A man was sitting on the couch, looking tensed and worried. River of thoughts flooded his mind, a bunch of what ifs that makes his heart beat furious.
Footsteps was now heard, each steps makes Alexander's breathing much unstable as before. The steps were firm, slow and it felt calculated—there it was, a man entered the room with blood on his shirt. The scent of blood almost made Alexander puke. I immediately knew that the blood, certainly his.
Alexander stood up and stared at him, the man opened his arms—he's asking Alexander to get into his embrace. Which Alexander immediately did, he hugged him tightly while patting his back.
