"Hey everyone I have an announcement to share" sad a guy who was standing on a table holding a microphone. This caught the attention of everyone, and they gathered around in curiosity. "What is your announcement mister" said one of the boys who was part of the sage gang. "I Peter is breaking up with my girlfriend because she's expired ". The room roared with laughter and someone asked "who is your expired girlfriend" still laughing, Peter pointed his hands to the center of the hall where a girl named Joyce was sited. All eye turned to her direction but as they laid their eyes on her the seemed to be scared of her, A member from the sage gang turned to the boy in the table and asked him what he meant, Now Peter was confused, he had expected everyone to laugh at me and taunt me all the days of my life I am at that school, but now it didn't seem to go as it was planned, "how dare you mess with our girl" one of the guys from sage gang said, "Your girl" Peter replied, he looked at me and gave him a smile that told him "you loosed, and I win"- "Joyce", Peter said "didn't you swear that you could die to be with me", standing up stylishly I walked over to the table where Peter was standing I looked at him for a second and said "well I had a one-sided infatuation and I seem to have recovered from it so l basically taught I liked you, but I never did" "But that would not make you cry and beg me to like you", what the same boy from the sage gang said," you made her cry, oh boy you are so in for it" the boy climbed the table and pushed Peter off the table, "this boy is meant to cry today if he doesn't you guys would" said the same boy who seemed to be the leader of the gang.

As he was departing his eye met mine and I and I gave him a good job wink.

I had changed my story I have prevented all the humiliation I got in my last life, Peter was about to drink his own poison, it felt good that I was given the chance to do this. Last life the sage gang had killed me in the process of buying me, but now I am someone they are afraid of. Last life I had found it hard to let peter go, but now he seems like nothing to me that feeling of no feeling afraid to lose someone was pleasant. My father owned thousands of companies and my mother was a popular influencer, as their daughter I obviously got everything I ever wanted but I always cried to my parents about my childhood friend,Peter that disappeared from town when I was 5 years old. I remember crying very hard the day I realize he had left, and my parents were trying to calm me down telling me that he just went on a holiday, but they didn't let me talk to him over the phone when I suggested that which made me more angry and irritated by them. Growing up I still kept accusing my parents for making me lose my childhood friend and I also had nightmares about him getting lost forever and never coming back, and it causes me to have thanatophobia and I tell you it wasn't pleasant.

One afternoon I went out with my girls, Charlotte, Emily, & Anne. They were my besties for life, we literally had friendship bracelets, necklace, hoodie, T-shirt and Crocs and I treasured them. We planned to buy cheerleader shirts for our group, and we needed inspiration, so we went to Primark to look for inspiration and I saw him there, he worked there, he was wearing a Primark worker shirt, Why would the son of a rich man be a Primark worker I wondered. I decided to walk up and say hi, but he saw me and seem to be running from me, "did he recognize me" I asked myself," and if he did why wasn't he running". Deciding to run after him, I dropped the shirt I was holding on a railing for clothes and ran after him. When I got outside I saw him trying to call down a taxi vehicle, but I got to him before he flagged one down." Peter is that you" he turned to me and responded with a"Yes" I was so overjoyed by this response and said "long time no see" he responded back with a faint smile and said he had to get home quickly, so he wasn't running from me, I thought, "Would you like to have dinner with me' I asked, he looked at me for a second and said he would if he had time, "I hope you would",I said. Before he left I got his phone number and asked him to promise to inform me when he got home, i waved him goodbye and he entered the vehicle without waving me back. When I got home that day I held my phone for 2 hours waiting for it to vibrate but it didn't, I got tired of waiting and decided to text him but he didn't respond so I called him but he didn't pick it, I called him again but he didn't pick it, I decided to call him the third time and he eventually picked it, asking who was calling, that was when I remembered I had been the one that got his number so he could not contact me, so I asked if he had gotten home and he said he just got home and was getting ready to sleep, I wished him a good night and sweet dreams before I dropped the call.

That night I had a wonderful sleep and didn't have my usual nightmares which was great.

The next day I woke up breathing normally and not hard like I used to,all day I was happy and I smiled all day even my parents noticed and asked about what caused me to be excited, l told them about peter and the invitation I gave him to have dinner with me, my parent expressions was not what I was expecting. "Stay away from him", my father said with a serious face, "What do you mean", I asked "is this a joke or something, like I am reuniting with my childhood friend and you are totally against it, why". My parent looked at me and my mom seemed scared, "just stay away from him" my father said, I picked up my bag and walked out of the house with anger.

When I got to school my friend was waiting for me at the reception, I got down from my vehicle and walked towards them, "Hi girls" I greeted none of them responded to my greeting and I noticed they were angry. "what wrong girls", I asked, "where were you yesterday" Emily asked, That was when I realized l had left yesterday without going back to the girls, with guilt on my face I looked at my shoes and said sorry that was not intentional, "Why would you leave without telling us, did you know how scared you made us yesterday" Anne said in anger if not because we had checked the life 360 life we wouldn't have known you were heading home without telling us and you didn't pick our calls" for no reason I got angry and said "I know you were trying to care about me but you don't have to shout at me and you do that every time". Charlotte, Emily, & Anne looked at me in amazement and were dumbfounded by my behavior. I walked out on them and went straight to class without getting a good luck wish from any of my friends.

First lesson I was having the same subject as Anne and I was sat next to her in that class . So l sat in another location when I entered class because she was already sitting in the usual place. The class was noisy and some boys from the sage gang were bullying a short guy at the back of the class. Everyone was used to the sage boys bullying some one everyday and people always feared being their next victim except for the people who came from a rich family which included me and Anne. "Morning student" Mr peter our math teacher greeted, getting no response, "We have got a new student today" that phrase was like magic as it drew the attention of everyone in class. "Come in Peter Oldfield" said the teacher, A boy wearing a white T-shirt and a cream jean came in and it was Peter, I almost let out a scream when I saw him, feel free to seat wherever you like the teacher told him. As he scanned the classroom I waved my hand trying to get his attention, he saw me and sat next to me without looking at me during the whole class. I tried talking to him but he seemed to have changed and he wasn't a jolly child as he was when we were still kids. "What changed him" I ask myself.
