(POV)
"People cling to love like it’s holy.
They kill for it. Die for it. Lose empires for it.
Pathetic.

Rei’s hate, Aiko’s loyalty… all just my design.

I’m no fighter. No killer. Just a kid with a laptop, staring too long into shadows.

And Toma… he’s rewriting the world.
I can’t stop him with guns. But maybe… maybe I can stop him with the truth.

EP-1 “Scars Don’t Fade”
[Scene: Rooftop at night. Neon city below. Rain falling. Rei lights a cigarette, staring into the distance.]
(ML) Rei Kazuki
(inner monologue):
Twelve years since the fire. Twelve years since she left me in the flames.
(ML) Rei Kazuki
(whisper) “…Aiko Minami.
Are you still smiling?”
(He exhales smoke. Footsteps echo. Yuki appears, hoodie soaked, laptop bag slung over his shoulder.)
Yuki
“Tch". I knew I do find you brooding up here.
(ML) Rei Kazuki
I don’t brood. I wait.
Yuki
(smirking):
“Yeah? Waitin’ for the city to apologize?
Or for her?”
(ML) Rei Kazuki
(sharply):
“Don’t say her name.”
(Silence. Lightning flashes. Yuki opens his laptop under his jacket, screen glowing green.)
Yuki
Then don’t look at this.
(ML) Rei Kazuki
(frowning):
“…What did you find?”
Yuki
(hesitant):
“Project SERAPHIM. Minami Syndicate’s pet project. You’re not gonna like this.”
Yuki
(inner monologue):
That word again. SERAPHIM. The ghost in every file I track, every corpse I leave behind.

(ML) Rei Kazuki
(coldly)
“Show me.”
(Yuki turns the laptop. On screen: medical files, brain scans, coded names. One name highlighted — Aiko Minami.)
(ML) Rei Kazuki
(eyes widen)
“…Her?”
Yuki
Not just her. You too.
(ML) Rei Kazuki
(furious)
What the hell do you mean?
Yuki
“SERAPHIM isn’t just memory erasure. It rewrites loyalty. Hate. Love. Every scar you carry, Rei… it isn’t just from bullets.”
(Rei grabs Yuki by the collar, eyes burning.)
(ML) Rei Kazuki
Are you saying my hate isn’t mine? That she—”
Yuki
(calm, but scared)
I’m saying they turned you both into weapons. And Toma Renji… he’s the puppeteer.
(Cut — across the city. A glass penthouse. Toma Renji sips red wine, watching the rain through the window. Aiko Minami kneels beside him, expression blank, elegant as a porcelain doll.)
Toma Renji
“Rei Kazuki moves again. Like a moth toward the flame.”
(FL) Aiko Minami
(softly, distant)
“…Rei?”
Toma Renji
(smiles coldly)
“Ah. The name still stings your heart. Perfect.”
(Back to rooftop. Rei crushes his cigarette under his boot.)
(ML) Rei Kazuki
(inner monologue)
If my hate was engineered… then what about my love?
Aiko… were you ever really mine?
(ML) Rei Kazuki
(aloud, voice low)
“…Yuki. Find her.”
Yuki
(nervous)
“And when we do?”
(ML) Rei Kazuki
(eyes glowing with rage)
“…I’ll put a bullet through the truth.”
(ML) Rei Kazuki
(revenge tone)
(inner monologue)
If my hate was never mine… then I’ll carve a new one.
Even if it kills me, I’ll find the truth.
Aiko… our scars will meet again.
Inner monologue:-
Yuki (to Rei, closing his laptop):
“Face it… if she’s part of SERAPHIM, then she’s not the same woman you knew.
The question is… when you meet her again, will you kill her… or save her?”
( Rei’s silent face, cigarette glowing red, before screen fades to black.)

(inner monologue)
{ There you are. My Aiko. My scar and my cure. }
(ML) Rei Kazuki
{ The storm could tear this city apart, but nothing will stop me from reaching you. }
(Lightning flashes. Aiko on the balcony turns, her eyes locking faintly onto Rei’s silhouette. )
( Her lips part, as if she almost knows. )
(FL) Aiko Minami
(softly, barely audible)
“…Who… are you?”
(Toma suddenly appears behind her, wrapping a controlling arm around her waist. )
Aiko flinches, breaking the fragile connection.
( Rei’s cigarette burns down to his scarred fingers as his jaw clenches. )
(ML) Rei Kazuki
(low, vengeful)
“…Toma.”
[Scene Shift: Aiko’s Bedroom, Later That Night 🌃 ]
(Aiko lies awake, rain whispering on her windows.
She closes her eyes — dream sequence begins.)
[Dreamscape: The Blood Garden]
Her hands stained crimson
A man with scarred hands reaching for her
(FL) Aiko Minami
(dreaming, tears in her voice)
“Rei… don’t go…”
( The faceless man kisses her forehead.
She blinks — it’s Toma’s face instead, smiling cruelly.
She wakes up, heart racing, clutching her chest. )
(FL) Aiko Minami
(inner monologue)
That name again. Rei. Why does it feel like… love? Why does it feel like pain?
[Scene: Minami Mansion Masquerade — Next Night 🌉 ]
Luxurious ballroom. Chandeliers blazing. Mafia bosses, CEOs, assassins — all masked.
Aiko, dressed in a dark sapphire gown, is presented as Toma’s “queen.”
She forces a polite smile, but her eyes look restless

(in Rei’s earpiece) 📞
“Alright, you’re inside.
Yuki
( in Rai's earpiece ) 📞
Masks everywhere. No one knows who’s who — perfect cover.
Yuki
( in Rai's earpiece) 📞
Just don’t do anything stupid.
(ML) Rei Kazuki
(cold smirk beneath raven mask)
You should know me by now, Yuki. Stupid is how I breathe.
He blends into the crowd, his eyes locking instantly on Aiko across the dance floor.
Her body stiffens mid-dance as if sensing him. For a heartbeat, her heart skips to the same melody she played at the piano
(FL) Aiko Minami
(inner monologue)
Those eyes again… Why do they burn into me like they’ve always known me?
[Scene: Secret Garden Below the Mansion 🏨 ]
Rei breaks from the crowd, guided by Yuki’s hacked blueprint. He enters an underground passage —
Vines, surgical chairs, broken machines. His breath catches at a glass case ° inside, a photograph —
Himself and Aiko, younger, smiling faintly.
The label reads: Subject 01 + Subject 02 — Failed Bond .
(ML) Rei Kazuki
(whispering, fists trembling)
They took everything from us. Even our love
Behind him, footsteps.
Aiko, restless from the ball, wandered down unknowingly.
She pauses, staring at the same garden , the surgical chair sparking a vague memory.
Her hand reaches out to touch the cold metal — and Rei’s scarred hand almost reaches hers from the shadows.
Their fingertips are inches apart—
GUARD:1
voice (shouting from above)
" Lady Aiko! The boss is looking for you ! "
Aiko gasps, pulling back. Rei hides in the shadows, teeth clenched as she’s escorted away.
Toma’s voice echoes faintly as he appears, smiling in the darkness.
Toma Renji
(low, venomous whisper)
Come back all you want, ghost.
This is the place where I broke her. And it’s where I’ll break you again.
