It was always a new day for everyone around Moon, but not for her. Days were as gloomy as night for her life. It wasn't like this when she was in New York. She is used to moving around, because of her father transferable work.

    Mrs.Bella Richard hadn't noticed how much lifeless her daughter looks now a days. According to her, girls her age are busy outshining each other, which she definitely couldn't find in her daughter, making her disappointed and little bit worried.

     Mr.Richard wasn't a man who looked into everything around him, but he did understood what his wife was complaining about.

"Do you think she is okay? Like really okay?" Asked her worried mother. "She wasn't like this before. Did something happened?"

Her father pondered over "want me to talk to her?" He further added.

    Moon could clearly hear them talk quite clearly from where she was was standing. It was enough to make her annoyed.

"Mom!Dad! Stop worrying useless stuffs!" She complained "Dad I have a class to attend. Will you drop me me there?" She asked.

"Moon after 6months of living here are you still finding this place uncomfortable?"

"Dad don't worry, I ain't kid anymore. I need time to settle in, nothing more than that!" She assured them.

    As all other loving mothers, Bella kissed her daughter and sees her off.

     As they reach college, she felt nothing but to go to her favorite corner cause:- 1. In this college she got no friends,  2. Nobody bothered to talk to her either.

                  It was natural for a new comer like her. And moreover she had switched way too many places now, that she is done with making friends. But what hurts her more was she indeed missed her London school. Even for a bit she was happy there unlike here or maybe it was that time of her age, when she realized she is not bothered by anything.

     Suddenly a boy approaches her.

"Mind if I sit here?" She looks up to him, quite surprisingly "I don't mind " she said and got back to reading her book."

   He had been noticing her for a quite while but he couldn't make himself to talk to her. But its already been long enough now,  and his curiosity got best of him.

  "Sorry but am I bothering you?" He asked, searching for for some expression on her face.

  "No you are not " she met his gaze. Believe it or not, she really had some beautiful pairs of eyes, just like crystal clear.

"Mind if I ask your name? You indeed have pretty eyes, I couldn't help but to tell you" he was blushing so much that she could clearly see through him.

"I m Moon Richard .......Since you asked me don't you think it is rude not to tell me yours to." She finally got her courage to ask him and flash a smile at him.

He understood that she was trying to communicate with him.he chuckled thinking "how cute".

    "I m Liam Bryan. I thought you never liked to talk to anyone "

    "Why so?"

"I never saw you talking or hanging out with anyone. Sorry I kinda  have been noticing you since a while now " he felt a bit awkward and broke the eye contact with her.

          "I m not very communicative. But I do have few friends. Since my Dad needs to move alot its pretty natural for me not to have too many friends." She explained.

      "Must be tough" Liam was cornered. "Not at all. This happens." She said.

    "Since you explain this. I m sure you have not looked around the places here. Can I show you around some places?"

       "Gladly" she was excited to see around too. Luckily now she can have a company with her now.

The day ended quite nicely for them and Liam dropped Moon home.

Mrs.Bella was happy, cause after these 6months this was the first time she had invite her friend home.

"Welcome back, and he is?" She curiously ask her daughter.

"Mom he is Liam Bryan, we are in same class and he is here to drop me."

"Hello Aunty " he greeted Mrs.Bella.

"Please come inside, have dinner with us. Since you are my daughter's friend it won't be polite either for me to let you go like that. Please come in." As the hostess she invite him in.

"Liam, you should listen to my Mom. She won't let you go unless you do as she asked you to do " teasing her Mom.

"Look at this naughty girl." Turn to Liam again "please come in."

They had a pleasant dinner. Liam was suprised, he knew Moon comes from a different world compared to him. But he didn't expected them to be in this warm unlike his family. He now understand why Moon wasn't bothered about not having friends.

"I m glad you had stayed for dinner. I will see you tomorrow in class." Walking him towards the gate.

"I m really honored "princess"" he chuckled to see her pout.

"Come on stop that. Drive back safely." As Liam left she return to her room.

She had always been different from all those around, cause to everyone she was nothing but a "princess" she was happy that Liam didn't bother about it. Yet she was still doubting so she invited him home so she could make sure if she isn't making mistake. She was happy that that Liam passed that and finally she got a friend who won't be bothered by her being from rich background but will see her as a person first.

Next day,

Moon came to college, but this time something was different she was not alone, Liam was with her.

"You are early today, tell me you miss me already and was eager to meet me."

He was teasing her to make her smile, for his hard work Moon indeed laugh.

"You know, you should stop that... we are having exam soon and it not me, its you who haven't prepared a single note." She replied him equally teasingly.

"You sure can see through me" he admitted that she was right.

"Come on lazy, I will help you. In return for showing me around here."

He frowns a bit "I don't expect anything in return Moon, I m sorry if I put that type of idea on your mind." He almost snapped at her.

"Why are you acting like this?" She got a bit scared, but she could clearly see that he got something else on mind and was hiding.

Liam sighed heavily "look, I m really sorry for talking to you like that. Actually I have something else on mind at moment." He was guilty for snapping at her.

She reached for his hand and gripped them firmly " you can tell me."

He was suprised for a second, but he really liked that. Its was the first time she touched him.

"I need to go back to Australia soon." He explained.

She was suprised to hear this. " why so suddenly?" She asked abruptly.

"Seems my Dad is sick."

She was sad, not for that his family needs him now. But that she will be left alone again.

Without realizing she abrupt "when will you leaving?"

"Next week..... after the exam... Moon can promise me something?" He looked seriously at her.

She was bit worried and confused "yes, say?"

"You must wait for me. I promise to return your side soon after settling everything in home." He confide her.

"What kind of promise is this? We are friends. No matter what happens you will always find me beside you. I promise you." She assured him.

He was worried about his father, but also that, he didn't want to lose Moon no matter what. He was happy and relief that Moon was finally bit more close to him.

She never liked anyone intense stares at her. But Liam's intense eyes at her didn't panic her, she felt something else, something very warm and safe.

"I will write you everyday" she promised him.

after the exam. Liam left for Australia.

Moon really misses him now. But as promise, she never forgets to write messages and send mails everyday. She was alone again but now she was more open and forward. Liam also missed her he also wanted to return to her side soon.
