Vows Of Blood
The Unveiled Truth
It's a new day with dark and gloomy clouds. Sabrina wakes up and help herself to reach the window.
She sat on the couch near the window. Watching the beauty of the weather. Then she heard her mom's voice, she is calling her.
Valentine Adrenaline
"Sabrina!"
Sabrina went to her mother and she was sitting on couch in the living room and saw a anonymous woman also sitting there.
Sabrina Bonetti
"Arfellia mom~" She bows. (It's a way to greet)
"Mom may I know who is she? And why did you call me?"
Valentine Adrenaline
"Oh Honey, she is a bridal consultant, she is here for-YOU. I am sorry honey I didn't tell you about it yet."
Sabrina Bonetti
"I knew it something was fishy these days as you and Dad were acting like you actually love me!!! But I was wrong."
Valentine Adrenaline
"It's not that we actually love-"
Vina Sriya(Maid)
Mr. Aaron Bratava is here Lady Val.
"Arfellia~"
Sabrina Bonetti
My heart is pounding... I am feeling trembling from inside but I won't show up.
"Mom, Listen to me. Let's have a talk."
Valentine Adrenaline
"I'm sorry honey, but you have to get ready as you are going to meet, Mr. Aaron Batava. I also hope you haven't forgotten your manners."
Sabrina Bonetti
"Mom but-"
Valentine Adrenaline
"Enough 'Brina- Just. Do. As. I. Said."
<Brina is Sabrina's nic name>
Valentine Adrenaline
"Sriya get her dressed well, take her."
Vina Sriya(Maid)
"Yes lady Val"
Sabrina leaves with the maid (Sriya).
Sabrina moved through the hall with restless steps, her silk Yellow dress shining like sun brushing the floor as the storm outside rattled the windows. The gloomy weather mirrored her heart—dark clouds, heavy and suffocating. Her usually calm face was pale, lips parted as though she couldn’t breathe in the weight of what she’d just heard: marriage. Her marriage. Decided without her consent.
She tucked a strand of dark hair behind her ear, but her hands trembled. Her eyes—warm brown yet blazing with defiance—flicked to the stranger now standing in her home. A man cloaked in authority, his cold presence cutting through the room like a knife.
Sabrina Bonetti
"Arfellia~ Mr. Aaron Bratava"
Inconvenient Words
He walked in like midnight given flesh.
Eyes—pure black, fathomless, swallowing the light whole, daring anyone to search for mercy and find only shadows. His hair gleamed like onyx, slicked back with ruthless precision, catching the glow of the chandeliers as though even fire bowed to him.
Broad shoulders carried not just the weight of muscle but the weight of power, of bloodlines and promises sealed in violence. His frame was a perfect sin—tall, sculpted, every line cut sharp beneath the flawless tailoring of his suit. He was not just fit; he was a weapon carved by fate and polished by cruelty.
When he moved, the air obeyed, bending around his presence. And when his gaze met hers, it was as if the devil himself had leaned in to whisper:
Aaron Bratava
"Arfellia~ Mrs. Bratava"
Sabrina Bonetti
“Tch.”
Her lips curved into a bitter smile, anger burning in her eyes.
“Mrs. Bratava? You must be delusional. I’d rather marry death than be chained to a man who mistakes arrogance for charm.”
Aaron Bratava
(smirking, unfazed) “Careful, little viper. Death and I are on very good terms.”
Valentine Adrenaline
“I apologize for my daughter’s inconvenient words, and for keeping you waiting, Mr. Bratava.”
Aaron Bratava
“No need to apologize, Ms. Val. I don’t mind inconvenience… in fact, I rather like it. Keeps things interesting.”
Valentine Adrenaline
"Mr. Bratava, you didn't informed us about your visit, we haven't prepared anything."
Aaron Bratava
"It's Alright Ms. Val. I am here to see my wife-"
Sabrina Bonetti
"Wife? Over my dead body Mr. Bratava!!"
Cuts off and spoke in a loud voice.
