Twisted Hearts
Episode 1 New beginning
Scene 1 – Outside the High School
Narration:
Italy. A place of beauty… but also darkness.
Ella stood at the giant iron gates of St. Vincent High School.
It wasn’t just any school.
It was famous, powerful, and filled with the children of the richest families… some with dangerous secrets.
Ella
(Thinking )
“Wow… it’s even bigger than I imagined. Can I really adjust here?”
She clutched her bag nervously, her hazel eyes full of hope… and fear.
Scene 2 – Entering the Campus
The campus was shining with luxury.
Marble walls, golden staircases, students carrying designer bags.
Everywhere she looked, students walked in groups, laughing and gossiping. Their eyes sharp, their voices cold.
Ella
(Thinking)
“They all look so rich… and confident. I feel like an outsider already.”
She stopped a girl passing by.
Ella
Ella: “Excuse me, could you tell me where Class 2-3 is?”
Girl
(coldly, without smiling): “Second building. The old one.”
Ella
Ella frowned. As she walked away, whispers followed her.
Random student
(whispering): “A transfer student? Here?”
Another student
“Poor girl… she has no idea what she’s walked into.”
Scene 3 – The Old Building
Ella’s footsteps echoed as she approached the second building.
It was completely different from the rest—walls cracked, windows broken, paint peeling.
Ella
(thinking):
“This place… it looks abandoned. Why would they send me here?”
She pushed open the heavy door and stepped into Class 2-3.
The class was loud, full of laughter and gossip.
But the moment Ella walked in, the noise died down. Everyone stared.
She took a deep breath.
Ella
(smiling nervously):
“Hello… my name is Ella. I just transferred here—”
No one clapped.
No one welcomed her.
Students turned back to their conversations, ignoring her completely.
Her heart sank.
But then—
Jinshi
(brightly, waving from the back):
“Hey! Over here! You can sit next to me!”
Ella
Ella smiled in relief, walking quickly toward the cheerful girl.
Ella
“Finally… someone kind.”
As Ella settled into her seat, she felt it…
A sharp, piercing gaze burning into her back.
She slowly turned her head.
At the last bench, a boy sat lazily, his grey eyes locked on her.
Tall. Dark. Dangerous.
His smirk sent a chill down her spine.
Episode 2 : The Devil's Game
Scene 1 – Morning in Class 2-3
Ella walked into the classroom, clutching her notebook. She could feel eyes on her. Whispers spread again.
Random student
(loudly):
“Oh look, Jinshi won’t be lonely anymore. She got a maid to keep her company!”
Ella
(frowning, standing up):
“What do you mean by that? I’m not anyone’s maid!”
The boy smirked, took a bottle of water, and poured it on Ella’s head.
Ella’s hazel eyes burned with anger.
She clenched her fists.
Without thinking, she swung her hand— SMACK! —her fist landed right on the boy’s jaw.
Ella
(furious):
“Don’t you dare treat me like I’m beneath you. I’m not afraid of any of you.”
A pin-drop silence. Then… a slow clap echoed from the back.
Ella turned—
It was Raven.
He leaned back in his chair, smirking, eyes gleaming with amusement.
Raven
(mocking):
“Well, well… the new girl has fire.”
He stood up, walking closer.
“But fire can burn out quickly… especially here.”
He stopped just a step away from her, towering over her.
Ella held her ground, even though her heart raced.
Ella
(coldly):
“I don’t care who you are. Don’t try to scare me.”
For a second, Raven’s smirk faltered. He wasn’t used to anyone standing up to him.
Then he chuckled darkly.
Raven
(whispering near her ear):
“Interesting… Let’s see how long you last, Ella.”
Her name on his lips sent an unexpected shiver down her spine.
Scene 3 – The Aftermath
Jinshi rushed to Ella, pulling her away.
Jinshi
(whispering nervously):
“Are you crazy? Don’t talk back to him! That’s Raven… no one messes with him.”
Ella
(frowning):
“Why? Who does he think he is?”
Jinshi
“He’s not just anyone. His family… it’s mafia. He’s dangerous, Ella. Promise me you’ll stay away from him.”
Ella bit her lip, but deep inside, her heart whispered differently.
She wasn’t afraid. She was curious.
Scene 4 – The Eyes in the Hallway
After class, Ella walked alone through the corridor. She felt a strange sensation—like someone watching her.
She turned.
At the far end, Raven stood with his hands in his pockets, smirk playing on his lips.
He didn’t say a word.
He just watched her… until she quickly looked away and hurried off.
Ella
(thinking, clutching her notebook):
“Why does he keep staring at me like that? What does he want from me…?”
Episode 3 : Fire and Ice
Scene 1 – The Target
Next morning. Ella walked into class, determined to ignore Raven.
But Raven? He had other plans.
As she sat, Raven suddenly snatched her notebook from her desk.
Ella
(snapping):
“Give it back, Raven!”
Raven
(holding the notebook high, smirking):
“Hmm… let’s see what secrets the new girl hides in here. Maybe love poems?”
Ella
(jumping, trying to reach it):
“Stop it! That’s mine!”
The class watched, amused.
Raven tilted the notebook away each time she tried.
She stood on her toes, stretching—when suddenly her foot slipped.
She stumbled—straight into Raven’s chest.
Scene freezes.
Ella’s hands pressed against him, Raven’s arm instinctively circling her waist.
For a split second, his smirk vanished. His heart skipped.
Her scent, her warmth—too close.
Ella
(blushing, breathless):
“L-Let go!”
Raven blinked, snapped out of it, and pushed her back roughly. He tossed the notebook onto her desk.
Raven
(gruffly, almost nervous):
“Tch… don’t get in my way.”
He turned and walked off quickly, leaving Ella fuming.
Scene 2 – The Girls’ Whisper
Jinshi hurried to Ella, whispering.
Jinshi
(worried):
“See? I told you! He’s playing with you. Don’t fall into his trap.”
Ella
(clutching her notebook, muttering):
“He’s the worst… But… why did he… hold me like that?”
Her cheeks burned. She shook her head furiously.
Scene 3 – The Corridor Game
Later that day, in the corridor, Raven deliberately blocked her path.
Raven
(leaning against the wall):
“Careful, newbie. You might get lost in this big school.”
Ella
(rolling eyes):
“Or maybe you just don’t have anything better to do than annoy me.”
Raven chuckled.
He leaned down slightly, close enough that Ella felt his breath.
Raven
(low voice):
“You’re bold, I’ll give you that. But boldness has a price here.”
Ella glared, her heart racing, but she refused to step back.
Ella
“I’m not afraid of you, Raven.”
For a heartbeat, their eyes locked—fire against ice.
And for the first time, Raven’s smirk softened into something unreadable.
He straightened, brushing past her with a whisper.
Ella stood frozen, clutching her books, cheeks pink.
