"Uh" her eyelashes trembled a bit before a groan escaped her lips, zhu xiao's hand immediately grabbed her head as if it had a mind of its own, she could feel her head ache.

Zhu xiao's mind went blank for a second before she immediately sat up ignoring her headache, zhu xiao's eyes were met with a beautiful view she was laying in a endless grass land, there was nothing but grass as far as she could see, the view must have been beautiful for others but for her it was strangely scary and lonely.

Her chest felt tight as the fear of unknown crept into her, she remembered that last time she was in a hospital taking her last breaths but now she was in this strange place, 'is this after death?' she thought.

"a heart? Huh" zhu Xiao couldn't understand anything anymore no matter how many times she tried to go with the flow but again she couldn't catch up with it.

As her cheek numbed zhu xiao felt herself calming down she took a deep breath, zhu xiao asked "what is my mission?".

Zhu xiao calmly sorted out all of her memories, she had really overestimated the original host's memories, but what did she even expect? Zhu xiao sighed, she knew it if it was the man's world than that fool would have been tricked at least a thousand times by those lusty beasts of men, as zhu xiao sympathize with the original host, suddenly the system spoke after seeing it's host's sympathetic expression.

Zhu xiao had a moment of silence, pondering on the information 002 had dropped casually, she couldn't even count how many times she had embarrassed herself, zhu xiao had become immune to it now.

Her eyes widened, but her hands were quicker they moved with inctinct, zhu xiao hurriedly draped the blanket over herself and let her head fall on the pillow, it was obvious this wasn't the first time she had done this, zhu xiao was used to be in this type of situations alot, just as her breath slowed down the door opened indicating someone had walked in the private ward, from footsteps zhu xiao could tell they were multiple individuals.

They approached her bed, "Ms Qiao, seeing how it was a injury on head, it might take a little longer to heal" a woman's voice informed professionally, 'Ms Qiao?' zhu xiao thought.

"Ms Qiao? What should we do now? We can't leave her here after injuring her, and since after investigating I've found she's an orphan and a fool, there's no way we can compensate her family" another woman spoke, also to Ms Qiao,' this woman doesn't seem ordinary' zhu xiao thought.

There was a moment of silence before the woman named Ms qiao spoke, her voice even colder than ice "shift her to our private hospital" her voice full of authority, broke through the silence that had crawled in, earlier.

"B-BUT.... BUT... MADAM?!! We can't just let her take advantage of you ?!! THIS GIRL HAS A SUSPICIOUS BACKGROUND WHAT IF SHE'S A SPY SENT TO KEEP AN EYE ON US----"  the secretary had a mental breakdown after listening to her madam's final and firm decision, she had been with her boss from a long time now, the assistant nevertheless understood her boss's nature, it wasn't her place to question it but she was willing to risk her job than her boss's life, she knew it was reckless of her to speak about something she had no authority over.

A glimpse of amusement was visible in ms qiao's eyes, her mind wandered since when had she given the authority to decide something for herself to her employees, it was quite funny she had known this secretary of hers from almost twenty years now, the secretary was trustable but as an employe she was overstepping.

The amusement vanished as soon as it came, ms qiao straightened her posture, while loosening her tie with a expression so stern even the doctor froze on her place, she said "looks like I have been to lenient to you, Miss xu", the secretary had a momentary illusion as if she was standing like a rat infront of a tiger, her head was lowered her gaze did not dare to raise themselves, a fear of being swallowed crept in her.

"I'M SORRY, MISS QIAO I OV-OVERSTEPPED MY BOUNDARIES, i was just worried for you and the young master" the secretary instantly apologized bowing three times to miss qiao her words were akward but not insincere, miss qiao sighed in her heart She knew the secretary didn't have a bad intention but she just couldn't bring herself to let anyone get close to her, even though the secretary had been working with her for twenty years now, they had always maintained a professional distance due to Miss qiao's wishes, she didn't have the heart to get close to anyone again.

Zhu xiao was laying there like a salted fish, she was just a extra in this scene not to forget the doctor who wasn't pretending to be unconscious but still had been ignored just like her, even though the conversation should have been focused on her, it had drifted to something else.

"hmm" Miss qiao hummed in acknowledgement of her secretary's apology, "proceed with what i said earlier" with that said there was the sound of a pair of heels hitting on the floor and the sound of the door's opening and closing indicating someone had just walked out of there, the doctor couldn't have left in the middle, it would've been rude, nor could the secretary leave if her boss was right here than the only thing that made sense was that miss qiao had left leaving the room in an awkward silence.

"*cough**cough*i shall go and check the patient" the doctor coughed akwardly, pretending to hurry to the patient.

Secretary xu corporated by sitting on a sofa without making any moments to give the doctor some space to check the patient, the doctor checked the patient and took some notes while the secretary watched the doctor, after watching the doctor's moments the secretary felt a little bore, she spoke up almost making the doctor flinch "how long will the check up take", secretary xu's eyes glanced at the clock, the clock that was showing 11 am earlier now showed 12:08 pm indicating a hour had passed.

The female doctor who almost flinched pushed up her glasses and said "it won't take long, but if you're bore you can go, you know?".

Hearing this secretary xu nodded "no, I'll like to stay here", the female doctor who went by the name doctor shin also nodded at her "as you wish".

Zhu xiao: "...." zhu xiao was bored to death hearing the same words again and again, she had been listening attentively since the beginning to get some useful information but there was no useful information to begin with.

'should i just wake up? No, no that would be too suspicious' as zhu xiao was pondering whether to wake up, a system notification immediately took her out of her thoughts.

The secretary and the doctor didn't even have the time react, but when zhu xiao run out of the room in panic, they came out of their trance immediately running behind zhu xiao without a second thought.

*huff* 'where's the.... *huff* target' zhu xiao asked the system while running in the hallway like a mad woman, people immediately cleared the hallway to give her towering figure a way, they looked frightened at her behavior, even though she had only run a short distance her strength had already almost given out.

After hearing 002, she turned her head slightly just enough to glance behind her, her heartbeat fastened when she saw the doctor holding a injection and secretary with many female and male compounds chasing her, zhu xiao wanted to scream at them from frustration 'is this my punishment for deceiving them?', zhu xiao run even faster for her life.... 'dear god if you truly exist, than save me from these brutes' she almost cried while praying.

*huff*.... *huff*... It was getting hader to breathe, of course because of her delicate health, just as zhu xiao reached the corner her eyes blurred from exhaustion and the joy of finally completing her first mission, but who would've thought?

She tripped on her own foot, zhu xiao fell forward, her body felt like it was flying forward like a football ready to goal, 'i guess, it's over' zhu xiao felt helpless, knowing she had failed her mission because of a stupid mistake such as tripping on her own foot, she closed her eyes ready to feel the pain by falling flat on her face, but before she had the chance to fall, her body collided with another body.

The body was so soft it almost felt like it would break from her touch, zhu xiao inctinctively wrapped her arms around the body protecting it from any harm, she didn't how? Why? She suddenly changed their falling position making her the one to bear the fall, the body successfully landed on her making the fall even more brutal.

Honestly she wanted to cough blood, it hurt like hell.
