Author's POV.

" Please believe me....It's not me....I'd never cheat on you....I love you so much. Believe me. " A young beautiful girl pleaded on her knees.

" Shut up Lindsey!!! " Said an angry faced man.

" Why can't you believe me or even let me explain? " Lindsey begged and asked.

" Am telling you just shut up. Why can't you shut up? You are just a slut. Look at this. " He said while showing his phone with a video. Showing her a video of herself with a man removing his clothes.

" It's not me....Please believe m...." She was about to continue speaking when a tight slap landed on her teary face.

Lindsey was shocked. She looked at him with wide eyes.

She touched her face and kept on muttering to herself " You slapped me....you slapped me. "

The man was shocked at what he did but his ego didn't let him to apologize or check on her.

Lindsey then said " I understand... You have no trust in me....You just believed this slut you call as your friend. "

The man then became very angry. Veins started popping on his forehead.

He then started strangling her.

Lindsey didn't struggle, she just looked at him with a smile.

" Luther, you are....doing this....because you know.....what I just said... is...is..is true. " She said while struggling for air.

Luther was so angry that he added more pressure on her neck.

She then looked at the woman standing beside him with tears while smirking at her.

' He's mine. I won and you lost. ' The woman mouthed to her with a vicious smile.

Lindsey just looked at her and just smiled.

She was on her last breath....As she was losing air .

The man then noticed what he had just done.

He stopped strangling her.

She then fell down. She started to cough real bad.

" Luther, please stop this....leave her....she made a grave mistake...please just leave her. " The woman said while shedding tears.

Luther then hugged her and said coldly " Don't mind wat she said..."

Lindsey looked at them....She said nothing more. She noticed how low her own husband thinks of her.

Luther looked at her and said coldly " From now on....You are not my wife....And Stella will be the new Ms. King. She'll be Stella King. "

Lindsey was devastated.... She was broken.

She stood up and looked at them with lifeless eyes.

He was her life but now she lost that.

He was her hope...but he shattered her.

Luther noticed her stare and felt a pain in his heart.

* Don't think of her....She's just a slut...She cheated on you. * Luther thought.

His guilt turned to hate.

He left to his room.

" Tsk..tsk..tsk...Too bad he believes his friend more than his wife....Poor you. " Stella said while wiping her crocodile tears.

Lindsey looked at her but said nothing because what she said was true.

Stella smiled at her.

" You know what,....Let me show you something. " Stella said to her with a cunning smile.

She noticed Luther coming back from his room.

She then scratched herself and then made herself fall down.

Lindsey was shocked at what she was doing.

" Please don't hit me....Am sorry....It's not my fault. I beg you....Am not a slut. " Stella started shedding crocodile tears while hugging her body. She started shivering.

Luther saw all this and he then slapped Lindsey.... It left a red print on her face.

She looked at him with no emotions.

Luther noticed this,....he then threw a paper right on her face.

" Sign it. " Said Luther.

Lindsey picked the paper.... She was shocked at what she just read....

* A divorce paper. *

Lindsey was devastated. A tear left from her eyes. She then turned to look at her husband. Or should I say ex husband.

She noticed him hugging Stella while trying to calm her down.

She picked a pen and signed them.

* I hate you Luther...You were my only hope...I trusted you in every path you made. Why you have to not believe me?....But you don't trust me at all. I loved you with all my heart...but now, I don't know what to do or think. Am hopeless... You were my only family...My life...Am tired with all this....Am exhausted. * Lindsey thought.

She glanced at them.

She picked up her bags and luggage....

She then left the mansion she used to call home.

She had only one thought * **I LOVED YOU....AND I REGRET IT....BUT NOW,....THERE'S ONLY HATE BETWEEN US. *

* I LOVED YOU...BUT NOW I HATE YOU...YOU BROKE MY TRUST**....Thought Luther.

Lindsey's POV.

Why can't you believe me...Why? You easily believe that so called friend yours.

Why not me? What do I lack?

You didn't let me explain my self.

I was brought out of my thoughts by the loud sound of thunder.

I looked up at the sky...

And then it started pouring.

* I hate this feeling....I hate it....I believed you when you told me that all those pictures with you and other women were edited...but why don't you believe me???? * I thought.

" I HATE YOU LUTHER KING....I HATE YOU!!! " I yelled in agony and pain.

I then started crying....

" Whyyyyy? " I muttered to myself.

* You were my life....but what now? I have no one...

I lost my parents and now, I have no one.....

Am so exhausted....* I thought while shedding a tear.

I stopped thinking all those thoughts and then kept on wandering around the streets.

I can't feel the coldness.

The pain am in is way immense than this.

I picked up my wallet and checked the money I have remaining.

" I need a job. This won't last me a week. " I muttered to myself.

I then saw a hotel near.

I took a big breath and then went to that direction.

I entered the hotel....I went to the reception and then talked about my stay....

At least it was cheap.... I can have money to stay for five days.

I filled all the forms and then got my key to my room.

I entered my room and it was beautiful and had enough space.

I arranged my things and then thought of all the times I spent together with Luther.

**FLASHBACK.....

Author's POV**.

" I love you Lutherrrrr...." Said a girl in her white dress.

" Mmm....." Answered a boy with an expression less face.

The girl pouted and said " Why can't you say I love you too...."

The boy patted her head while seeing how cute she looked.

" I love you too Lindsey.... Happy? " Said the boy.

" Very happy. " Answered Lindsey.

The boy hummed in response.

" Luther,... When we grow up....Will you marry me? " Asked Lindsey.

Luther looked at her and smiled.

He then pulled her cheeks.

" First grow up...OK? " Said Luther.

Lindsey just nodded to him.

Time pass...

They're teenagers....

" Am telling the truth. " Said Lindsey with tears in her eyes.

" You are lying. Stella isn't like that...She is my friend. " Said Luther with anger visible in his tone.

" Believe it or not she's up to no good...Leave it...I don't want to fight about this. " Lindsey said with a wronged expression.

She then left him.

Luther asked her to stay friends....Lindsey didn't want to lose him so she left the conversation they had at that.

Days passed, Months, Years....

Finally,...Luther proposed to her....She was so happy that she jumped on him.

Luther smiled at her with affection visible in his eyes.

They then got married....Troubles and problems were always there....

She always trusted him though there were rumors of him dating celebrities.

She was usually humiliated by other people because of her status and her being orphan.

She believed him....Trusted him.....But, until Stella framed her....She was utterly shocked and broken.

Author's POV.

Lindsey got up from her bed and then started striping her clothes off.

She then went in the bathroom....

She entered the tub and turned on the water.

Die...

There's no one for you....

You are useless....

No one will shed a drop of their tear on a waste like you.....

You are pathetic....

No wonder he left you...

They all left you...

Die, Die,Die,Die,Die, Die, Die**......

She then held her head trying to stop all those thoughts.....

She screamed in pain......" Aaaaaaghhhhhhh!!!!! Stop this pleaseeeee!!!!!Aaaaaaghhhhh!!!! "

She then put her head inside the tub...

Tired....She started drowning herself.....
