On the cold floor, a boy lay trembling in a pool of his own blood.
His body was stripped of dignity, his skin marred with pain too deep to name.
His eyes—once bright—were now lifeless, empty, staring into a void that had swallowed every last fragment of hope.

"So… this is the end?"
The words slipped past his lips, broken, barely a whisper.
His gaze flickered to the shards of glass scattered across the floor, glinting faintly under the weak light.
With the last of his strength, he dragged his body forward—each movement a crawl through agony. His fingers found a jagged edge, sharp enough to finish what had already been done to him.
The glass bit into his wrist. Blood spilled, dark and heavy, pooling beside him.

As the world blurred and darkness claimed him, his final breath carried a curse.
"I hate you… Jeon Jungkook."
The Gift of Rebirth
Taehyung’s eyes snapped open.
For a long moment, he lay still, his chest heaving as confusion tangled in his mind. The floor beneath him wasn’t the one he remembered, and the air—it was too pure, too soft. No walls, no prison, no pain. Just an endless stretch of light.
Slowly, he rose and took an unsteady step forward. A narrow path appeared beneath his feet, winding into the distance.
He followed it, each step echoing louder than the last, though silence pressed from all sides.
"Am I… hallucinating?" he whispered, his voice small, almost afraid of the answer.
The path carried him to a vast hall that shimmered with ethereal light.
Pillars stretched endlessly into the heavens, and the ceiling seemed to breathe with stars.

Taehyung’s eyes darted from one corner to another, searching for something familiar, when a voice called gently from behind him.
MOON GODDESS
"Where are you looking, Taehyung?"
Turning slowly, his breath caught. A woman stood there, radiant as though carved from moonlight itself. Her beauty wasn’t earthly—it was otherworldly, serene yet commanding.
Jeon Taehyung | omega |
"Are… are you an angel?" Taehyung’s voice trembled, hesitant.
MOON GODDESS
The woman only smiled, her eyes soft but deep, as though they held lifetimes of sorrow. "You may call me that."
The words broke something inside him. Taehyung clenched his fists, his voice rising with the weight of everything he had endured.
Jeon Taehyung | omega |
"Then tell me," he demanded, "why? What did I do to deserve that life?"
Jeon Taehyung | omega |
The questions spilled out, sharp and trembling. "Why was I born only to suffer? To be betrayed, beaten, humiliated? Do you know—"
Jeon Taehyung | omega |
His voice cracked, his throat tight. "Do you know I was raped by the man who guarded my husband? By the one who was supposed to protect me?"
Jeon Taehyung | omega |
His cries echoed in the vast hall, raw and jagged. "Why… why would you give me that kind of life?"
MOON GODDESS
The Moon goddess's smile faded, sorrow shadowing her radiant face. She stepped closer, her hand hovering near his cheek but never touching.
MOON GODDESS
"Not every soul is given ease, Taehyung. Some are tested, some are broken… and some rise from the ashes."
MOON GODDESS
Her gaze locked with his. "I cannot erase the pain of what you endured. But I can give you a choice."
Jeon Taehyung | omega |
His chest heaved, hope and fear colliding. "Choice…?"
MOON GODDESS
"I will grant you a new life," she said, her voice carrying the weight of eternity.
MOON GODDESS
"This time, you may carry your memories with you. You will know what was done to you, and you may do whatever you wish with that knowledge. Revenge, redemption… the path will be yours alone."
Jeon Taehyung | omega |
Taehyung’s eyes glistened. "And what if I fall again? What if it all repeats?"
MOON GODDESS
The angel’s lips curved faintly. "I bless you with more than memory. In your new life, you will be bound to a second mate. One who will find you, one who will not let you shatter as before.
Silence wrapped them as Taehyung bowed his head, his breath shaky but steadier than before.
Jeon Taehyung | omega |
"…Then I accept."
MOON GODDESS
"Very well." The angel’s voice was both gentle and absolute. She lifted her hand, and light gathered like threads of silk, weaving around his body. "
MOON GODDESS
Rise again, Taehyung. Live again. This time, not as a victim of shadows—but as their master."
And with a burst of blinding light, Taehyung was sent back to earth.

A New Beginning
Taehyung’s eyes flew open.
His chest heaved as he shot upright, panic clawing at his ribs. .
For a moment he couldn’t breathe, couldn’t think. He looked around wildly—his bed, his desk, the familiar walls of his room. No endless hall, no radiant woman. Just… home
But his body was fine. No scars. No blood. No lingering pain.
His trembling hands roamed over his arms, his chest, his legs—searching for wounds that weren’t there. He exhaled shakily, dropping his face into his palms.
Jeon Taehyung | omega |
"Was it… all a dream?" he whispered.
His heart said no. His mind screamed yes.
Desperate, he grabbed his phone from the nightstand. The screen lit up, and his eyes widened. The date stared back at him.
Jeon Taehyung | omega |
His throat went dry. "No way…"
The angel’s words echoed in his mind. *I will grant you a new life. Carry your memories. Do whatever you wish.*
It was real. It had to be.
For the first time in years, something unfamiliar swelled in his chest—power. Choice.
Jeon Taehyung | omega |
"This time," he whispered, his voice shaking but fierce,
Jeon Taehyung | omega |
"I won’t be that fragile omega anymore. I won’t let them break me. I’ll live for myself."
Determination steadied his hands as he swung his legs off the bed.
His mind raced through possibilities, but one thing was clear—he couldn’t stay here. Not in this house, not in the cage that had killed him once before.
Loneliness pressed in, until a single name surfaced in his thoughts. Someone he hadn’t dared reach out to in over a year.
Jeon Taehyung | omega |
"Jimin."
He hesitated, guilt pricking his chest. Would Jimin even answer after he abandoned him for marriage? Biting his lip, Taehyung scrolled to the number, hovered a moment, then pressed call
The line rang. Once. Twice.
Park Jimin
📱"Taehyung?" A familiar voice finally snapped through the speaker—sharp, annoyed. "Wow. Look who finally remembers I exist."
Jeon Taehyung | omega |
📱Taehyung flinched but forced a small smile. "Jimin…"
Park Jimin
📱"You have some nerve," Jimin snapped. "You got married and forgot your best friend, didn’t you?
Park Jimin
📱A whole year without a single call, a single text. Do you even know how angry I am?"
Jeon Taehyung | omega |
📱"I know. I know, Jimin." Taehyung’s voice cracked, soft and pleading. "
Jeon Taehyung | omega |
📱I messed up. I shouldn’t have cut you off. I regret it more than anything."
There was silence on the other end, broken only by Jimin’s frustrated sigh.
Park Jimin
📱"Why are you calling me now?"
Jeon Taehyung | omega |
📱Taehyung swallowed hard, fingers tightening around the phone. "Because… I need you. Can we meet? Please. Just once."
Park Jimin
📱Another pause. Then Jimin muttered, "You’re lucky I still care about you, idiot. Fine. Tell me where."
Jeon Taehyung | omega |
📱Relief washed over Taehyung so strong his eyes stung. "Thank you, Jimin. I’ll text you the place."
Park Jimin
📱"Don’t make me regret this," Jimin warned before hanging up.
Taehyung lowered the phone, his chest trembling with both fear and hope. This was his second chance. His real beginning.
And this time… he wasn’t going to waste it.
