DESTINY... Yoonmin Ff BY BUNNY

DREAMLAND...

The morning sun gently peeked through the grand windows of the Jeon-Kim Mansion, casting a golden glow on the marble floor. It was supposed to be a peaceful, quiet start to the day. But of course, peace doesn’t really exist in a house where Taehyung and Jungkook live together.

“Good morning, Kookie,” Taehyung said as he descended the stairs with a stretch, making his way to the cozy living room where Jungkook sat on the couch with his laptop, fully focused.

Jungkook didn’t respond, only gave a slight nod, eyes glued to the screen.

Taehyung squinted at him with a pout and flopped down beside him, pulling out his phone. A few seconds passed before loud laughter escaped his lips—he had found one of those hilarious reels again.

At first, Jungkook tried to ignore him.

But after some time, the constant giggles became impossible to avoid. Especially when you're deep in work mode, and someone beside you is laughing like a maniac—that’s the most irritating yet interesting situation ever.

Jungkook exhaled and said, “Tae, please. I’m doing something important. Can you either lower your volume or go somewhere else? Just for a bit, hmm?”

He said it sweetly, thinking Taehyung would understand. But instead of listening...

Taehyung smirked, snatched the laptop right off Jungkook’s lap, and tossed it on the bed.

Before Jungkook could even react, Taehyung leaned in, locking eyes with him and spoke with his usual honey-sweet voice, “So, Mr. Jeon Jungkook... I disturbed you? I invaded your space, right?”

Jungkook blinked, processing everything that just happened.

Taehyung crossed his arms dramatically. “How rude, Kookie. I didn’t expect this from you.”

The complaints kept coming... until Jungkook gently pressed his finger to Taehyung’s lips, silencing him.

They stared at each other again. Their eyes locked.

“Tae... you talk too much,” Jungkook said, suppressing a smile. “Don’t talk so much or your mouth will hurt.”

Taehyung made a fake offended face and was about to get up and walk away, but Jungkook quickly grabbed his wrist and pulled him back—causing Taehyung to lose his balance and land straight onto Jungkook’s lap.

Without a moment’s delay, Jungkook wrapped his arms around Taehyung’s waist and whispered into his ear, “Aww... is someone blushing? But I haven’t even done anything yet. Just imagine what’ll happen if I do something... hmm?”

Taehyung’s cheeks turned bright red. He avoided eye contact.

“Jungkook...” Taehyung finally spoke, flustered. “Stop flirting with me like this! We’re at home. What if someone walks in and sees us like this? Let me go!” he said, frustrated.

But Jungkook only tightened his grip and replied with a grin, “So what? Can’t I flirt with my boyfriend?”

Taehyung blinked. “Kookie... we’re not boyfriends... okay?”

Jungkook leaned closer to his neck and whispered in that teasing tone again, “Yah... you’re right. We’re not just boyfriends. We’re more than that, right Mr. Kim? Oh no wait—Mr. Jeon Taehyung.”

Taehyung’s cheeks turned pure tomato red, his heartbeat racing, but he said nothing. They just kept looking into each other’s eyes... their lips now only inches apart...

Just about to meet...

But then—

“Kookieeeee! Wake up! It’s already 9 AM and you’re still sleeping! Get up, you lazy bunny!”

The voice shattered their moment like glass.

“Mmm... hyung... just five more minutes please,” Jungkook mumbled sleepily under his breath.

But then—

SPLASH!

A whole jar of water poured on him.

“AHHH! Mummy! Tsunami! Tsunami! Help! I don’t know how to swim!!” Jungkook screamed as he shot up from the bed.

(Our poor Kookie... rip his dream.)

He blinked, trying to clear his wet lashes and saw the culprit.

“Jin hyung?! What are you doing here so early?! Is everything okay?” Jungkook asked, rubbing his eyes.

Jin raised a brow. “Early? Jungkook, it’s 9 AM already! And we’ve been calling you for breakfast for so long! You were sleeping like a dead bunny!”

“Aghh hyung! You ruined my moment with Tae...” Jungkook muttered with a pout.

Jin rolled his eyes. “Are you serious? You’re about to marry him in a few days and you're still dreaming about him? Come downstairs. We’re all waiting.”

He turned to walk out, but paused at the door. “Oh and by the way... your soon-to-be husband is already here. I don’t think you'd like to keep him waiting... right?” he added with a teasing smirk.

Jungkook groaned and hid his red face in the pillow. Hyunggg...

(Aww... our shy bunny.)

A while later, Jungkook came downstairs, freshly changed. His eyes immediately found him—Taehyung—sitting comfortably on the couch between Namjoon and Jin, laughing and chatting like he was already family.

Jungkook just stood there, smiling to himself, his bunny smile blooming. His heart swelled seeing how effortlessly Taehyung had blended with his hyungs. It was like he had always belonged there.

How... how does he do that? Jungkook thought. How did he become their family so easily?

But before he could fall deeper into his thoughts—

“You can save your heart-eyes for after the wedding, Kookie,” Namjoon said, teasing him. “If you’re done staring, come and join us. We’ve been waiting for you.”

Jungkook chuckled and walked over, sitting beside Taehyung.

“When are we going for wedding shopping?” Taehyung asked.

Jungkook smirked. “Awww... someone’s more excited than me, hmm?”

“We’ll go soon. We’re waiting for someone else to join us too,” Jungkook added. “But tell me, Tae... why are you so excited for our wedding? Want to get stuck with me already?”

Taehyung looked at him softly and replied, “I’m not excited for just the wedding. I’m excited because when I marry you... I gain two precious hyungs. And if it means I can settle everything and have a forever with you... then yes, I’m ready to be stuck with you for life.”

His words left everyone speechless.

Namjoon and Jin looked at Taehyung with admiration. Jungkook almost teared up but held it back and pulled Taehyung into a warm hug.

They stayed there, wrapped in love, while Namjoon and Jin joined the embrace with soft smiles on their faces.

A perfect family... right?

But wait.

Is it really complete?

No... not yet.

Because someone important is still missing from this beautiful picture.

But don’t worry, they’re about to arrive soon.

So, for now—just enjoy the love, the chaos, and the sweet beginnings.

Stay happy and healthy 😊

UNEXPECTED..

They all hugged each other tightly, warmth radiating from their bond. A sweet family moment wrapped in laughter and love.

But suddenly... the door swung open.

A familiar voice echoed through the entire mansion-

"Is someone miss me?" the unknown person spoke from outside the door.

Everyone's head turned instantly in the direction of the voice. They all stood up immediately, their faces lighting up with big smiles.

"Wow... family hug without me, hmm?" the unknown person pouted playfully.

"How rude, you all! That's not fair. Just because I live outside the city doesn't mean you can forget me!" He crossed his arms over his chest, wearing a fake sad face.

"I don't accept this from you all-not from you, Jin hyung! I know these two bastards can forget me... but you too?" He started fake crying dramatically.

At his words, laughter filled the air. They all stepped toward him with fond smiles.

"Aww, my poor cat is sad," Jin teased, pulling Yoongi into a tight hug.

"We didn't forget you, Yoongi. You're someone who holds a special place in this mansion. Without you, it's nothing."

Yoongi hugged him back, a soft smile playing on his lips. After a moment, they pulled away, and Namjoon gave him a hug too.

"Finally, you have some time for us. Not bad," Namjoon said with a grin. Yoongi nodded with a small chuckle.

"Hyunggg!" Kookie exclaimed dramatically.

"You came! We thought you wouldn't show up for my wedding." He pouted.

"Are you serious, Kookie? You really thought I wouldn't come to your wedding?" Yoongi replied with a teasing tone.

"Of course, it's true-I didn't come here for your wedding. I came to see your life turn into hell. I want to see how my muscular Bunny feels helpless in front of his husband." He winked.

Everyone burst into laughter. Kookie lightly hit Yoongi's chest and pulled him into a tight hug.

"Aww hyung, I missed you so much!"

"Yeah, yeah, I know how much you missed me," Yoongi said while rolling his eyes.

"By the way, where is he? Your husband-oops, sorry-your soon-to-be husband?" he added with a mischievous grin.

At that, everyone turned to look at Tae, who was standing a little far away, watching the reunion quietly, eyes filled with warmth.

"Tae, come here, baby. Why are you standing there?" Jin called with a smile.

Tae walked toward them, standing beside Yoongi. For Tae, Yoongi was still a stranger.

"Tae," Kookie said, "he's my hyung-Yoongi hyung. You remember I mentioned someone special coming? This is him." He gestured toward Yoongi.

Tae greeted him respectfully.

"Annyeonghaseyo, hyung. I hope you don't mind if I call you that?"

"Yes, you may, Tae. Soon, I'll be your brother-in-law, so you can definitely call me hyung," Yoongi replied with a bright smile.

"Now, if you're all done, can I finally come inside the mansion, or have you planned to keep me outside?" Yoongi teased.

Laughter echoed again, and they all walked inside, settling down on the couch.

"So, how did you fall for him, Tae?" Yoongi laughed.

"I mean, how did you fall in love with this guy?" he added, pointing at Kookie, making everyone laugh.

"Hyung! What do you mean 'how he fell for me'? I mean, just look at me!" Kookie flexed his muscles.

"Yah yah!" everyone shouted in unison.

"If I go outside, all the girls would go crazy for me. And still-I chose him! He's so lucky, you know?" Kookie said confidently.

At that exact moment, Tae stood up and crossed his arms with a playful expression.

"Ohhh, so you mean you chose me, huh Kookie?" Tae said in a fake angry tone-not truly angry.

Kookie, who had been posing like a hero just seconds ago, shrunk like a little mouse.

"Ahh... n-no, Tae! I didn't mean that! You misunderstood," he said in a nervous voice, sitting back down quickly.

This sudden change made everyone laugh harder.

Tae continued, smirking playfully,

"It's you who followed me everywhere... It's you who proposed to me, not me. And it's me who accepted you-not the other way around."

Kookie just sat there, flashing his adorable Bunny smile.

"See? I told you I only came here to witness this exact scene," Yoongi laughed.

"Aww, my Bunny becomes a mouse in front of his husband."

Everyone laughed again as Tae sat beside Kookie, secretly holding his hand under the table.

(Well, they are Taekook after all... 🤭)

"Okay okay, now it's my turn," Kookie smirked.

"Just wait, hyung. One day, I'll be laughing when you become helpless in front of your husband. I'll enjoy your drama too!"

But as soon as Yoongi heard the word husband, his gummy smile slowly faded.

It was like something painful had suddenly flashed in his mind-something haunting.

His eyes went distant, lost in thoughts, until Jin noticed.

"Yoongi?" Jin called, snapping him out of it.

"Where were you lost?" he asked, watching his face closely.

Yoongi forced a small smile.

"Nowhere, hyung. I'm just tired."

Anyone could tell how exhausted he looked from the journey.

"Go to your room and take a shower. After you're fresh, come downstairs for dinner, okay?" Jin said gently.

Yoongi nodded quietly.

Everyone left for their rooms.

(Yesss-and from that day, Tae started living with them too... but in a separate room. Not with Kookie. What did you think, huh? That he'd live with him already? Not yet! Wait until they get married... blush blush 🫣)

Yoongi's Room

He unpacked his luggage, then laid down on his bed, eyes closed.

Suddenly, a single tear escaped from his eye without warning.

He sat up, rubbing it away quickly.

(Why is he crying? Hmm... can anyone guess?)

He stood up and walked to the window, opening it wide.

Cool air brushed against his skin. The night looked so calm and beautiful.

He picked up his phone and began scrolling, searching for something.

After a moment, he stopped.

His screen showed a picture-someone's bright smile captured in the frame.

He could almost hear their giggles.

Seeing that personal photo, he smiled... but it didn't last long.

His smile faded instantly, like a painful memory flashed before his eyes.

Something terrifying. Something heart-breaking.

He looked so helpless.

Still staring at the photo, he whispered,

"I'm sorry... I'm so sorry. I messed everything up. Everything we built-gone. Sorry..."

Tears rolled down without him realizing. His eyes turned red from crying.

Then-suddenly-a knock at the door.

"Yoongi!" It was Joonie's voice from outside.

Yoongi snapped out of it. He hurriedly wiped his tears and composed himself.

"Yeah! I'm coming downstairs in a few minutes," he said with a fake smile.

(How good is he at lying? Just seconds ago, he was crying, and now-he's pretending like nothing happened. No one could tell...)

He showered and joined everyone downstairs. Everyone was already seated, chatting, teasing, and eating. He sat beside Kookie, while Tae sat on Kookie's other side.

They talked, laughed, and ate...

But Yoongi?

He was there in body-but not in mind.

He was lost in his thoughts.

FAMILY REUNION...🫂

Yoongi sat quietly at the dinner table, his eyes lost in the shadows of his thoughts. The soft chatter and laughter of his family buzzed around him like a distant echo. He was there—but not really. His heart was wandering somewhere else… someone else.

“Hyung… Yoongi hyung…”

A soft voice pulled him back. It was Tea, tapping gently on his shoulder. Yoongi blinked a few times, his expression slowly shifting from dazed to confused.

“Where were you lost?” Tea asked genuinely, a slight tension in his voice. “Do you… miss someone? Or you don’t like our chatting?”

Yoongi tilted his head slightly, the confusion now spreading to his face. “Hmm? Did you say something, Tea?”

“Sorry,” he added with an apologetic gummy smile, “I wasn’t paying attention. What did you say?”

Everyone at the table paused, chopsticks mid-air, eyes locked on Yoongi in surprise. It wasn’t like him to drift off during family moments.

He noticed the sudden silence, and his heart skipped—he realized he had slipped. He awkwardly smiled and tried to lighten the moment. “Why did you all stop eating?” he asked, still smiling as he picked up more food. “Aren’t you hungry?”

Still stunned, they stared at him, trying to read his face. He took another big bite—his mouth already full—then spoke again, struggling to get his words out.

“This food is so delicious… I swear, I’m just lost in this devilishly tasty meal!” he said, barely chewing, mouth full.

Everyone blinked… then burst out laughing.

Yoongi pouted, puffing his cheeks dramatically. “Stop staring and eat your own food! I’m not sharing mine!”

Just like that, the tension broke. Everyone chuckled, the room warmed again with laughter. And as always, Yoongi successfully hid the storm in his chest behind a gummy smile and humor.

---

After dinner, they all made their way to the garden. A cozy cold breeze passed through the fairy-tale-like setting, where fairy lights glowed like stars. Each couple sat close, warmth blooming between them in the chilly air.

They were talking about everything and nothing, when Tea suddenly blurted, “Hyung, your hands are magical! I’ve never had such delicious food before.”

He held Jin’s hand with a genuine smile, and Jin’s face lit up with pride.

Yoongi nodded in agreement. “Tea’s right. Your hands are something special, Jin hyung. I missed your food every single day.”

He leaned back on the bench, letting out a soft sigh. “No matter what fancy restaurants I’ve been to, nothing compares.”

But Jin’s smile slowly faded. “Liar,” he said flatly.

Yoongi straightened up, startled. “Me? A liar? Are you joking, hyung?”

“No,” Jin replied seriously, locking eyes with him. “If you really missed my food, you would’ve come back earlier. You only came because of Taekook’s wedding. Otherwise, you forgot you had a family.”

The garden fell silent.

Jin’s voice cracked as he continued, “Your last visit was five years ago. After your college graduation. And even then, you only came to say you were leaving for New York.”

Namjoon, quiet till now, spoke too, his tone sad but firm. “He’s right. We invited you when Kookie graduated… when we threw a small party. You didn’t come. Isn’t that… rude?”

“And thank god you came now,” Namjoon added, “or we would’ve thought you’d skip this too.”

Kookie’s voice was the softest but hit the hardest. “Do you really not like me, hyung? Do you… hate me?”

Those words shattered Yoongi’s heart.

Without hesitation, he rushed to Jungkook and wrapped him in a tight hug. “Are you mad, Kookie?! Why would I hate you? Don’t ever say something so stupid again.”

He pulled back slightly and gently wiped away Jungkook’s tears. “I’m proud of you. So proud. You took responsibility at such a young age… you’re amazing, okay? And remember something—print it in your tiny brain.”

He placed both hands on Jungkook’s shoulders. “You are the one I love the most. You’re my precious younger brother. Who… isn’t little anymore. You’re getting married now.”

Jungkook finally smiled through his tears.

Yoongi stood and turned toward Namjin. “Hyungggg…” he dragged the word, guilt written all over his face. “I know I made mistakes. I know I hurt you. But please believe me… I missed you all every single second of my life.”

He knelt beside Jin, taking his hand.

“I had to train. I had classes… It wasn’t that I forgot you, I just… I couldn’t leave,” Yoongi whispered. “No matter how fancy the meals were, they always felt incomplete. Because your food… your warmth… was missing.”

Tears finally rolled down his cheeks.

Jin gently pulled him close, letting Yoongi cry in his lap. Namjoon wiped his tears with shaking hands.

“Don’t cry,” he said softly. “We know how much you missed us. We missed you too… this family wasn’t complete without you.”

Jin cupped Yoongi’s face, his own cheeks wet with tears. “And you look terrible when you cry. You don’t like looking bad, right?”

Joonie gave Yoongi a side hug, while Jin kissed his forehead gently.

If someone had witnessed this moment, they’d cry too. The warmth… the love… it was overwhelming. They stood up and pulled into a tight group hug, foreheads touching, tears flowing like soft rain.

Taehyung and Jungkook stood nearby, watching the reunion with tender smiles before joining in. A full family hug formed, hearts full and finally reunited.

---

After some peaceful silence, Namjoon stretched and yawned. “So… are you staying overnight, Yoongi?”

Jin chuckled. “Go sleep now. It’s already midnight. Tomorrow, we’re going wedding shopping.”

Taekook exchanged a knowing glance and giggled.

Yoongi raised a brow and teased, “Ohh hello, love birds! Stop with your secret smiles. Go sleep. You can romance after marriage.”

Everyone laughed.

Kookie mumbled under his breath, “Romance blocker…” and pouted.

Tea heard and burst into laughter.

After sometime Everyone went their own way, wishing each other goodnight. One by one, they disappeared into their rooms, ready to end the long day. But…

Just as Tae was about to close the door to his room, Kookie slipped inside without a word and locked the door behind him with a click.

Tae stood frozen, trying to process what had just happened. But before he could utter a single word, Kookie pinned him gently against the nearest wall. Tae’s back hit the cold surface with a soft thud, and before he knew it, Kookie had both of Tae’s hands locked with his own.

Leaning closer, Kookie whispered in Tae’s ear, his voice deep and teasing, "So, Mr. Husband… what did you say this afternoon?"

Tae’s breath hitched as the memory flashed in his mind.

Kookie leaned in even further, closing the tiny gap between them, and whispered in a huskier voice, "You said you chose me, didn’t you?"

A mischievous smirk danced on his lips.

Tae’s cheeks flushed deep red. His heart was racing, butterflies going wild in his stomach. He tried to turn away, to push Kookie back, but Kookie’s grip was firm. Tae couldn’t even look into his eyes—his gaze stayed lowered, lips trembling.

“K-Koo… Kookie... l-leave me… someone might come in,” Tae stammered, still unable to meet his gaze.

Kookie chuckled softly, brushing his lips against Tae’s forehead, “Seriously, Tae? It’s midnight. Who’s going to show up now just to check what we do at night?”

Tae’s eyes fluttered shut at the soft kiss, heart hammering against his chest.

Mustering up courage, he finally looked at Kookie. He didn’t say anything—but his eyes spoke volumes.

Kookie sighed, smirk still lingering, then gently let Tae go and flopped onto the bed. Tae stood in place, completely stunned.

Kookie turned to look at him and called out playfully, “Tae, don’t worry. I won’t eat you. Come here and sleep.”

Tae shook his head in disbelief, but slowly walked over and lay down beside him.

The moment he did, Kookie wrapped an arm around Tae’s bare waist, pulling him close and turning him to face him.

Tae’s eyes widened in surprise at the sudden closeness. Kookie mumbled sleepily, tightening his grip, “Good night, love. I think now you’ll sleep peacefully…”

And just like that, Kookie fell asleep, still holding Tae protectively.

Tae, now facing Kookie, couldn’t help but stare at his peaceful face. The warmth of Kookie’s arms, the soft kiss earlier, and his words—all played over in his mind like a melody.

A strange flutter danced in his chest. Before he knew it, Tae leaned forward and pressed a gentle kiss on Kookie’s cheek. Then, smiling softly, he rested his head on Kookie’s chest, wrapping an arm around him.

And finally… fell asleep in his safe place.

(Are you blushing, reader? Hmmm… imagining yourself as Tae, aren’t you? Then stop blushing, hehe…)

With Namjin…

Meanwhile, in another room, Namjin had their own little moment.

After a while, Jin came to Namjoon, holding a glass of juice.

Jin softly: “Here...”

Namjoon looked up from his laptop and gave him a small smile, taking the juice.

Namjoon: “Thanks, hyung.”

Jin sat beside him, his expression still showing concern.

Jin: “You're working again? Don’t you think you should rest? You’ve barely slept these days.”

Namjoon sighed, closing his laptop.

Namjoon: “I just want everything to go perfectly... especially now that Yoongi hyung is back. It feels like the whole house is breathing again.”

Jin gave a small smile and placed his hand over Namjoon’s.

Jin: “I missed his sarcastic comments.”

Namjoon chuckled: “And you hated them back then.”

Jin: “I still do. But... I’d rather have that than silence.”

They sat in silence for a moment before Jin leaned his head on Namjoon’s shoulder.

Jin: “Do you think he’s okay?” The way he’s crying…

His tears aren’t just for us.

Not just because he missed us...

There’s more.

There’s a deeper pain hidden behind those silent sobs.

No matter how much he pretends to be strong, his eyes…

His eyes always betray him.

Every time.

Those eyes—so full of stories, of pain, of something he won’t let out.

He thinks he’s hiding it well.

But he’s not.

Not from us.

Because we know him…

We know him way too well.

Jin sighed deeply, his heart heavy just watching Yoongi like that.

He didn't say anything. No one did.

The silence spoke louder.

And with that, Jin slowly made his way to the bed…

Namjoon: “He pretends he is. But I know he’s not.” he whisper

Jin was exhausted from the day’s work and didn’t waste a single second. He flopped onto the bed, sighing in relief.

Namjoon stood by the bed, arms crossed, watching Jin with a fond smile.

Noticing the gaze, Jin opened his eyes halfway and mumbled, “Why are you standing there? Don’t you want to sleep too?”

But Namjoon didn’t move an inch. Instead, he tilted his head and said teasingly, “ i don't want juice. I want something sweet, something more juice than the juice Jinnie.”

Jin blinked slowly, confused. “What…? You want sweets? At midnight?”

Namjoon glanced at the clock—it was already 12:30 a.m.

“I’m so tired, Joon… If you want sweets, go to the kitchen and help yourself,” Jin replied in a groggy, frustrated tone.

Namjoon smirked, stepping closer. “I will eat what I want. Are you sure about that, Jinnie?”

Before Jin could respond, Namjoon pulled him close by the waist, closing the distance between them.

Jin’s eyes flew open in shock. “W-What are you doing, Joon?!” he asked, trying to wriggle out of his grasp.

Namjoon leaned close to his lips and whispered, “Didn’t you just say I can eat whatever I want? Well… I want my favorite sweet. You, Jinnie.”

Jin froze, knowing too well that when Joon got this playful, there was no escape.

“Don’t move, sweetheart,” Namjoon warned in a low voice, holding him tighter, “Or you know what will happen.”

And then… he claimed his “sweet” with a kiss, deep and warm, like honey melting on the tongue.

(Can you blame him, readers? Jin’s cherry-flavored lips were too tempting. How could Namjoon possibly resist?)😉

After their sweet moment, the two finally curled up in bed, holding each other close, hearts beating in sync.

---

But on the other side of the mansion…

Someone else wasn’t sleeping with smiles. Someone was breaking silently.

Yoongi walked into his room, his eyes still glistening with unshed tears. As soon as he closed the door behind him, his knees gave out and he collapsed onto the cold floor.

He didn’t hold back anymore. He cried. Soft, broken sobs escaped him—not for the family function he missed, not for being away from them for so long.

This time… the tears were for someone else.

Someone he missed deeply.

Someone he loved more than himself.

Someone… he lost.

With trembling hands, he reached into his pocket and pulled out a small photo. His eyes locked onto the image through his blurry vision.

“I’m so stupid… so stupid…” he whispered, voice cracking. “I ruined everything. My anger… my ego… it pushed you away.”

He cursed himself under his breath, tears falling freely as he pressed the photo to his chest. Slowly, the exhaustion of emotions pulled him into an uneasy sleep, still on the floor.

---

The mansion slept.

Some with love-filled memories…

Some with broken ones.

Memories—like two sides of the same coin.

Sometimes they make us smile…

Sometimes, they make us cry.

---

Someone special is coming soon in this story…

Just wait.
