The TS (The Singer) competition has started in full swing. Many aspiring singers are taking part in this nation-wide famous competition. For a twenty-year-old little girl full of dreams and hope, this is an opportunity to get her skills recognized.

*Getting her vocals ready in the waiting room.*
After what felt like an eternity, her name was called. The mass group of audience down the stage was overwhelming for a fresh rookie, enough to cause her to break into a sweat. The judges invited are all well-known people— a top idol, a legendary composer, a veteran singer, and a famous movie king. Don’t know why they would invite an actor to a singing competition but rumors stated that he was the one to sponsor this competition.
Sil
*She stabled her mind and took a deep breath, taking confident steps onto the stage and started singing.*
Leon
*His eyes got pulled into her direction the moment she landed her first step onto the stage.*
After the song ended, there were loud cheers from the audience and it was time for the judges’ judgement on her performance.
Welles
Firstly, it was an amazing performance. If I have to, I would give you an eight out of ten. Do you know why?
Sil
I got too emotional on the bridge part…
Welles
Yes. But it was a job well done.

Just like that, the first round of the competition ended.

He threw down his phone, on which, the video of that day was playing, and lay down on the couch, closing his eyes.
The image of her confidently dominating the stage with a single song was replaying on his mind over and over.
A week passed and the day of the second round has come. Of all the forty participants, only twenty remained. In this round, the participants were to be grouped in two, performing on the stage with a partner.
The partners were selected randomly by drawing sticks. Two people with the same number on the sticks will be grouped together.
Kemp
Hey there. *He approached her, showing his stick with number 12 on it.*
Sil
Oh, hi! So we’re in the same group.
Kemp
Yeah. Let’s do well together, Sil.
They both chose a song, arranged it to their style and started practicing. They also added a dance choreography. Thankfully, both of them clicked so well, that everything ended without a hitch.
The performance was overwhelming.
It was like they owned the stage.
At the end of the song, cheers from the audience were so loud that you might think you could hear them from the end of the earth.
However, the earth didn’t know that there was someone brooding over their own jealousy amidst these cheers.

After the second round ended, the social medias were going full on shipping Sil and Kemp. There were so many pictures of them cut from their performance and even fanfics were going around.

*Smashed his phone on the wall*

*Going crazy from jealousy*
Sil
*Going back home after buying some groceries from the market nearby.*
A deep voice emerged from behind.
Leon
Ah, yes. What a coincidence.
Sil
Oh, I’m going back home.
Leon
*heart beating faster*
Leon
Mhm. Can I walk you there?
Sil
*flustered* Huh? Ah, it’s okay.
Sil
You must be busy, Mr. Leon. I can go back myself…
Leon
No, I’m free today. I’ll walk you back, okay?

Sil
