The morning sun spilled gently over Seoul, slipping through half-open curtains and warming the room where Taehyung lay sprawled like a cat across the bed. His hair was a fluffy halo around his head, lips parted slightly as he hummed in his sleep.

From the doorway, Jungkook leaned against the frame, arms crossed, a grin spreading across his face. “You look like a fluffy lion.”

Taehyung’s eyes blinked open, confusion quickly melting into a pout. “I’m majestic, not fluffy.”

Jungkook walked over, climbing onto the bed and pinning him down with ease. “Majestic or not, you’re mine.”

Taehyung rolled his eyes, though the faint pink dusting his cheeks betrayed him. “You’re cheesy this early?”

“Only for you.” Jungkook kissed him softly, lingering long enough to make Taehyung sigh into his lips.

Breakfast, as usual, was war.

Taehyung insisted on cooking pancakes. Jungkook insisted on watching.

“Babe,” Jungkook said carefully, “is the pancake supposed to be… purple?”

Taehyung froze. “I thought blueberry meant the whole basket goes in.”

Jungkook nearly fell off the stool laughing. Taehyung’s pout deepened, and the next second a handful of flour flew at Jungkook’s face.

“Oh, you started this!” Jungkook shouted, grabbing a spoonful of batter and smearing it across Taehyung’s cheek.

Their laughter echoed through the kitchen, flour coating the counters, batter dripping from their clothes. Eventually, Jungkook trapped Taehyung against the counter, both breathless and grinning.

“Truce?” Jungkook murmured.

“Only if you kiss me.”

And so, he kissed him—messy, sweet, and perfect.

Across town, another kind of chaos brewed.

“Hyung!” Jimin’s whiny voice filled the room as he wrestled with a pillow. “Stop hogging it!”

“Then use me as your pillow!” Hoseok declared dramatically, pulling Jimin against his chest.

From the other side, Yoongi groaned, still half-asleep. “Both of you, shut up.” But his hand snaked instinctively around Jimin’s waist, pulling him closer.

Jimin giggled, cuddling between them. “You’re both too much.”

“You love it,” Hoseok teased, pressing a loud kiss to Jimin’s cheek.

Yoongi cracked an eye open, glaring. “Do you have to be this loud at 8 a.m.?”

“Of course,” Hoseok said proudly.

Yoongi sighed, but his lips curved upward, and his hand tightened around them. His world was noisy, but he wouldn’t trade it for anything.

---

Meanwhile, at Namjoon and Jin’s house, breakfast was a different disaster.

“JOON!” Jin’s horrified scream echoed through the kitchen. “What did you do to that egg?!”

Namjoon looked guilty, spatula in hand. “I was experimenting—”

“Experimenting? You’re murdering breakfast!” Jin cried, waving the smoke away.

Namjoon winced. “It’s just a little soy sauce—”

“In scrambled eggs?!” Jin clutched his forehead. “You need to be banned from cooking forever.”

Namjoon chuckled, abandoning the pan to wrap his arms around Jin’s waist. “I may be bad at cooking, but I’m good at loving you.”

Jin rolled his eyes, though his cheeks warmed instantly. “You’re still my disaster.”

“Forever your disaster.” Namjoon kissed his forehead, making Jin’s annoyance melt away.

---

That evening, Jin invited everyone over for dinner. He had cooked enough food to feed an army and was determined to have one peaceful night.

“Behave yourselves,” he warned as they arrived. “No chaos.”

But Hoseok ruined that within seconds, marching in with three cakes.

“Why three?” Jin asked suspiciously.

“One for eating, one for throwing, and one for Yoongi,” Hoseok replied proudly.

“Touch my cake and you die,” Yoongi growled, already grabbing his.

Jimin giggled, hiding behind Hoseok, while Jungkook whispered to Taehyung, “Bet Hobi-hyung throws first.”

Taehyung smirked. “Bet Yoongi-hyung kills him after.”

Dinner was loud, full of laughter, food stolen off plates, and Namjoon nearly spilling soup on Jin. At one point, Hoseok did try to flick frosting at Yoongi, but Jimin’s squeal stopped him midair.

By dessert, Jin gave up on discipline, laughing so hard he nearly dropped his chopsticks.

---

Later, as the evening quieted, the couples melted into their own little worlds.

On the balcony, Jungkook and Taehyung leaned against each other, watching the stars.

“You make my world soft,” Taehyung whispered.

Jungkook kissed the top of his head. “And you make mine brighter.”

Inside, Yoongi sat at the piano, fingers brushing gentle notes as Jimin hummed beside him. Hoseok leaned on Yoongi’s shoulder, smiling as if the music itself was their love story.

“Hyungs,” Jimin whispered, “thank you for loving me so much.”

“You deserve it all,” Yoongi said simply, kissing his temple.

“And you’ll never escape us,” Hoseok added, grinning.

Jimin’s heart glowed, safe between them.

Upstairs, Namjoon read poetry softly, Jin’s head resting in his lap.

“You and your words,” Jin murmured, “they make me soft.”

“They’re all about you,” Namjoon replied, pressing a kiss to his cheek.

And Jin, despite everything—the chaos, the mess, the burnt eggs—smiled like he had the world in his hands.

---

Seasons passed—snowball fights in winter, cherry blossoms in spring, beach trips in summer, and cozy blankets in autumn. But through every laugh, every kiss, every moment of chaos, one thing never changed.

They were messy. They were loud. They were disasters in the kitchen and comedians at the dinner table. But they were also home.

Love wasn’t perfect. But together, it was everything.
