Through their early years, none of them knew what they were. But small signs emerged. People they touched sometimes changed. A violent neighbor would suddenly start apologizing. A corrupt official would step down without explanation. None of the five understood why — and none knew the others existed.
That changed on their twentieth year.
It came like a fever dream — a flood of memories that were not theirs yet belonged to them. A silver light, burning across the inside of their skulls. Images of a clean world, where rivers sparkled and eyes were clear.
A voice, not human but ancient, reciting the charge:
> You were born to cut the poison from the code. Find it. Remove it. Restore the balance.
The vision ended, leaving each of them gasping in the dark, staring at their trembling hands. In the days that followed, they began to find each other — drawn together by a pull they couldn’t resist.
When the five finally stood in the same room, the connection was instant. Without speaking, they knew what they were. They knew why they had been born.
Their first missions were clumsy. Tracking corrupt genes was not as simple as pointing at a guilty face. They had to investigate, to understand where the corruption rooted itself, to expose its influence before they could touch it with their power. But with each mission, they grew sharper, more efficient. One by one, they found and corrected people whose influence was destabilizing the fragile world.
Years passed. Their successes multiplied. The balance, for the first time in centuries, began to shift toward stability.
Until the trail led to them — five individuals whose genetic corruption was deeper, older, and more dangerous than any the Endonucleoses had ever faced. These were not merely infected; they were the seeds from which the corruption had spread across the planet. They were powerful, cunning, and deeply rooted in every system of the world.
And they could not simply be “corrected.”
To cleanse these Five Corrupt Seeds — Jungkook, Scoups, Jimin, Hoshi, Taehyun — the Endonucleoses would have to do more than fight. They would have to infiltrate their lives. Gain their trust. Learn their weaknesses.
But the seeds would not make it easy. Unknown to the five, the were already suspicious, five invisible threads pulling at their lives.
