chapter 01
Business Partner
For a middle class family, the Jeons sure spent a lot on this marriage, no?

Are they trying to compete with you, Mr.Kim?
A loud cackle was heard from the business man who kept talking without getting any response from the others surrounding him. The mentioned 'Mr.Kim' looking at him with a scrutinizing gaze.
Mr.Kim being none other than the great businessman Kim Namjoon.
Kim Namjoon [Kim Taehyung's Father]
Compete or not, at least they succeeded. Unlike your daughter-in-law's family. Heard they are still in debt after they organised the wedding.
A few chuckles were heard and the blabbering business partner stood there with his face heating up, his hands balled in fist due to embarassment.
Today was the wedding event of Kim Namjoon's only omega son. The beloved son of the whole Kim Clan. The omega heir of the wealthy lineage who chose morals over shinning diamonds.
Kim Taehyung. Son of Kim Namjoon and Kim Seokjin. The beauty was marrying the alpha of his dreams, Jeon Jeongguk. A son of a middle class family.
Jeongguk was Taehyung's first and only love. They met during his volunteering in the animal shelter where Jeongguk and the students he was teaching at a highschool gave them a visit. Their eyes met and everything was history. After dating for a year Taehyung confided to his parents about his relationship with Jeongguk.
At first Namjoon strongly denied, claimed that Jeongguk and his family were nowhere near their status. Taehyung was hurt and threatened to cut all ties with his parents if they don't agree to his relationship. Seokjin, his mother who was already sympathetic about his son quickly tried his best to pursue his husband to agree which in the end he eventually did. Although Namjoon still thought that Jeongguk wasn't a good choice for his innocent son.
Back to present, Namjoon watched Jeongguk and his family arriving near the stage with their extended family, Seokjin already approaching them with a gentle smile. With no other choice the omega's father too followed his wife with a tired sigh.

Seokjin and his gentle nature. Namjoon couldn't help but keep falling for his wife everyday.
But to say he was disappointed at the response of the Jeon family to his wife was an understatement.
Although Jeongguk did meddled in and defended his wife, still Namjoon wasn't ready to accept Jeon's.
After all the commotion the families and guests were settled down, the wedding was soon going to take place. Jeongguk with his head held high stood at the alter, a gentle smile tugging up his lips.
He was soon going marry the love of his life. The person who saw through him and gave his heart to him. Taehyung wasn't just a omega he fell in love with. Taehyung was the person who was the reason Jeongguk got to know that he also was capable of loving someone. And loving so deeply he did that now nothing could make it reversed for him. This was his life now, loving his mate unconditionally.
On the other hand Namjoon gentle held his son's hand, his eyes not hiding the bittersweet emotions his heart was facing.

Appa. You... You are crying.
A lone tear escaped Namjoon's eye and he was quick to wipe it away. He could hear his son's teary chuckle beside him, both son and father ready to sob hysterically on the aisle.

He.. He and his family better treat you right. Or god help me, I will bring them all on streets overnight.
Taehyung all but chuckled with tears flowing down his face. Even though he knew his father was cracking a joke just to lighten up the mood but some of it was true. Namjoon was capable of doing these things.

If my husband and his family comes on the streets then... won't I come on the streets too. 🙂
Namjoon smiled sadly as both him and Taehyung slowly walked towards the alter. His son knew how to talk back for sure, he wasn't complaining though. His Taehyung was a gentle but strong-willed person. And Namjoon was proud of that.
As they both finally approached the alter Namjoon let out a shaky breath, his heart still unwilling to let his son go. But this was supposed to happen one day or another and unfortunately today was that day.
Placing his son's hand in Jeongguk's, Namjoon closed his eyes for a brief moment. Looking up at his soon-to-be son-in-law, he toughened up his voice.

Take care of my son. I have never let anything or anyone bad come his way and I expect same from you.

Jeongguk's calm yet firm voice was enough for Namjoon to let Taehyung's hand go and take a step back. Somewhere in his heart he knows Jeongguk IS the right choice for his son.
Walking back to his designated sit Namjoon was quick to pull his teary wife in his arms. The ceremony had already started, every member of Kim family was teary eyed.
The priest had announced his part and soon the "I do's" were vowed by the bride and groom too. The crowd erupted with loud cheers and claps. The Jeon's and Kim's were finally tied together for forever.

And the married life of Jeongguk and Taehyung starts.

*smiles* Abeonim, Eommonim please take good care of me.
Taehyung and Jeongguk deeply bowed down in front of the Jeons. A sign of respect which the Jeons graciously took.

We will surely take good care of you, Taehyungah. But would you take good care of us?
There was a hidden mockery in Hyeja's voice, her eyes scrutinizing Taehyung who gently smiled at her.

Taehyung shyly sat on his knees with his head hung low, his bread cheeks turning crimson red with each passing second. Beside him sat Jeongguk, who lovingly stared down at his omega with nothing but love and adoration in his eyes.
But not everyone was happy with this union of the two love birds. Hyeja sat there with a sour expression, her hands balled in fists. She still couldn't believe her only Alpha son, whom she was so fond of has married an omega who she hadn't chose herself. Not only the omega is rich but also a independent individual. All Hyeja wanted in a daughter-in-law was a submissive omega who's family was lower than their status.
But alas, she didn't had the heart to refuse her son's wishes of marrying the person he fell in love with. But that doesn't meant she will sit calm. Taehyung has just entered his married life. Let the omega enjoy the blissful days of newly married life. Soon Hyeja will also show him what being married in a middle class family looks and feels like.
At the present moment every guest was taking their leaves as it was late in the night. Some congratulating the newly married couple while some bidding their goodbyes to the older Jeon couple.
Finally when everyone had left, Soomin, Jeongguk's younger omega sister approached her brother and brother-in-law with a mischievous smile.

Jeongguk's words died down as he felt someone squeezing his hand tightly, when looked at his hand he soon knew who it was. Of course his omega wouldn't want any conflict right after their wedding.
But Jeongguk knew his sister too well and he didn't wanted this behaviour of hers to keep going on now that Taehyung is here too. But anyways, he will have this conversation with his wife some other day. Today wasn't the right time.

Gguk.. Taehyung, you two should now go to your room. It's late and you two must have been tired after all these events. Go.

*smiles* Good night Abeonim and Eommonim. Good night, Soomin.
Taehyung politely waited to get everyone's response with a sweet smile adorning his face, on the other hand Jeongguk was already getting impatient to get his wife alone in 'their' room.
To everyone else Jeongguk was a strict and disciplined Alpha who does his work with nothing but honesty and hard work. A son who any parents want as their own. As a teacher he was supposed to have this kind of mannerism, but being the older son of a middle class family did made him over-all a person who was hard to crack.
But then came Taehyung, who with his sparkling eyes and adorable boxy smile forced his way into Jeongguk's heart. Their first meeting was enough for Jeongguk to fall in love with the beautiful omega.
Their innocent friendship which soon turned into a secret relationship was what Jeongguk would never ever forget even after he loses his memories. The secret meet-ups, the late-night calls, those shy hugs and.. oh not to forget that one time when his pretty Taehyung initiated a kiss and then got oh so shy which resulted for him to run away while leaving Jeongguk stranded on the middle of a park.
Hah, can his Taehyung get any more cute?
Reminiscing their old days Jeongguk entered his room which now was his AND Taehyung's room too, Taehyung following behind him with a shy smile.
As soon as they both were in the room, Jeongguk gently closed the door behind him, a soft click indicating the door getting locked.
Taehyung let out a shaky breath, his head hung low and his hands clutching the soft fabric of his suit.

*whispers* Finally alone.
Jeongguk all too well knew what Taehyung was going through but this was bound to happen. Adjusting his glasses he took a step forward, his one hand now delicately grasping Taehyung's trembling ones.

*huskily* Are you avoiding me now, Yeobo?

*smirks* Then turn around.
Taehyung all but bites his lips, not bold enough to even move his body. But Jeongguk knew his wife all too well and so without any other thoughts he proceeded to pull the beauty in his arms from the back, earning a soft gasp of surprise from Taehyung.
Tightening his arms around Taehyung's trembling yet warm body, Jeongguk nuzzled his face in his wife's neck. Breathing in the sweet floral scent, his teeth grinding on their own, ready to mark what is officially his now.

*whispers* Why so shy? It's me.. your husband~

A shiver ran through Taehyung's body as he felt the warm breath of Jeongguk hitting on his neck, his hands now clutching Jeongguk's hands which were hugging him from the waist.
Unconsciously Taehyung tilted his head more to the side, giving Jeongguk more access to his neck. His eyes shutting down while his breathing became more unsteady.

Unwillingly seperating himself from his irresistible wife, Jeongguk backed away and turned Taehyung to face him. His shy wife now avoiding to look up at him in the eyes.

*whispers* From now on its only you and me.

And finally, oh so finally the pretty beauty looked with his doe eyes, making Jeongguk again go crazy over his pretty omega.

And at that very moment the string of Jeongguk's control over himself snapped making him cup his wife's round, cute face and crash his lips down impatiently.

His shy wife too gathered up some courage and gently placed his one hand on his husband's sturdy chest while the other cupped the strong jawline.
And soon their feet were taking them towards the bed, no hurry at all. Just two people in love falling graciously on the soft bed. Jeongguk's herculean body pressing down Taehyung's soft one on the bouncy mattress.
Clothes were shed and more skin was involved. The night moon was the witness of the marriage consumption of newly wedded couple.
Jeongguk and Taehyung had became one.
