A Song for the Eternal Ones
Episode 1 — The Song That Awoke Them
welcome to my first bl story shall we begin
The cheers were deafening. The blinding stage lights, the roar of fans screaming my name—everything felt unreal.
My chest rose and fell as I gripped the microphone.
I should have felt exhausted after three hours of performing, but something inside me burned, urging me to sing one more song.
A song that wasn’t on the setlist.
I didn’t even remember when I wrote it.
The melody had appeared in my dreams, haunting me for weeks.
Tonight, I sang it for the first time.
Jung Haneul
“Eternal night, eternal flame,
I call your names again,
Break my chains, oh gods unseen,
Come and take my pain…”
The audience fell silent. My voice echoed, trembling, powerful.
For a heartbeat, the world seemed to stop.
The lights above me shattered.
A violent gust of wind surged through the arena though every door was closed.
Four figures, standing among the thousands of fans, their eyes burning brighter than the spotlights.
Manager
“Haneul! What the hell was that song? The fans are going insane on social media!"
I forced a laugh, pretending it was nothing.
Jung Haneul
“It’s… just something I wrote. Don’t worry about it.”
But deep down, my hands were shaking.
Because I could still feel them watching me.
[Somewhere in the city, that same night…]
A glass of whiskey clinked against polished marble.
Four men sat in a private lounge, their gazes fixed on the giant screen showing my concert replay.
Lucian
“So, the little idol finally sang it. The summoning hymn.”
Kaien
“Hah. That fragile thing is the one destined to awaken us? I could crush him with one hand.”
Erevan
“And yet… his voice chained us tighter than any curse. My heart hasn’t trembled like this for centuries.”
Dorian
“It is him. The chosen star. He is mine.”
The room went silent, tension crackling in the air.
And somewhere, I—Jung Haneul—had no idea my song had awakened legends who would soon turn my world upside down.
Episode 2 — The Vampire’s Claim, the golden eyes
The rehearsal room was empty.
My members had gone home early, but I stayed behind to practice.
The strange song I sang last night kept looping in my head.
I hummed the melody softly, almost afraid of my own voice.
That’s when the lights flickered.
I called out, but my voice trembled.
The mirror in front of me reflected something impossible.
A tall man—lean, broad-shouldered, with black hair that shimmered unnaturally—was standing behind me.
I spun around, but there was no sound of footsteps.
Lucian
“So fragile… and yet you dared to summon us.”
His voice was deep, velvet, dangerous.
Jung Haneul
“Wh-Who are you? How did you get in here?”
I stepped back, hitting the wall.
My heart raced like I was still on stage.
Lucian
“You know me. Somewhere inside, your soul remembers.”
His presence swallowed the room—predatory, commanding.
I couldn’t look away from those golden eyes.
Lucian
“I am Lucian. The one your song called first. And you—”
He raised a hand, brushing his knuckles against my cheek.
Jung Haneul
“Y-yours? Are you insane? I’m just—”
He leaned in, lips almost touching my ear.
Lucian
“Not just an idol. You are the chosen star. The one destined to belong to us.”
For a moment, I thought he might kiss me right there.
But instead, he smirked and stepped back, eyes flashing dangerously.
Lucian
“The others will come for you soon. Remember this—out of all of them, I found you first.”
Like smoke dissolving into the air.
I collapsed against the mirror, shaking, clutching my chest.
What was happening to me?
And who were the others he spoke of?
Episode 3 — The Dragon’s Bite
I barely slept after last night.
Every time I closed my eyes, I saw him—Lucian, with his golden eyes that burned into me.
His words wouldn’t leave my head:
But I told myself it was stress, hallucinations from exhaustion. Nothing more.
[Practice Building Rooftop, Midnight]
I stepped outside for fresh air.
The city lights glittered below, but the rooftop felt too quiet.
That’s when I heard footsteps.
A tall man appeared through the shadows.
His hair was a striking blend of purple and silver-grey, catching the moonlight like strands of fire and smoke.
His eyes—deep violet—locked onto mine, unblinking, piercing.
???
“So… you’re the little star who dared to sing their hymn.”
Jung Haneul
“Who… who are you?”
He smirked, fangs flashing as he stepped closer.
Kaien
“Kaien. Prince of Dragons. And unlike that golden-eyed parasite who touched you first…”
He reached me in an instant, pinning me against the cold wall with frightening strength.
His breath was hot against my skin.
Kaien
“I don’t waste time with words.”
Before I could react, he sank his fangs into my neck.
My voice cracked, a sharp gasp escaping as pain shot through me.
Heat flooded my body, overwhelming, terrifying, yet something inside me trembled with a strange pull toward him.
His grip tightened on my waist, his lips dragging against my skin as he drank—slow, deliberate.
Kaien
(low, husky): “Delicious. The taste of fate itself.”
I pushed at his chest weakly, but he didn’t budge.
My vision blurred, my knees weakening, when suddenly—
Lucian’s voice, sharp and furious:
Lucian
“Kaien. Get. Away. From him.”
Golden light flickered at the edge of the rooftop.
Lucian appeared, eyes glowing like fire, his presence suffocating.
Kaien released me at last, licking the blood from his lips, his violet eyes burning with amusement.
Kaien
“So the king came running. Tch. Don’t act like you own him. The star belongs to all of us.”
Lucian snarled, pulling me into his arms protectively.
My body trembled against him, too weak to fight either of them.
And this was only the beginning.
