“Babe, stop fooling around. Let’s go to another room,” the man coaxed in a low, seductive tone.

“No, I want to do it here in front of him!” Ji-Yeon insisted, quickly unbuttoning the man’s shirt as their lips met once again in a heated, passionate kiss.

Taehyung tried to hold back his tears, yet he felt them slowly trickling down his face. Who would have thought that the man he was meant to marry the very next day would betray him by cheating right before his eyes?

“Come on, baby… let’s go to the bathroom. Isn’t the bathtub your favorite place?"
Lim Ji-Yeon
“In that case, you can go first and fill up the bath.” Ji-Yeon shoved against the man’s chest. Once he left, she sauntered over to taehyung with a sneer.

“Taehyung, tomorrow I’ll make sure Mingyu never gets the chance to register his marriage with you. I’m pregnant and he is mine.”
Taehyung tightened his hands into a fist as he held back his emotions - careful not to let out a sound. Only when the couple’s passionate moans echoed from the bathroom did he finally feel his world shatter.
Three years ago, Taehyung had been South korea’s top model. But for the sake of this man, he gave up everything, surrendering his hard-earned position to Lim Ji-Yeon. In the end, all his efforts had only gone into preparing someone else’s wedding dress. No this couldn’t be real. It was just a terrible nightmare. Tomorrow, everything would return to normal.
Taehyung kept lying to himself, clinging to the fragile hope. But midway through the night, Lim Ji-yeon feigned discomfort and led Han Mingyu out of the hotel. From that moment on, Han Mingyu was gone and he never returned.

The next day, as planned, Taehyung drove to the Civil Affairs office, a bitter smile on his face. As he stepped out of the car, he called Han Mingyu.

A cold voice answered on the other end,. “Lim Ji-Yeon was injured on stage. I have to handle this urgent matter first. Let’s postpone the registration to another day.’”

There is no ’another day’ , Taehyung disappointedly told himself.
Taehyung turned and slid on his sunglasses, ready to leave, but his attention was immediately captured by a tall figure approaching.
He couldn’t help but notice the dark blue retro suit that hugged a strong, masculine frame, and from the front chest pocket, the corner of a wine-red handkerchief peeked out subtly.
His gaze traveled downward, taking in the perfectly straight legs that led to a pair of freshly polished brown leather shoes gleaming in the sunlight.
This man… radiated such a commanding presence, as if he were a king from a medieval tale!
Especially as he drew closer, even behind his sunglasses, his perfectly chiseled face and alluring lips were enough to drive any woman wild.

“Also… I don’t believe a married couple should live apart. You have three days to pack your belongings and move to a place of my choice. My assistant will contact you with the details.”

Taehyung had no objections. Since they were now married, such a request felt reasonable. He nodded obediently and said, “ I agree.”

After the two made their verbal agreement, Taehyung stepped out of Jeon Jungkook’s car and left. Jungkook’s assistant settled into the driver’s seat and glanced at him through the rearview mirror.

“Since Ji-Yeon is injured, you’ll have to endure a little discomfort…”
