My Possessive Girlfriend
Episode 1
Lisa Manoban
My alarm clock jolted me awake. I groaned as I turned it off. I'm exhausted because I've been involved in a lot of school activities this semester. I've been practicing for my opening dance performance for an upcoming Intramurals next week, and my body is aching all over from hours of practice.
Lisa Manoban
I checked my phone and saw that it was 6:30 a.m. and that I had thirty minutes to get ready for school.
Lisa Manoban
Then I heard my mother yell,
Lisa’s Mom
"Lisa! Get your ass up, young lady, or you'll be late for school!"
Lisa Manoban
"Yes, Mom, I'm coming down!" I grumbled, rolling my eyes.
I scurried over to the bathroom to take a quick bath. I didn't took much time getting ready. I was already dressed in my uniform, my bag slung over my shoulders, as I dashed down the stairs and into the kitchen, where I saw my mother preparing breakfast.
"Good morning, Mom," I said as I sat down, taking large bites of my egg sandwich. I had to eat quickly because I was running late for school.
Lisa’s Mom
"Well, slow down or you'll choke,"
Lisa’s Brother
"Good morning, sis."
Lisa Manoban
I glanced to see my brother settling down beside me, taking his sweet time with his food when he's running late for school himself. I shook my head and mumbled a 'morning'.
Lisa Manoban
I downed my orange juice and stood up, placing the plate and glass on the sink.
Lisa Manoban
Bye, Mom!" I kissed my Mom on the cheek and ruffled my brother's hair. "Bye, dimwit!"
Lisa’s Brother
Ya! I just did my hair! Asshole!"
Lisa Manoban
My brother shouted, fixing his hair. He was about to smack me but Mom gave him the look and grumbled. I chuckled and stuck my tongue at him and he discreetly give me the middle finger. Aish, this kid.
Lisa’s Mom
"Aren't you going to take your brother to school?
Lisa Manoban
"No, he can take care of himself. I'm already late. I'm taking the car today. Bye!" I dashed out the door, clutching the car keys. I could hear my brother yelling after me. I smiled triumphantly and pressed the button on the car keys. I jumped into the driver's seat and threw my bag in the back. I started the engine and backed out of the parking space. I dashed off to school.

I got there five minutes before the bell rang. "Shit," I said as I turned off the engine, grabbed my bag, and dashed out of the car. I dashed inside, colliding with a few other students. I looked through the small window in the door and saw that the teacher was still not there. I exhaled a sigh of relief and went inside.
Lisa Manoban
Jisoo and Rose noticed me and waved. I returned their wave and took a seat behind them. I greeted my seatmate, Jaemin, who is usually the quiet kid in class, but you'd be surprised how loud and crazy he can be when he's drunk. He gave me a small smile and returned his attention to his phone.
Jisoo
"How was your weekend?"
Lisa Manoban
"I just lazed around and Facetimed with my girlfriend as usual," I shrugged. Speaking of her, I took out my phone and texted her about where she is. She didn't respond, so I assumed she was on her way.
Rośe
"By the way, Irene invited us to a party this Friday; let's go, it'll be fun!"
Lisa Manoban
"Who's throwing the party, and why?" I inquired. Intramurals is next week shouldn't Irene be preoccupied with organizing the event as the Student Council President?
Jisoo
"I heard it was one of the upperclassmen, I believe it's Park Chanyeol. You know the varsity basketball player who's been crushing on Rose?
Lisa Manoban
Rose nudged her playfully, but her cheeks were flushed. Clearly, she has a crush on him. They've been giving each other subtle glances and small smiles every time they've been in the cafeteria. I'm not sure why neither of them has made a move yet.
Lisa Manoban
"Okay, I'll go." I nodded.
Jisoo
"Bring Jennie with you."
Lisa Manoban
"Sure. I'll tell her later."
Lisa Manoban
I turned my head to see what she was looking at, I saw my girlfriend walk through the door, probably out of breath from running. The door opened once more, this time to reveal our Biology teacher. Jennie was startled when she saw him and dashed to her seat at the far end of the room.
Lisa Manoban
I laughed. She's adorable. We exchanged smiles as we made eye contact.
Lisa Manoban
"Good Morning class!"
"Good Morning Sir Park!"
And that's when our boring class started.
Episode 2
Lisa Manoban
The class was dismissed as the bell rang. Students hurriedly exited the classroom with their friends. I stood up and approached Jennie, who was reorganizing her belongings in her bag. I surprised her by placing my hands on her table. I laughed, "You've been jumpy this morning, why is that?"
Jennie Kim
"It must be the coffee; I'm drinking a lot of coffee these days," Jennie sighed and stood up, forcing me to back up a little.
Lisa Manoban
"Too much coffee can be bad for you, babe." I cautioned.
Jennie Kim
"Don't worry about it; let's go, I'm hungry."
Lisa Manoban
I returned my gaze to Jisoo and Rose. "Meet us in the cafeteria, guys!"
Lisa Manoban
They laughed and waved us off. As expected, people's gazes were drawn to us as we strode down the corridors, hands intertwined. When we made our relationship public a little over six months ago, I believe it caught them off guard. Perhaps we don't come across as gay.
Lisa Manoban
My hand was being squeezed even more tightly. I noticed Jennie glaring at some boys who were staring at me. I laughed, let go of her hand, and wrapped my arm around her waist, drawing her closer to me.
I leaned down and whispered, "They're not going to take me away from you, babe. I'm all yours."
Jennie Kim
"I just don't like the way they're looking at you."
Lisa Manoban
"I know. It's pretty obvious."
Lisa Manoban
We reached the cafeteria and sat down at our usual table. I went to order our food while she wait. I ordered some pasta and soda for us four, including Jisoo and Rose. The two of them were already there chatting when I came back.
Lisa Manoban
They thanked me as I distribute their food out. I sat down next to Jennie and we started to dig in as we talked about various of things.
Lisa Manoban
By the way, these two were invited over Chanyeol-sunbae's party this Friday, and they want me to bring you. Do you want to come or do you have some things to do?" I directed my question to Jennie.
Jennie Kim
"Sure. I'd love to." It's been a hectic week because of the upcoming Intramurals so it'll be nice to let lose just for a day
Jennie Kim
"I bet Rose is excited though, don't you have a crush on that upperclassman?"
Rośe
"Ugh, I don't like him, please. Stop teasing me."
Lisa Manoban
We laughed at her. It's clear as the sky that she likes him so there's no point of denying it to us. Rose is pretty easy to read. She's been giving the guy the heart eyes ever since she first saw him playing Basketball.
Jisoo
"I highly doubt that."
Lisa Manoban
Rose smacked her at the back and went back on her food. We were done just ten minutes before our next class. We walked back together to the classroom and huddled together to chat while we wait for our teacher to come.

Few minutes later, our teacher arrived and we went back to our seats.

"Good Morning class!"
Students
"Good Morning, ma'am!"
teacher
"Before we begin, can I ask who is on the Student Council here? I haven't talked to Irene yet, so can someone enlighten me? Update me, please," Miss Jung asked as she stood in front of the class.
Lisa Manoban
She is in charge of the Student Council, so anything pertaining to the council and the students is referred to her.
teacher
"Yes, go on dear. How's everything going so far?"
Jinyoung
"We're ninety-eight percent ready for the Intramurals next week, ma'am. We're just having some finishing touches. We're going to start setting everything up on Thursday."
teacher
"That's good. Do you guys need anything else?"
Students
"No, ma'am. So far, we're good."
teacher
"Alright. Thank you, dear. You may sit down." Miss Jung said. "Now on to our class. Can someone please tell me, where did we stop last lecture?"
Lisa Manoban
A lot of my classmates raised their hands. The day flew by, and before we knew it, we were packing our belongings and preparing to leave, with our final subject teacher giving last-minute reminders.
Lisa Manoban
We left together and bid goodbyes as we went on to different paths to go home. I accompanied Jennie to her home. It was six pm so it's quite dangerous to walk alone and I still want to spend some more minutes with her.
As we reached her house, I gave her a kiss on the forehead. "I'll see you tomorrow. Go inside now."
Jennie Kim
"You don't always have to accompany me. I can go home by myself, you know?"
Lisa Manoban
"I know, cupcakes but it's getting dark I have to go with you. Someone may kidnap you, I can't risk that."
Jennie Kim
"Oh stop it. You're overthinking. I can protect myself from them I'm not that fragile."
Lisa Manoban
"I know you are. But I still worry."
Jennie Kim
"I understand you. But when you can't accompany me, that's okay. I can handle it."
Lisa Manoban
"Alright, baby."
Jennie Kim
"Can we stick to one pet name only? I don't like being called cupcake."
Lisa Manoban
"Why? It suits you. You're as sweet as cupcake."
Jennie Kim
"Still. I don't like it."
Lisa Manoban
"Fine. I just call you baby or babe from now on.
Lisa Manoban
"Bye-bye now. I love you." I gave her another kiss on the forehead.
Jennie Kim
"I love you too. Bye."
Lisa Manoban
Just when I turn my heels to leave, the door opened and Jennie poked her head outside and gave me a flying kiss before shutting the door again.
I laughed, shaking my head and left.
Episode 3
Jennie Kim
I was already up from bed when my mom peered into my room to see if I'm awake.
Jennie’s Mom
"Oh, I thought I'd have to drag you out of bed to wake you up; you're surprisingly up early today, dear, "Come on down, I made breakfast."
Jennie Kim
"Okay, Mom."
I took a quick shower, changed into my uniform, and applied some make-up so I didn't look pale at school. I take great pride in always looking good wherever I go. I mean, my face is my most valuable asset, and I owe it to my mother so I have to live up with it.
I went down and saw my parents and stepbrother already seated in the table, eating. I sat beside him and started to dig in. We ate together in peace while having conversation regarding school, their work etc. It was truly nice.
Jennie Kim
But I noticed Namjoon, my stepbrother, was constantly looking at his phone. He's either checking the time to see if we're running late or waiting for a message from someone. Given his smile and giggles, I'm guessing it was the secret lover.
Jennie Kim
Dad stood up, placed the dishes in the sink, and kissed Mom on the lips.
Jennie’s Dad
"Well, I'll go ahead, sweetheart,""Have fun at school, don't do anything stupid, okay?"
Jennie Kim
We only laughed and bid him goodbye. Soon after, my stepbrother and I will have to leave as well. Namjoon and I kissed our mother on the cheek and exited the house.
Namjoon
"I'll drop you off to school. Get inside."
Jennie Kim
I nodded and hopped inside the shotgun seat. He started the engine and maneuvered the car out of the parking space.
On our way to my school, I decided to ask him what has gotten me curious earlier. "Oppa?"
Jennie Kim
"Do you have a partner? A lover?" ** i ask curiously **
Jennie Kim
Namjoon coughed, clearly taken back with my question.
Namjoon
"What? Why do you ask?"
Jennie Kim
"I'm just curious, you were on your phone earlier and you were all smiles I thought maybe you have someone special with you." I shrugged.
Namjoon
"Well, there's someone but we're still like in the talking stage. We're not together yet."
Jennie Kim
I nodded. "I see. Is it a girl or a boy?"
Namjoon
"Would you mind if it's a boy?"
Jennie Kim
Namjoon questioned, unsurely as he glanced at me.
"Of course not! I mean, I'm with Lisa and all that. I clearly don't have a problem who my brother is with as long they make you happy." I smiled at him. "Does he make you happy?"
Jennie Kim
Namjoon looked relief with my answer. He returned the smile and said,
Namjoon
"He does. He's so sweet and caring. He makes me lunch on some days and watches my games and takes care of me after. He does scold me when I break some things. He makes me fall in love with him more every day. He's perfect."
Jennie Kim
I was overjoyed for him. I smiled at him as I looked at him. "He sounds fantastic, Oppa. I hope you can introduce me to him. I'd love to meet him."
Namjoon
"Soon." He grinned.
Jennie Kim
I only smiled. We then soon arrived in front of my school. I got out of the car, turned around, and leaned down on the open window. "Bye, Oppa. Drive safely
Namjoon
"Okay. Run along, or you'll be late. Enjoy your day, sis. Bye." He waved
Jennie Kim
I checked my watch and saw that I was ten minutes early. I went inside, and on my way to my classroom, I noticed Lisa walking in front of me. I grinned and called her. She came to a halt and turned around.
She smiled and I ran towards her, engulfing her in a hug and kissing her on the cheek as I pulled back.
Lisa Manoban
"Hi, princess."
Jennie Kim
She pecked me on my lips and then I suddenly blushed at the pet name.
"I think I already told you to stop with the other pet names?" I crossed my arms, fake-annoyed.
Lisa Manoban
"Alright, I'll stop. I'm sorry." She chuckled. "Come on, let's go.
Jennie Kim
She grabbed my hand as we walked side by side.
Lisa Manoban
"By the way, we're going somewhere after my practice." She said, smirking.
Jennie Kim
I have a bad feeling with that smirk of hers.
"Where?"
Lisa Manoban
"You'll find out later."
Jennie Kim
"I just know you're up to no good." I rolled my eyes at her.
She leaned down and whispered,
Lisa Manoban
You'll love it, it's something I've been missing and you know what it is."
Jennie Kim
I gulped and felt heat rushed to my cheeks. Damn, does she have whisper it like that?
I pushed her and hit her shoulders. "Stop it, will you? We're in school. Calm down."
She giggled, clearly enjoying my flustered state.
Lisa Manoban
"Okay, fine. I'm sorry baby."
Jennie Kim
"Whatever, let's go." I went ahead of her. I heard calling after me but I just ignored it. "Keep up, baby."
