Taehyung had always loved quiet mornings
When in heaven where everything was perfect, peaceful moments felt rare
He liked sitting alone, high up on the soft clouds, watching the world below
He wasn't a kind of angel who danced in the sky or joined the singing choirs
He preferred silence, and nobody really minded
That's just how taehyung was-kind, soft, gentle
But that morning, felt different
The light in the sky was still golden, but it wasn't as warm
Then the sky began to darken
He sat up slowly from the cloud, confused as hell, as a strange noise echoed through the air like a trumpet
Angels stopped whatever they were doing, some even flew up to see what was happening
Then the clouds tore open
Dark shadows spilled into heaven
Screams filled the air as chaos spread
The peace of heaven was shattered in seconds
Taehyung stood up, frozen in place
Before he could try to run, someone grabbed him from behind
He struggled, called for help, but a hand covered his mouth
He couldn't even see the sky anymore and everything started turning dark
And before he could realise, he was falling down

When Taehyung woke up, it was all silent
But it wasn't his silence
The air was warm. The sky bled red and black, and the ground beneath him pulsed with heat, even though it was concrete
His wrists were chained to the floor, his voice dry
Taehyung's whole body went rigid
A figure stepped into the dim light
His black wings stretched lazily behind him, casting shadows that crawled up the walls
His dark hair frame was extremely beautiful that it didn't look real
Everything was handsome, except the madness flickering in his eyes

Taehyung turned his face away
And Jungkook didn't like that
He gripped Taehyung's chin and forced their eyes to meet his touch wasn't rough, worse. It was gentle

He leaned in grabbing his chin tight

And with that, he was gone
Taehyung stared at the ceiling, tears slipping down quietly
I'd let the heaven burn
Taehyung didn't know how long he lay there
The chains on his wrists had stopped hurting. Maybe his skin had gone numb.
He jerked up, heart beating loud
His wrists were free, why?
He stood up with shaky legs
He expected guards, Jungkook.
The heavy door had opened on it's own
No voice called him back. No hand dragged him down
Down the dark halls, up the endless stairs, he ran
He climbed the stairs until his legs shook and lungs burnt
The sky outside was still red but he saw stars
Then something suddenly moved behind him
He turned. Jungkook stood at the end of the stairs
Not furious, just smiling

Taehyung backed against the wall
