Episode 1
"हर लड़की अपनी शादी के दिन खुशियों के सपने देखती है…
लेकिन मैं? मैं तो सिर्फ़ अपनी किस्मत के ताने सुन रही हूँ।"
(“Every girl dreams of happiness on her wedding day…
But me? I only hear the taunts of my cursed fate.”)
I sit in my bridal attire, heavy jewelry pressing against my skin, my heart heavier than all the ornaments I’m wearing. The room smells of incense, but all I can smell is fear. Today … I’m supposed to become Mrs. Dhruv Kapoor.
Yes i am going to marry a man, whome I didn't even know.
Raghunath Chauhan
“Nandita, tomorrow you’re getting married.”
Nandita Chouhan (Fl)
“Married? To whom?” (confused)
Raghunath Chauhan
“Dhruv Kapoor. A rich businessman from Mumbai.”
Nandita Chouhan (Fl)
“What? But… I haven’t even seen him once! How can you decide this without asking me?”(shocked)
Raghunath Chauhan
“Nandita, this is for your own good.”(coldly)
Nandita Chouhan (Fl)
“My good? You’re marrying me to a stranger!”
Raghunath Chauhan
“You know what people say in this village. Everyone calls you cursed. No family wants their son to marry you. But Dhruv Kapoor agreed. This is the best future for you.”(sternly)
Savita Chauhan
“Beta, sometimes parents know better than children. Trust us.”(softly)
Nandita Chouhan (Fl)
“Trust? Or surrender?”(tears welling up)
And now here I am… sitting as a bride, waiting for a husband I’ve never met. Everyone outside is celebrating, but inside my heart, there’s only silence. Who is this Dhruv Kapoor?
And why he wanted to marry me only when he could find any girl
The sound of dhol and shehnai echoes outside. My heart races faster with every beat.
The door creaks open. My mother steps in, eyes shining with pride but also something unspoken.
Savita Chauhan
“Beta, it’s time. Come, the mandap is ready.”(softly)
Nandita Chouhan (Fl)
“But… isn’t the groom supposed to be here first? Brides don’t enter before the groom.”(hesitant)
Ma lowers her gaze, nervously twisting her dupatta.
Savita Chauhan
“Dhruv Kapoor himself called. He… asked us to bring you before him.”
Her words hit me like a storm.
Nandita Chouhan (Fl)
“Before him? Why? That’s not how weddings happen. Everyone will talk—”
Savita Chauhan
“Don’t question it, Nandita. He’s not an ordinary man. He is Dhruv Kapoor… rich, powerful. Maybe this is his way. Just come quietly.”
I freeze, my stomach churning. The villagers already call me cursed — and now, even my wedding feels different, twisted. Why would a groom ask for his bride first? What kind of man is waiting for me at the mandap?
With trembling hands, I lift my lehenga and follow my mother out. The drums grow louder, the whispers of people sharper. My steps feel heavy, like I’m walking toward fate itself.
I sit at the mandap, my hands trembling under the weight of mehendi and bangles. The fire pit flickers, and villagers whisper restlessly.
Villager 1
“Why is the bride sitting alone? Where is the groom?”(whispering)
Villager 2
“Maybe he changed his mind… who marries a cursed girl anyway?”
Their words stab me, but before I can break, the sound of engines silences everything.
A line of luxury cars halts outside the Chauhan haveli. Men in black suits step out first, their eyes scanning the crowd like hawks. Villagers gasp — never had such cars or such people entered our dusty village lanes.
And then… he stepped out.
Tall, sharp suit, eyes darker than the night, carrying an aura so powerful that even the pandit fell silent.
My heart stopped. My breath caught in my throat.
Nandita Chouhan (Fl)
“Dev…?” (whispering)
Behind him, a woman draped in diamonds, Stern man and a girl around my age walked gracefully.
Who are these people.. Why dev is with them and what's happening i couldn't understand
My ma ,Baba was also in shock. but why are they shocked, at this point I'm not able to understand anything
The villagers broke into shocked murmurs.
Villager 3
“Isn’t that Dev? The one we beat and threw out years ago?”
Villager 2
“No… they say he’s Dhruv Kapoor, the Mumbai businessman!”
Villager 1
I guess their face resembles with one another
Every whisper pierced me. My eyes met his, and for the first time, I realized… this was not my Dev. This was a stranger. A man carved from pain, power, and revenge.
He walked slowly, each step echoing like thunder. Stopping before me, he lowered his gaze, lips curling into a cold smirk.
Dhruv Kapoor (Ml)
“Finally, Nandita… we meet again. But this time, not as lovers… as husband and wife. see i fulfilled my promise” (calm)
The ground beneath me felt like it slipped away. My Dev was gone. Before me stood Dhruv Kapoor… and he hadn’t come for love. He had come for me.
Episode 2
"जिनसे प्यार किया जाता है, उन्हें छोड़ा नहीं जाता… पाया जाता है।
या तो प्यार से… या ज़बरदस्ती से।
वो चाहे दुनिया के लिए शाप हो, लेकिन मेरे लिए… वो मेरी किस्मत है।अगर वो अभिशाप है, तो वो मेरी अभिशाप होगी।"
(“The ones you love are never abandoned… they are claimed. Either with love… or with force. She may be a curse for the world, but for me… she is my destiny. If she is a curse, then she will be my curse.”)
Even if I’m miles away from you, Nandita, I’ll get you back to my side. Because you belong there. As my queen. As my obsession. Whether it’s in my personal space, or in the cage I’ve built for you — it doesn’t matter. You’ll be mine.
I Close my eyes, imagining her bridal face. The same girl who once called me ‘timepass’… soon the whole world will watch as she becomes my wife. My possession. My curse. And today, I’m eager to see their reaction.
Soon my car stopped in front of hospital
I step into the hospital room. Machines beep faintly. My ma, Shanta, lies in coma. The woman who gave me everything when I had nothing. The woman Nandita humiliated in front of the village.
I touch Ma’s frail hand. Tubes surround her, but I know she can hear me.
Dhruv Kapoor (Ml)
“Ma… you always told me love is sacrifice. But your son learned another lesson… love is possession. She will regret every word, every humiliation. I’ll make sure of it, Ma. And when you wake up, you’ll see your Dev… but not the one you knew. You’ll see Dhruv Kapoor.”(whispering)
A faint tear rolls from her eye. My chest burns.
Dhruv Kapoor (Ml)
“Don’t cry, Ma… this time, I won’t lose. She’ll wear my name in sindoor. Even if it means burning her world.”(softly)
Later, in the car to Chandrapur, my mother — Meghna Kapoor — looks at me, frowning.
Meghna Kapoor
“Dhruv, explain to me. Why this village girl? You can have anyone — rich, royal, even daughters of billionaires. Why lower yourself to this level?”
I smirk, looking out of the window at the dusty roads of my past.
Dhruv Kapoor (Ml)
“Because no one else matters, Mother. She is mine. The world calls her a curse? Then let her be my curse. Love… obsession… revenge — everything leads back to her. And I don’t share what belongs to me.”(calm yet sharp)
Mom falls silent, unsettled by the fire in my voice.
The convoy halts. Chandrapur. The air itself shivers. Villagers stare as my men open the car door. I step out — not as Dev, the poor delivery boy, but as Dhruv Kapoor, heir of an empire. Their gasps are music to my ears.
The village that spat on me once now bows in silence. I feel their eyes, their whispers — is it Dev? Is it Dhruv Kapoor? The confusion, the fear… I drink it like wine.
My gaze falls on the mandap. And there she sits.Nandita.
Dressed as my bride. The same girl who called me a timepass. The same lips that spat on my mother. Now waiting for me.
I step forward, my shadow falling over her.
Nandita Chouhan (Fl)
“Dev…?”(whispers)
I Let out a low chuckle, leaning closer so only she can hear.
Dhruv Kapoor (Ml)
“Not Dev. That boy died the day you betrayed him. I’m Dhruv Kapoor now. And today, you’ll sit by my side, forever. Not because you want to… but because I will it.”
Her eyes widen, her lips tremble.
Nandita Chouhan (Fl)
“I… I don’t want this marriage!”
I grip her wrist under the veil, hard enough for her to flinch.
Dhruv Kapoor (Ml)
“Want? You lost that right long ago. This is no longer about what you want, Nandita. This is about what belongs to me.”(in her ear)
The pandit hesitates, but my father’s men silence every murmur with their guns resting against shoulders. Villagers cower, mothers pull their children back.
The pheras begin. She walks with me, steps heavy, eyes clouded with fear — but she walks. Because she has no choice.
I Smear sindoor into her hairline with a hand that doesn’t shake. My thumb digs into her scalp just enough to sting.
Dhruv Kapoor (Ml)
“Now the world will know… you’re not cursed. You’re mine.”(smirking)
The mangalsutra clicks around her neck, the sound sealing her fate.
And as the fire crackles, I look into her tear-filled eyes and whisper the vow she will never forget:
Dhruv Kapoor (Ml)
“From this day on, Nandita… you don’t breathe without my permission. You don’t live without my shadow. You are mine — in love, in hate, in life, in death.”(whispers)
And wirh that' she was mine in every mean
