Christopher is a 17 year old boy, he has brown hair in a curtain mullet haircut. (he has thick and a lot of hair) he has beautiful green almond shaped eyes and he's about 6,1 feet (185 cm)
Ivie and Christopher have been enemies since primary school after Christopher hit her with a volleyball ball during gym, they have been in the same classes and still are. They're now in the 11th grade (16-17 year old). will they stay enemies or will something happen…?
Ivie was walking with Xoey toward the new manga store in Crestwick when she suddenly bumped into someone.
“Ow—oh my gosh, I’m so sorry! Are you okay—?”
She looked up and saw Christopher (Chris), flanked by his friends Axel and Dean.
“Hi, shorty. Don’t apologize, I’m fine,” Chris said, looking down at her while adjusting his shirt.
“Should’ve bumped into you a little harder then…” Ivie muttered, rolling her eyes.
“Oh, I’m hurt, Ivie~,” he teased.
Axel glanced at Xoey. “What are you guys doing here, anyway? Got a store in mind?” he asked with a sweet smile.
Xoey replied, “We were heading to the new manga shop. Ivie needs the next chapter of her manga.”
Ivie nudged her arm to stop her from saying more, then turned back to Chris and the others.
“Yeah, why do you guys want to know?”
Chris chuckled and smirked. “Don’t get so defensive, Ivie~ I expected you to be a little nicer, darling~”
“Shut up,” Ivie snapped. “Shouldn’t you guys go do your own thing? Like hitting people with volleyballs or something?” She glared at Chris as he laughed.
“You’re still not over that? I said sorry!”
“Yeah, you did—but I’m sure you did it on purpose. So no, I’m not over it,” Ivie mumbled, brushing past them.
“Bye, asshole. Bye, guys.”
Chris’s eyes followed her as she walked away, a smirk tugging at his lips. He turned to his friends.
“Guys, how about we go check out some manga?~”
Dean laughed. “You’re such a simp. I almost feel bad for you.”
“Oh, shut up,” Chris growled.
Axel chimed in, “Yeah, let’s go. I want to see what Xoey’s into too—”
Dean and Chris both stared at him, dumbfounded.
“Seriously? Xoey? That’s your type?” Chris chuckled.
“Hey! You like her best friend! They’re not that different!” Axel shot back.
Dean laughed at their bickering. “You guys are such simps. Let’s go.”
Chris and Axel rolled their eyes but followed him toward the manga shop. As they entered, they immediately spotted Ivie and Xoey by the manga section.
Ivie grinned as she held up a book. “Found it! Now I can finally see how the game ends!”
Xoey shook her head, chuckling at her excitement. “That’s good. Maybe you’ll stop bothering me about it~”
“Oh, never. Bothering you is what I do best,” Ivie said smugly.
“Let’s go pay—wait, what are you guys doing here?”
Chris and the others walked up to them.
“Mhm, Haikyuu? You’re really obsessed with volleyball, huh?” Chris teased.
Ivie groaned and looked him up and down.
Yeah, and you seem to be obsessed with me. Why are you here?”
Axel stepped forward. “We got bored and didn’t know where to go, so we figured we’d see what you two were up to,” he said, smiling at Xoey, who looked flustered.
“Stalkers,” Ivie muttered, still staring at Chris.
He held her gaze and smirked. “You love us~”
“In your dreams,” Ivie mumbled, walking over to the cashier.
She paid for her manga and returned to find Xoey and Axel talking, both looking shy and awkward.
“Already flirting with each other?” Ivie teased.
Xoey hit her arm. “No! Shut up.”
Ivie laughed. “If you say so~”
They all walk out—Ivie and Chris still bickering and teasing each other—while Xoey, Axel, and Dean watch them. dean finally speaks up:
"Those two are so alike. Why do they act so dumb around each other?"
Xoey laughs and replies,
"I don't know. Ivie is weird in a good way—she always finds a way to make you smile, even if it's something dumb like what they're doing right now."
Axel smiles and adds,
"Yeah, Chris is like that too. He cares in his own weird way."
In the meantime, Ivie grew increasingly annoyed at Chris for teasing her about her manga, right up until they arrived at the bus station.
"Is this your bus too?" Xoey asked Axel.
"Yeah, it is—only Dean needs to take the next one," Axel responded with a sweet smile.
"Yeah, I need to visit my grandma before heading home," Dean added.
"Great, more time with this stalker," Ivie muttered, hitting Chris’s arm.
He caressed the spot where she hit him and looked up at her.
"Hey! I’m not stalking you—maybe you’re stalking me!"
"Why would I ever stalk you?"
"Because you like me~"
"You hit me with a freaking volleyball!"
"That was ages ago. Get over it!"
The two continued bickering while the others sighed and waited for the bus, occasionally drifting into their own conversations.
After the bus arrived, they all said their goodbyes to Dean as they climbed aboard. Somehow, Ivie ended up next to Chris, with Axel and Xoey in front of them.
"Please try not to kill each other back there," said Xoey.
Axel laughed and chimed in, "Yeah, we want the bus driver to let us stay on this bus—not kick us off because of you two."
"Hey! Tell that to him, not me! I’m an angel," Ivie insisted.
He looked at her, shocked. "Like hell you are. You’re the spawn of Satan."
They began bickering again as Xoey and Axel rolled their eyes, gave up trying to quiet them, and drifted into their own conversation, laughing and smiling at each other—clearly enjoying each other's company.
The bickering slowly calmed down. Ivie was looking out of the window, feeling a little cold and tired. She wrapped her arms around herself, trying to stay warm. Chris noticed and took off his jacket, shyly and slowly handing it to her.
Ivie looked down at the jacket, then back at him.
“Are you sure?”
“Shut up and just take the jacket.”
She rolled her eyes but took the jacket. After putting it on, she leaned back in her seat and gazed out the window.
In the meantime, Xoey was resting her head on Axel’s shoulder as they shared their most embarrassing stories.
Ivie smiled softly and whispered to Chris,
“Look at how cute they are.”
Chris glanced at her, then at the other two.
“Yeah, the cutest. Axel’s lucky.”
Ivie chuckled.
“Yes, he is.”
After they arrived at their stop. They all got up and left the bus. As Axel and Xoey exchanged numbers, Ivie walked over to give Chris his jacket back.
“No need, keep it. It just gives me another reason to stalk you more~” Chris said, smiling.
“Anytime I think you can actually be sweet, you ruin your chance every time,” Ivie replied.
Xoey and Axel said their goodbyes and waited for Ivie and Chris.
“Well, goodbye, stalker.”
“Goodbye, quinn~ The jacket looks cute on you.”
“Shut it, or you might never see it again.”
They all walked in opposite directions. As they were walking away, Chris glanced back for a moment, savoring how cute and pretty Ivie looked in his jacket. Wait—no, he shouldn't think that. Why was he thinking that!? He quickly regained himself and continued walking.
(please feel free to give me tips or maybe things you would like added in this book)
The next day at school, Ivie was walking towards class when Xoey bumped into someone.
They both looked up and saw Mason—the most popular boy in school. Every girl and boy seemed to be drooling over him, and honestly, Ivie and Xoey had undersold why. He had an incredible figure, the kind that made you think he was a model. His eyes were a stunning shade of blue, his blond hair soft and fluffy, but the most heart-melting thing was his smile—sweet and angelic.
“Oh, I’m sorry! Are you hurt?” he asked Xoey.
“Oh, don’t worry, I’m fine. Are you? I was the one who bumped into you,” she replied.
Mason snickered.
“You’d need a lot more to hurt me—I’m made of stone~,” he teased.
“Always so funny, Mason,” Ivie said.
“Aaah, Vie! Long time no see. How are you, love?”
“Don’t call me 'love.' And I’m fine. How are you? Still with Becky?”
“Nah, we broke up months ago. She was such a bitch.”
Xoey and Ivie laughed.
“Damn. Are you okay with that?” Ivie asked.
Mason smiled.
“Yup. Never been better.”
Axel and Chris walked up to the scene before Chris spoke.
“What’s going on here?” he said, looking Mason up and down.
“Ah, hi Christopher. Just chatting. Is there something you need?”
Chris huffed but said nothing, instead glancing down at Ivie.
“I heard you broke up with Becky. How did she take that?” Axel asked Mason.
“Not so well. She tried egging my car... but she’s calmed down now.”
“How did you even end up with her? You’re, like, nice. And she’s just a straight-up bitch,” Ivie blurted.
“Ivie! Watch what you say,” Xoey warned.
Mason laughed.
“Yeah, I know. I was dumb—I don’t even know how I ended up with her.
Before anyone could get a word in, the bell rang, sharp and sudden, signaling the end of class.
“Well, I’ll see you guys later. Bye, guys! Bye, Vie~”
he called out as he slung his bag over his shoulder and headed toward the door. His voice had that familiar teasing lilt directed at Ivie—a signature move of his. He always flirted with her in this lighthearted way, not out of genuine pursuit, but because it had become part of their banter. It was how they communicated: a game, a routine, neither of them taking it too seriously.
“Yeah, yeah. Shut it and walk away,”
Ivie responded, grinning as she shook her head. Her smile was half amusement, half exasperation—the kind reserved for someone you’re fond of but wouldn’t admit it out.
Chris looked at Mason as he walked away with an annoyed expression, then glanced down at Ivie again.
"You guys have biology next, right? Just like us?" Axel asked Xoey.
Xoey smiled and replied, "Yeah, we do. Shall we go?"
Axel smiled. "After you, m'lady~" he said, letting her walk ahead as he joined her.
"Gross," Ivie muttered as she and Chris walked behind them.
"Uhm, I forgot your jacket at my place. If you really need it, you can pick it up later?"
"It's okay, you keep it. I think you need it more than I do."
"Why would you want me to keep your jacket?"
Chris smirked before responding, "To remind you of me, of course."
"You're too full of yourself."
