Kiss Me, You Cursed Alpha

episode 1 – The Beginning

The forest was silent. Too silent.

Not even the wind dared to stir the leaves beneath the pale light of the moon. Somewhere in the darkness, something moved—fast, low, and deadly.

A pair of silver eyes cut through the shadows.

Kael’s breath came in slow, controlled exhales as his bare feet pressed into the cold earth. The scent of prey clung to the night air—sharp, metallic. He didn’t need to see it to know. His curse told him. It always did.

Hunt. Tear. Feed.

The voice in his head was the curse’s whisper, a constant reminder of what he was—a wolf bound to kill under the moon until his soul rotted away. And tonight… the pull was stronger. Almost unbearable.

He broke into a run, muscles rippling under tattered black clothes. The forest seemed to bend around him, letting him pass like a shadow given form.

Then—

The scent changed.

It wasn’t prey.

It was… wrong. Sweet like blood, but laced with something hot and suffocating. Sulfur.

Kael slowed, claws curling in anticipation. His curse growled for violence, but another part of him—older, more primal—warned him to be careful.

“You’re fast,” a voice drawled from the darkness.

The trees to his left warped in the moonlight as a figure stepped forward, red eyes glowing faintly like embers in a dying fire. Black hair fell over sharp horns that curved elegantly backward. His coat trailed along the ground like shadows stitched together.

A demon.

Kael bared his fangs. “You’re not supposed to be here.”

The demon smiled as if the words were a private joke. “Neither are you, Cursed Alpha.”

The name struck like a blade. Kael’s jaw tightened. Few dared to say it aloud.

The stranger stepped closer, and Kael caught it—that same intoxicating scent from before. He shouldn’t have breathed it in, but he did. And it burned through his chest, pooling somewhere far more dangerous than his heart.

“What do you want?” Kael growled.

“You,” the demon said simply, his tone dripping with sinful amusement. “I’ve been sent to break you.”

Kael’s claws flexed. “Try.”

The demon’s smirk deepened. “I will. But not the way you expect.”

Before Kael could react, the demon was already in front of him, cold fingers brushing along his jaw as if Kael were prey caught in a trap. The wolf’s instincts screamed to tear him apart—but his body refused to move.

“Such a beautiful curse,” the demon murmured, tilting his head as if examining a fine work of art. “I wonder how it tastes… when it begs.”

Kael’s heart slammed against his ribs. Rage. Confusion. Heat. It was all the same.

“Get your hands off me,” he snarled.

The demon leaned in until Kael could feel the warmth of his breath against his lips.

“Make me,” he whispered.

And under the cursed silver moon, the game began.

Episode 2 – The First Bite

Kael’s claws sliced through empty air.

The demon was gone—no, not gone. Behind him.

He spun just in time to block, their bodies colliding with enough force to shake the ground beneath their feet. Lucien’s hand gripped Kael’s throat, not to crush, but to hold him there—like he owned him.

“Fast,” Lucien murmured, his red eyes glinting with amusement. “But not faster than me.”

Kael snarled and shoved him away, the impact cracking a nearby tree in half. “I’m not your prey.”

Lucien straightened, brushing phantom dust off his coat as if Kael’s attack was nothing more than an inconvenience. “Prey? No…” He stepped forward slowly, every move deliberate, eyes locked on the wolf like a man savoring his next meal. “You’re something rarer. A wolf cursed to kill, yet still fighting the leash. I want to see how long you can resist before you beg.”

Kael’s breath came heavy, but not from exhaustion. That scent—his scent—was still in the air, wrapping around him like smoke. It was maddening. The curse inside him was pulling, whispering, Take him. Tear him.

He lunged.

Lucien didn’t move until the last second, catching Kael’s wrist mid-swipe. The demon’s grip was like iron, and with one twist, Kael was forced down onto one knee, Lucien standing over him.

The wolf’s teeth bared in defiance, but the position… the position burned in his chest and somewhere far lower.

Lucien tilted Kael’s chin upward with a clawed finger. “Kneeling suits you, Alpha.”

Kael’s heart slammed against his ribs. His curse howled for dominance, but Lucien’s gaze pinned him still, heat curling in his stomach against his will.

“Let go,” Kael growled.

Lucien leaned down, his lips dangerously close to Kael’s ear. “You’ll thank me for not letting go.”

Before Kael could snap back, a sharp pain bloomed on his shoulder—Lucien’s fangs sinking in just deep enough to draw blood. Kael’s body jolted, breath catching as the demon’s hand slid to the back of his neck, holding him still through the bite.

It wasn’t just pain. It was… something else. Something that made his knees weaken even more.

Lucien pulled back slowly, licking the crimson from his lips. “Tastes better than I imagined.”

Kael wiped the blood with the back of his hand, glaring up at him. “Do that again, and I’ll—”

“You’ll what?” Lucien’s smirk was pure challenge. “Kiss me?”

The words hung between them, hotter than the night air, and Kael hated—hated—that he couldn’t say no.

Episode 3 – The Hunt We Share

The sting of the bite still lingered on Kael’s shoulder, a dull throb that made his heartbeat echo in his ears.

Lucien was still watching him like a cat who’d cornered a particularly beautiful mouse.

But then—Kael heard it.

A sound that didn’t belong.

Leaves rustled far to the east, heavy, clumsy footsteps crashing through the forest. Not human. Not demon. Something else.

Kael’s head snapped toward the noise. “We’re not alone.”

Lucien’s smirk didn’t fade, but his eyes narrowed. “I know. I could smell it the moment it entered my territory.”

“Your territory?” Kael scoffed. “You’re trespassing in my hunting ground.”

Lucien stepped close enough that their chests almost touched, his voice dropping into a low, dangerous purr. “Then maybe we should hunt together… Alpha.”

Kael didn’t answer, but the curse in his veins stirred restlessly. He should have told the demon to leave. He should have gone alone. But something in Lucien’s tone—like a challenge wrapped in silk—made him stay.

The two moved in silence, darting through the dark woods with predatory grace. Lucien’s steps made no sound, but Kael could hear the faint hum of his demonic energy, a heat in the air that seemed to bend shadows around them.

They found the source quickly.

A hulking beast, skin like cracked stone, its head crowned with jagged bone spines. Its eyes glowed a faint, sickly green, and its mouth dripped with black sludge that hissed against the earth.

“Hellspawn,” Lucien murmured. “Someone’s been careless with their summoning.”

Kael’s lip curled. “Then let’s kill it before it kills anything else.”

Lucien’s smile returned, sharper this time. “After you.”

Kael leapt forward first, claws raking across the beast’s flank. The smell of scorched stone filled the air as it roared, swinging a massive arm. Kael ducked under it, his movements fast, brutal, efficient.

But the beast wasn’t slow. Its tail whipped around like a battering ram, catching Kael in the ribs and sending him skidding across the ground.

Before he could recover, Lucien was already there—one hand raised, summoning a spear of black flame that shot straight into the creature’s chest. The beast howled in rage, stumbling back.

“You’re getting sloppy, Alpha,” Lucien called out without looking away from the fight.

Kael forced himself to his feet, wiping blood from his lip. “You talk too much.”

The two attacked in perfect sync after that—Kael tearing into the beast’s legs while Lucien drove it back with precise bursts of demonic fire. Their movements were unspoken, instinctive, as if they’d fought together a hundred times before.

Finally, Kael’s claws found the creature’s throat. He wrenched it open, hot black blood spilling down his arms. The beast collapsed, its body dissolving into ash.

Kael stood over it, chest heaving. His curse was satisfied for now, but the rush of the hunt left him raw, breathing harder than he wanted to admit.

Lucien walked toward him slowly, his crimson eyes glowing faintly in the moonlight. “Not bad,” he said, stopping just inches away. “For someone who was on their knees not long ago.”

Kael shot him a glare. “I was fighting, not kneeling.”

Lucien’s smirk was infuriating. “Keep telling yourself that.”

He reached up, brushing Kael’s jaw with a fingertip still warm from conjured flame. “You fight well, Alpha. But you’d fight better if you stopped resisting me.”

Kael’s pulse spiked, his body betraying him with that same, unwelcome heat. “And if I don’t?”

Lucien leaned closer, his voice a dark whisper. “Then I’ll just keep biting until you do.”

Before Kael could respond, Lucien stepped back, turning toward the forest as if nothing had been said. “Come on. That wasn’t the only thing prowling tonight.”

Kael watched him walk ahead, every muscle tight with frustration—and something he refused to name.

The curse inside him whispered again, softer this time.

Follow him.

And against his better judgment, he did.
