My father changed his place because he got promotion and transfer in his company. So myself and my mom came along with him to this new place.

I am so eager to visit my new school. I should thank God because I came to this school in the first day of the academic year. I can travel equally with other students in my studies.

When I entered the new school a big banner had the word "WELCOME" in big font. All the students came to school after the summer holidays and they looked like they were really missing the school in summer.

While coming to my classroom I saw a soft board on the way. It had the pinned pics of the farewell day celebration.

By asking the teachers who were crossing my way I reached my classroom. My course is pure mathematics, so I couldn't find more people in my classroom.

I found two social butterflies in my classroom who initiated to have a chat with me. Their names were Peter and Potter. They asked for my name. I replied "I'm Anton". After having good chat with those guys, they introduced me to other classmates.

Later I came to know Peter and Potter were twins.

Time passed away. But the classteacher had not come to class yet. I asked Alvin, a boy seated near me, about the arrival of the classteacher.

He replied me that the classteacher and the class monitor went to the school office to collect the welcoming cards and welcoming flowers for our class students.

This remembered me that still I didn't meet the class monitor.

Just not wasting my time, I opened my book and started marking important points and formulae which will be helpful for me in the lecture.

When I started studying, the whole class stared at me and started whispering to each other something about me. They made me feel wierd but, I didn't mind them.

Among them Alvin is really different. In the summer holidays, Alvin completed half of our untaught books. So i initiated to chat with him, by asking doubts. We both have had really a good chat. Within minutes we became friends.

The absence of the teacher till now made the students to play inside the classroom. This is not disciplinary, but I really enjoyed watching those guys playing. Alvin was also playing with them. Alvin pulled me to play with all. While playing with them, I got easily connected with Bruce.

Bruce shared about his crush, a girl of biology department of his age. Her name is Jenny. Each and everyone in our class knew about it. But he still has not proposed to the girl and she does not know that Bruce has a crush on her.

I had a funfilled time with them.

Finally the class teacher came with the class monitor.

The class monitor is a girl. I didn't find that she could control the class by herself, especially the twin boys.

The class teacher started distributing the welcome cards to everyone, while the class monitor gave the flowers to everyone. The class teacher came and gave my welcome card to me. I didn't open it and kept it inbetween the pages of my math book. Everyone picked a flower from her hand. I planned to pick yellow rose.

But when my turn came, I found a lily very beautiful, but was not picked by anyone. So I choosed it.

But the monitor didn't let me to take the lily. That made me angry. I thought she was willing to take the lily. But i didn't give up. I snatched it from her hand.

Seeing that Peter and Potter were grinning looking at us. When I saw around, the whole class was doing the same.

I don't know why they were laughing at us for snatching a flower.

The monitor got angry and stared at me and she went.

Finally Alvin told me why they were laughing at me for picking it.

I asked Alvin, why they laughed at me. He told me that lilies are shared only between soul mates.

He said that and he also started to laugh.

My hands started trembling, my body was sweating and my heart was palpitating. I never knew a lily meant this much. My cheeks went red and I couldn't raise my head and see around their grins. I don't know how to react for it.

The twin boys, Peter and Potter started teasing me. They were saying to all that I, a new boy found my soulmate within a day.

My behaviour also made the monitor girl to get teased. So I planned to ask for an apology to her during lunch break.

The teacher started his class. I just put that lily aside and started preparing my table for today's class.

A student came inbetween the class. The teacher called him out and started scolding him. Alvin told me that he is William.

After some time they entered the class.

The teacher called Bruce near him and said every student should be punctual like him and not like William. I don't like comparing students infront of the whole class.

William came and sat near me. I have Alvin in left and William in right.

I asked William, about the incident happened outside the class. He said that the teacher gave Bruce's cleaning duties to William. For completing it late William was scolded. He said that the teacher is partial with some students.

It made me feel weird but, upto now I have the headache with class monitor. So I didn't mind it for now.

The class continued. Alvin and Bruce were asked questions at the same time by the teacher. Alvin used an untaught simple formula in page 143. But the way Bruce said was not easy for all students. So I thought credit goes to Alvin. But Bruce was appreciated.

I asked to Alvin about the teacher's rude behaviour. The boys on both of my side said that this happens often.

Me and William planned to do the way Alvin has used. So I opened page 143. There was a card inside my book. It was my welcome card given by the teacher. I thought to open and look what's in it.

I opened it. It had "Welcome Violet. You are stepping into new academic year. Congratulations". Has anyone noticed ??? The card had VIOLETTT..... But I'm Anton, not Violet. The welcome card is not mine. I also don't know who is Violet. Inbetween the class I couldn't search her.

When class got over the I went to the twin boys and asked for the girl. They had a mild laugh at me. They asked why am I searching for her. I said her welcome card is misplaced instead of mine. They burst out of laughter and said that Violet is my soulmate. I couldn't understand it. Later it remembered me the class monitor.

There was only 15 minutes for the break to end. So I didn't respond to their comment and went in search of her.

I took the lily and the card and started searching her. I thought it will be good to give a flower while asking for apology.

I searched in classroom, corridor, canteen and library. I didn't find her. There was a big crowd spread in the auditorium. I thought she would be there.

Yes, she was there. She was practicing dance with some people for freshers' party. I just went to her, asked sorry and gave the flower and her card to her. I thought she would be still angry but, she was cool.

The people around us thought that I was proposing to her. Myths and rumours started spreading everywhere around our school. Before I reach the classroom, the rumours reached there...

When I entered the classroom, all the students were busy with their cellphones. Alvin and William were also busy with it. I went to join with them.

I got a notification in my phone. The notification was from our school website. It had a pic and a message with it. I didn't download and look into the pic, but I read the message. It had "I finally found my life partner and proposed her". I was curious to know the person if he is in my class, but it may be any stranger in our school. So I didn't download the pic also.

I kept my phone in my pocket and went to my desk. Unbearable sound came from my phone. It was sound made by 1000s of notifications in my phone. I just opened it and saw what's in it.

There were lots of congratulating messages.

My classmates also sent some messages.

Alvin sent, "Happy married life Anton."

William sent, "So happy to see that you are commited."

Bruce sent, "Jealous of you guy. Anyways congrats."

I just went to Alvin and asked about his message. He replied that he wished for the pic in school website. Hearing this I opened school website and downloaded the pic.

It had, me giving lily to Violet. Someone snapped the moments happened in auditorium. More shocking than this is, it showed that this was uploaded by Anton. I actually didn't do it but no one would trust me.

So I didn't waste my time with them and went to Violet to inform that I didn't do it.

I searched for her and found her in the meeting hall. She was speaking something with Mary, Violet's best friend. I couldn't find what they were speaking, but heard some of Mary's words. She was saying "Anton...U...lily...school website" When Mary completed a slap sound came. Literally Mary got a great slap from Violet.

My legs started trembling. My body started sweating. She even slapped her best friend for speaking about it. I was sure that if I see her she will kill me if I meet her right now.I was aware that I should not meet her till the voice about this thing gets reduced.

So I was all alone in library for nearly 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I entered the class. That was my 2nd day in attandance. Everyone almost forgot about the school website and lilies. So I was not cornered and commented in the classroom.

I went and sat inbetween Alvin and William, they were speaking about language homework. I asked about the homework. They said that we got a new subject and a new teacher for it.

1st period was language. The teacher came to class. Her name was Mrs. Uma. Her class was not boring as math but I was not fine asusual.

Her class got over and I went to washroom.

While coming back I found a card and a note in my desk. The note had "Here is your welcome card. It has your ID number. So don't lose it." I know for sure that the note won't be of Violet. I also don't know other than monitor who would do it. But with the handwriting I planned to find the person.

Finally the day was over. I packed my bag to go home. Peter and Potter came and announced that today there's a fun meet or a party for all boys in class. I was not interested to go. But out of Alvin, William and Bruce compellsion I thought to go for it.

The timing for the party was 10 pm to 12 am. I reached home after school and informed to my mom about the party. She allowed me for it and gave me the spare key. I got ready for it by 9 pm.

I took my bike and started riding. On the way I found Violet, Bruce and other schoolmates standing in side of the road. I pretended like not seeing them. But Bruce noted me and called me. I went to him and I was speaking.

He asked a help to me.....
