(Lana's Pov.)

It's dark, so dark that I can't see where I'm going, so cold that I'm shivering, why is this happening to me, I'm just enjoying my life as a child when that stupid, creepy and damned creature ruined it......

Flashback

"Mom, Dad look I made a flower crown" I said as I ran inside the house

"Mom, Dad, where are you?" I ask but nothing, only the air answered me

"mom...... dad...." I began to sob as I search for them in the house.......

Walking.....walking

So quiet only I can hear the footsteps that my feet are making.... I continue to walk until I pass to the room of my parents

"Maybe they are in their room" I said cutely as I silently put my ear in the door to check, I heard a creepy noise inside, what's happening, I open the door slightly and silently for me to peek a little, a terrible scene began to face me, my knees began to tremble, Tears began to form in my eyes, there stood....... m-my parents dead, mom's on the floor her dress covered with blood and my dad being held up high by a creature with a sharp and pointy teeth, he's sucking the blood out of my dad, I put my hands in my mouth to refrain from making a sound, after the creature finished his meal, he disappeared in a puff of smoke, I quickly went towards mom and dad.

"M-mom, d-dad..... wake up, I-I made a f-flower crown, pls. Wake up....... pls. " I said as I shake their cold dead bodies, I cried and cried on their bloody outfit, they're gone, I have nothing, I'm alone now, Mom and Dad are dead........ They are dead. I cried.

"Well, well look who's here, another delicious meal, a cute and innocent child with a sweet blood" A

chilling and frightening voice said that gave me goosebumps, I crawled, scared at the creature infront of me,

"My, My don't be scared, it will be fast and soon you'll join your precious family" The creature smirk revealing it's fangs

"No, No pls. No" I cried as I stand up and ran, I need to escape, I don't want to die. I need to survive for mom and dad, I'll have my revenge.

End of Flashback

It's snowing, I have nowhere to go, "Cutie, where are you, you can't hide from me forever, come out, come out wherever you are." The same voice called out, I kept running until something block my path and a tall shadow, It's fang glistening with the round and white full moon

"I'm hungry" It said, I tried to back off but another creature blocked the way " Gotcha" it said, oh no, I'm trapped, I'm so doomed

"No pls, no.......(sobs), S-stop." I said as one of the creatures hold me on my neck and he held me up high while showing his fangs, I can't breathe, his grip is too strong that no air could enter my lungs. This is my end, Accepting my fate, I just closed my eyes and wait for my death to come, for the pain I'll feel, I feel it's cold breath in my neck, I cried,

"Mom, Dad I'm going to be with you soon "

As I think of the faces of my parents with me in the park playing and happily having our time together as a family.

"Stop, right there" A cold voice said, uhhh, I slowly open my eyes and look towards the voice, I was still being held up high in the air,

"And who are you to stop us, a mortal? hahahahaha" the creature mocked the voice in the shadows

"hmp, pathetic, someone like you is not worthy to be a part of our kingdom." It said

"how dare you call us pathetic" the creature said as it let go it's grasp on my neck, I take a deep breath trying to get air in my lungs, I saw the two creatures with pointy teeth I don't know what they are called, charged at the shadow creature who had just saved me from dying in the hands of those creature, I look weakly at the fight, my vision is so blurry.

(????? POV.)

I was just walking in the forest, I hate being in that damn castle, it's like a prison to me, there are so many rules.

"Arggghhh, why do I have this kind of life" I groaned in annoyance, while I'm walking I heard a feminine voice, she sound terrified,

"No pls, no.......(sobs), S-stop." It said, I tried to concentrate using my powers I tried to sense where that sound's coming from, I open my eyes and in a flash I'm on the place where the voice coming from, there stood a frightened little girl, she's crying while staring at the creature, Vampires, that was what human called us, a Blood sucking monster but not all are like that, only those who are completely insane that they want to drink blood out from innocent people, the girl was being held up high by the vampire, I Need to stop that nonsense creature, That girl doesn't deserve to die, I think they also killed her family, so I called out

"Stop, right there" as I hide in the shadow for the vampires won't see me,

"And who are you to stop us, a mortal?, hahahahaha" The vampire mocked me, how dare he? he doesn't know who he's talking to, I smirk,

"hmp, pathetic, someone like you is not worthy to be a part of our kingdom." I said mocking the two, well it's true, they're really aren't worthy to be a part of my kingdom, They're worthless

"how dare you call us pathetic" the creature said as I saw him, letting go of the poor girl neck, finally, now I can kill them

"Who are you pathetic human? you know that you can't stop us vampires" the other said so they really think I'm human, hahaha, I'm no Human, I'm far from being a human, they're really worthless, They're just a worthless shit,

"You are not even worthy to know my name, weaklings" I said slowly walk away from the shadows revealing myself to them but they won't recognize me because of my hoodie

"How dare you?" The two said as they charged at me, hmp, Pathetic,

"You're just a waste of my time" I said bored, the two flared at me, red eyes glowed with anger, and they continue to charged at me, they're so slow, they can't even lay a hand on me what a waste of time

"Are you done yet" I said as I continue to dodge their attack, I had enough of this shit, In a flash I charged at them and without them knowing I instantly pierce my hand into his chest, grab his heart and I smash it, same way with the other, my clothes and hands are covered with the blood of a pathetic vampires, I quickly turned toward the girl, She's trying to catch her breath traumatized from what happen.

(Lana's POV.)

I was still trying to catch my breath, My sight is still blurry, I heard footsteps coming towards me, I slowly look upwards seeing a tall creature, I saw his pointy teeth, My eyes grew wide with fright as I slowly backing away from the creature

"I don't want to die, pls. D-don't k-kill me" I stuttered with fright as I put my hands in front for protection and I close my eyes tight, then a hand touch my head softly

" Don't worry I won't hurt you, I promise, You're safe now, I already killed those two" it said, he's cold voice is so soft in my ears that it felt like I'm safe, I felt like I'm always safe if this creature is beside me, so I slowly open my eyes seeing a boy with black eyes, he's so tall and handsome, with those messy black hair of his that really suit him,

"Who are you?" I ask

"I'm Deiniel, Deiniel Paul and you are?" He said

" Lana, Lana Anne" I said

" Lana Anne, what a beautiful name for a beautiful girl like you" He said I blushed

"Thanks for the compliment" I said as I tried to stand but I fall, luckily Deiniel catched me

"Don't. You're still weak and injured, where do you live? where's your family anyway?" he ask, I began to cry, he began to worry

" don't cry did I say something wrong?" He said, his cold voice filled with worry, I shook my head

" I had nowhere to go, my family is dead" I said as I cried harder

"ahhh, calm down, It's gonna be okay, here take my hand, I'm gonna help you" he said as I take his hand and his Black eyes glowed red and I began to feel sleepy what's happening,

"Deiniel"  that's my last words before going into a deep slumber.

(Deiniel's Pov.)

I used my powers to seal her memories on what happen today for keeping her traumatized, I feel sorry for her, at this age she already had no family, I must help her, she's so beautiful, what am I thinking? stop Deiniel, I just carried her and started to go towards the house of a friend that I know, she's a kind vampire like me, she's like a mother to me, she's kind and I know that Lana will be good with her so I teleported at her house, and I ring her doorbell

*ding dong, ding dong*

"Who's there?" A gentle voice called out

" It's me Aunt Veronica" I said as I hear the door opening revealing a woman in her mid twenties, having midnight black hair and shining ocean blue eyes, that's Aunt Veronica

" Oh hey Deiniel, longtime no see, who's that girl that you're carrying?" she ask

"She's a girl that I saved from being killed by some of the worthless vampires that are not worthy to be a part of our clan, she's so weak and injured, she had no family left because they also killed her family" I said

" That's so sad, I think it's been hard for her. " she said and I nodded

" so I decided to seal her memories of her past life and I had a favor to ask you, can you....." I was cut off my Aunt Veronica

"To keep her and take good care of her, of course I'll agree, I'll treat like my daughter, since I had no daughter or sons. I'll adopt her." She said, I smile I really know I can count on her

" Thanks Aunt, and pls. Don't tell her anything that had happen when she's a child, create something like a story" I said

"You can count on me, Deiniel" she said as she smile

"So where will she sleep?" I ask "oh in the guest room that will be her new room." She said

"where is it?" I ask as I enter her house while still carrying Lana's sleeping body,

"upstairs to the right" she said, so I go upstairs and enter her new room, I lay her gently in the bed and I strike her long black hair,

"enjoy you're new life, Lana, I'll see you next time, I want to see you grow happy, strong and healthy, Goodbye for now" I said as I kissed her forehead and I stand, Looking at her sleeping body, she's so peaceful, she had a smile planted on her face, She's so beautiful when she sleeps, what am I thinking? stop Deiniel, I slap myself and I slowly walk towards the door I take a quick glance on Lana and I completely close the door, I go downstairs, seeing Aunt Veronica cooking

"Is she upstairs, Deiniel?" She ask as she look at me smiling

"yes Aunt, thank you for accepting my favor, I really appreciate it, I really know that I can always count on you" I said

"Of course Deiniel, You're like a son to me" she said I smile

" pls. Take good care of her, Aunt. " I said as I walk towards the door

"I will, Dear." She said as I leave her house.

-After 13 years-

(Lana's POV.)

I open my eyes because of the bright sunlight

"hmmmmmm, what a nice day" I stretch while yawning, today is the first day of school, I can't wait to see my friends again and meet new classmates and new friends, I go downstairs to see my mom cooking

"Good Morning mom" I greeted my mom, I really love her, she's so kind and so caring, she's the perfect mom, I really love her

" Oh Good Morning Lana, Do you had a nice sleep?" My mom ask me

"Yes mom, I'm so excited today's first day of school, I can't wait" I said smiling really wide, I'm so excited

" you really love going to school, that's my girl" Mom said as she handed me a plate with a fried egg and peanut butter sandwich, My favorite, My eyes twinkle in the sight

" My favorite, thanks mom, You're the best" I said as I hug her and I started to eat

"Is your bag ready?" She ask

"of course mom, I had already prepare my bag since last week" I said as I was munching on my food, this is so delicious, I feel my tummy started partying right now, my mom really cooks the best food

"Remember what I taught you Daughter, To be-" Mom said but I cut her off smiling

"To be nice to others, I know mom. I won't forget it and plus it's first day of school, surprises are meant to happen" I said smiling at mom as I hug her and she chuckled while rubbing my hair

"I know sweetie, I'm just reminding you but if someone hurt you or even think on bullying you just tell me okay. I'm always here for you" She said looking at me smiling as I just nod and give her a big smile

"Of course mom, You're the best. I always know I can couny on you. " I said as I grab my bag and go to the door giving my mom a smile once again and wave goodbye

"Bye sweetie" she said as I left and started to walk towards school, yeah my school is just walking distance from home and I can get fresh air and exercise everyday, What a beautiful world.

"Yo Lana" I heard someone from behind said, There I saw my bestfriend Molly, She's been my friend since elementary, She had long, straight black hair that reach her waist, I know It's very long and shiny too, She had black round eyes, yeah she's very beautiful and jolly too, if you ask me.

"Yo Molly, How are you? I heard that you manage to grab tickets for the concert next month" I said as she manage to catch up to me and now we're walking side by side, she look at me and nod excitedly

"Yup, You're right about that gurl, This girl manage to grab a ticket, not just a ticket but a VIP ticket with a backstage pass, I'm very lucky right, hahahha" she said boasting it infront of me, I just rolled my eyes with her childishness but laugh anyway.

"Yeah, Yeah You're lucky alright. Lucky You" I said laughing as she just nudged me

"Don't get jealous gurl, I had news for you though, I know you'll love it" she said as she hug my arm giggling

"And what's this amazing news?" I ask she just giggle and began searching something in her bag, and then she showed me something that surprises me, It's a ticket to the concert. I gasped and pointed at the ticket

"Is that the----" I said speechless as I saw her nod and smiled widely showing her pearl white teeth

"Yup, It's the ticket I was talking about. The great news is that, I won not just one ticket but two, so I can bring a friend along, so Congratulation Lana. I shall give you this ticket." She said as she slowly handed me the ticket to my shaking hands filled with happiness, I look at her in awe. I'm speechless

"Molly, I don't know what to say....... You're the best!!!!! Thank you very much." I said as I hug her and she laugh

"Okay okay Lana, get off of me now hahahha. Come on" she said trying to shrugged me off, I laugh and shook my head.

"Nope, I'm not gonne let gooooo. I'm forever in your depth" I cooed rubbing my face in her cheecks, she laugh and rolled her eyes

"Lana if you didn't let go this instant, I'll take that ticket back from you and give it to someone else" she said threatening me with a pair of angry eyes, I laugh and immediately let go and raise my hand in deafeat

"Okay okay Boss, I surrender hahhaha" I said laughing and she just laughed and rolled her eyes once again then we started walking once again, while we continue to walk towards school, we saw students walking, some are riding a bike, I happily skipped with my hands swaying holding the ticket with proud and happiness.

"Lana, I suggest you to keep that ticket now inside of your bag before anything ha-----" Molly was cut off when a car suddenly dash toward a puddle of water beside us and it splash making the ticket wet and fell in my grasp, I tried to grab it but it fall in the puddle, I was speechless as tears form

"ppens, oh my Gosh Lana." Molly finish what she was saying and immidiately walk beside me, seeing the fallen ticket, she sigh. And rub me in the back in a comforting manner.

"I tried to warn you though, I knew from my past experience with you and your clumsiness that something like this mighy happen. Don't worry I'll video the concert and ask for an extra autograph for you BFF" she said as tears felk in my eyes and look at her pouting and sniffing

"My ticket, wahhhhhh, It's gone, I ruined it Molly. " I cried as she just sigh and continue on rubbing my back

"There, there, come on, let's get going or else you're gonna cry not just on your ruined ticket but on detention, You know how Ma'am Feliciano hates tardy students" she said and with that my eyes widen as I look at my watch, oh no sh'e right, I quickly wipe my tears and stand grabing my bags.

"Let's go Molly, I already ruined something special, I don't want to add the sufferings by getting detention from Ma'am" I said grabbing her hand and dragging her towards the path of our school

"Hey!!! Lana, slow down, will ya. I think I might be the one who will fall down on the mud instead" She said complaining I laugh and look at her as I stuck my tongue out at her in a teasing manner, she just rolled her eyes once again in annoyance.

"What a child" I heard her whisper under her breath I chuckled

"But you love me though, and plus we're the same age" I said as she just cough at my statement, I just shook my head and ignore her, when we arrive at the front gate of our school, I saw something that triggered me, It's that car, the car that ruined my precious ticket. I stop at dragging my poor friend behind me

"Hey isn't that the same car that just pass by us, the reason of my ruined ticket" I said to Molly pointing at the car who just stop infront of our school, Molly just squinted her eyes and realization hit her

"Yep, that's the car... Hey Lana don----" she said but I didn't let her finish what she was about to say when I just stomped towards the car and knock on the window seal, with my cheecks puff and glaring at the driver. I decided to once again knock but before that Molly stop me as she grab my hand looking at me with those pleading eyes, telling me to stop

"Don't do anything stupid Lana, You might regret it. Plssss" she said I sigh and nod but the window seal slowly sets revealing a man in his mid 30's wearing a black glasses, He had black geled hair and kinda pale?? Skin?

"You, what's your business on knocking this window, do you have a problem" he suddenly said I was about to answer when Molly look at me pleading me to avoid making idiotic mistake that I might regret later, I just take a deep breathe and exhale it slowly

"I'm sorry sir for rudely knocking on your precious window, but You accidentally manage to splash some mud water in us while you drive earlier, I think we deserve an apology" I said as he just chuckled and remove his glasses revealing his piercing brown eyes.

"Why would I apologize to you. It's not my fault that you were unfortunately walking beside a Puddle of water. My master arriving school on time is my priority missy, so me apologizing is not that important." He said looking at me, I feel my blood boiling, so we're not important, his car ruined everything, he ruined my ticker, dirtied my clothes and now he even refuse to give me a proper apology.

"Why you--" I said when

"What's going on here, Felix. Are we there yet. " I heard a voice from behind said, I don't know why, but that voice sounds familiar, strangely familiar indeed, The man named Felix just look behind him

"Yes sir, we have arrive. I'm sorry that I didn't manage to inform you sooner because this random girl just rudely confront me asking an apology. And now trying to pick a fight." He said as I just raised my brows at his statement, so I'm the one who was trying to pick a fight with him, his the one who started it.

"Well 'Felix' tell your master what happened then " I said mockingly calling out his name

"Sire, don't listen to this retarded woman, she doesn't know what she's saying. " he said my eyes twichted, me a retard, what!!!???? He just called me a Retard. Excuse me, I manage to graduate as a class Valedictorian in elementary, manage to win a gold medal in a swimming competition and earned a black belt in taekwondo, and now this stupid jerk just called me a Retard!!!!!. How dare he.

I instinctly grab his collar and pulled him towards me through the open window, Molly tried to stop me but I was too angry to control myself, I glared at his stupid face

"Who are you calling a Retard, ****!!!!. This girl had achieved many things in her life, so you have no rights in calling someone a Retard, You F*ck!!!" I exclaimed, cursing infront of his face, he just glared at me

"Lana, stop that right now, everyone's watching. You don't want your image to go down in ruins don't you" Molly said trying to seperate me and this jerk but I kept my hold on his collar tight

"You know, If we're not in public, you're dead right where you stand missy. So don't be too arrogant will ya. Release me now before my patience run out of juice." Felix hiss at me, I raised a brow is he trying to scare me because if he did, it's not working

The man in the back seat slowly went out of the car, all the girls watching squealed and others gasp in surprise, I look at the person, my grasp is still on this Jerk's collar. Woah, this man is a real hottie, He had messy black hair that really suits him and black eyes that might get you in trance once you look at them, he's also tall and have a well built stature. He really look good wearing our school uniform. He's the real definition of handsome.

"What's going on here, you know Felix what will happen if I lose my patience" the boy said with a cold voice and a stern look sending shivers down my spine. A familiar feeling surrounds him but I don't get why. Just who is this guy?
