies… simple enemies, right?”
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
[throwing her hands in the air] “Simple enemies? Suhana, let me tell you… that day, I literally glued him to the table!”
Suhana sharma/second FL/fl's cousin
[spitting out her coffee] “What?! You… you did what?!”
Rudra was sitting at his desk, calm and collected, solving math problems like the perfect genius he always is. The teacher suddenly called on him.
Teacher: “Rudra! Answer this on the board!”
Rudra stood up confidently… only to find his pants were glued to the seat.
Rudra Singh oberoi/ML
[struggling] “Wh-what the—”
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
[trying so hard not to laugh, whispering] “Oops… my bad?”
The whole class erupted in laughter. Rudra’s face turned bright red as he tried to peel himself off the chair without making it obvious.
Rudra Singh oberoi/ML
[muttering under his breath] “You’ll pay for this, Aradhya Chaudhary…”
Suhana sharma/second FL/fl's cousin
[laughing uncontrollably] “Oh my God! You actually did that?!”
Suhana sharma/second FL/fl's cousin
[laughing uncontrollably] “Oh my God! You actually did that?!”
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
[rolling her eyes] “Don’t be happy yet… after that, he got revenge.”
Suhana sharma/second FL/fl's cousin
[curious] “Revenge? What did he do?”
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
“He mixed blond hair color in my conditioner.”
Suhana sharma/second FL/fl's cousin
[bursting out laughing] “WHAT?!”
Aradhya Chaudhary/FL
[dramatic sigh] “Yes! I spent two weeks trying to fix my hair. Two. Whole. Weeks. And every time I looked in the mirror, all I could see was him smirking in my head!”
Suhana sharma/second FL/fl's cousin
[giggling] “You can’t be serious! That’s… actually hilarious!”
