Gasps rippled through the hall. The priest froze. The guests turned in disbelief.
Jungkook’s head snapped up, his eyes locking with the tall man standing at the center of attention—Sarah’s brother. His supposed brother-in-law.

(coldly, through gritted teeth) You’re out of your mind.
Taehyung
(smirking faintly) Possibly. But at least I have the guts to act, unlike everyone else in this room.
Jungkook's aunt
(snapping, stepping forward) This is nonsense! Taehyung, do you even realize what you’re saying? You can’t replace your sister like some pawn in a game—
