While I was struggling, a girl came and said to me: "Are you a new transfer student? Do you need any help?". I didn't say anything, just silently looked at the girl. Oh my. She looked like an angel. Her hair was golden, the winter wind made her hair fly, beautiful, really beautiful. I was silent not because I didn't know what to say, but because I was overwhelmed by her beauty. After a long while, I suddenly realized that I had looked at her for too long. I quickly bowed and apologized: - "Sorry, I was rude!!" She didn't blame me, just looked at me for a long time. I didn't heard what she said, I felt her gaze. I opened my eyes and peeked. She looked at me with an indescribable expression. "Did I make her uncomfortable..?" I thought for a moment. Thinking that I had bothered her, I made up an excuse and hurriedly left.

She didn't say anything, just silently watched me leave. Her eyes became even darker. After walking a few meters away from her. My face immediately turned red: "Damn, how could there be such a beautiful person?!" Because I was shy, I ran very fast, even though I didn't know where I was running to, and if it was too dangerous. But I still ran, ran as if it was my last time running. I reached a dark corner. I stopped for a few moments to catch my breath. While I looked at the surroundings, my eyes accidentally swept across the darkness. Where a man was sucking the blood of some girl. My eyes widened, my limbs went limp, not understanding what was happening. I wanted to run, but I couldn't, my damn legs wouldn't listen to me. The round man seemed to have seen me. He looked straight into my eyes. A friendly smile appeared on his lips, he covered his mouth with his hand as if signaling me to keep quiet. -"What's going on.. are you kidding me?"

PRESENT:

I walked down the hallway, trying to find my classroom while my mind was filled with the image of that man. Even though I was far enough away from that man, I still felt like there was an invisible gaze monitoring my every move and gesture. While I was thinking, the bell rang. Startled, I looked around in panic to find the principal's office, blaming this school for being too big, I really thought this was just a small school. "Are you lost again?". Once again, the girl from earlier appeared, whispering beside me. I felt a chill down my spine, turned around and looked straight into her eyes. At that moment, I suddenly realized that her eyes looked very similar to the lifeless eyes of the man from earlier. Her smile, although very beautiful, brought a cold ray. I was startled, stepped back. She was still looking at me, smiling brightly and saying nothing. "She probably just wants to help me. She's so nice, I'm thinking too much." I thought, then asked her which direction the principal's office was. Her smile faded, but she still happily led me to the principal's office. While following her, the feeling that someone was watching me did not disappear. And also while following her, I vaguely saw something unusual. "Behind her, it's unusually cold."

I didn't think much, just happily followed her. "Oh, what's your name?" She gently opened her mouth. Her tone was cheerful but quite cold. I intended to say nothing, but feeling her gaze fixed on me, I had to shyly say my name. "Ah, my name is Xanthia.." After saying that, I looked up at her. Her smile paused, but she continued to talk happily. She complimented my beautiful name, but her tone wasn't like that, her voice.. was like she had been searching for it for a long time. She continued to introduce herself to me: "My name is Terza, second year university". "Oh really?"

"The scene just now, Ms. Xanthia, would you mind keeping it a secret?"

My body stiffened, not understanding what was happening. "Who is that? What the hell is he talking about? Don't tell me the man who just talked to me is the one I saw a few hours ago, I'm going to die. Did he come here to warn me? Or does he want to kill me so he won't be discovered? Or is he that jerk's accomplice?". I didn't dare look up to see who was talking to me, afraid that when I looked up, what I would see would be that scary man. While I was panicking, not knowing whether to hide or pretend to be deaf, I saw the principal walking over, smiling and talking to that man. Feeling safe next to the principal, I slowly raised my head to look. Just as I thought, the man who would take me on a tour of the school was the one I saw in that dark corner. My back was cold, my whole body started to tremble, my mouth couldn't say a word. Even though he was talking to the principal, I still felt like he was looking at me, a cold, soulless gaze..., very similar to Terza. I didn't know what to do, I wanted to run away, but the principal was here, I didn't want to become an impolite madman in his eyes. I could only sit still, waiting for God's judgment. But the principal didn't seem to realize that I felt uncomfortable. He laughed and patted me: "Come on, this will be the one to show you around the school! This is Vins, a 2nd year student and also the best student in the school! You two remember to treat each other well! Okay, now Vins will guide Xanthia around the school!!". As he spoke, he pushed me next to Vins. I was very scared, but didn't know what to do other than follow Vins. Vins acted as if nothing had happened, still leading me around the school, introducing each place very enthusiastically. But I couldn't concentrate, my mind was filled with thoughts of that terrifying image. I lowered my head, not daring to look at Vins, just silently followed. Sensing my attitude, Vins led me to the back of the warehouse. Leaning against the wall, his voice began to lose patience: "Hey Xanthia, are you listening to what I'm saying?" I gradually regained my composure, my voice was soft but it seemed to be trembling: "S-sorry, I... I was rude." Vins laughed coldly, moving closer to my face, his voice cold, carrying a bit of threat: "Today's matter, Miss Xanthia, please keep it a secret for me, otherwise. I'm not sure what will happen to Miss Xinthia here~"

I Trembled, not knowing what to say. I could only nod silently. After receiving the answer he needed, Vins relaxed his body. Continuing to smile naturally as if nothing had happened, he gently took my hand, pulled me out and continued to introduce me to the last areas. It seemed like my mind was completely panicked. Obediently following Vins, trying to show that I was listening to him introduce the school I was attending. And finally, after nearly 30 minutes of walking, Vins took me to my class, telling me to be polite to the teacher and try to find new friends, expand my relationships. Realizing that I was about to be separated from Vins, I happily nodded and hurriedly walked into the classroom. But before I entered the classroom, Vins lightly touched my shoulder. The more I looked, the more I vaguely realized that it was Terza. I was both happy and had a strange feeling. The feeling was similar to when I met Vins. Because I was in such a hurry this morning, I forgot to bring my chemistry book. I looked around, then looked at Terza. She was lying on the table. Perhaps, after the last few classes, she was exhausted. I took out a box of cold banana milk from my bag and put it on her face.
