In a luxurious restaurant the echos of joy and laughter can be heard.
Elora was attending a college reunion she felt very lonely as everyone was there with their partners and were enjoying a decent married life except hers. being a over achiever she never felt of being in a relationship or having a thought of getting a husband in her prime days of youth, but now in few hours she going to be 30 and had none to share her life with.
Being a single child she was an introvert. Although her parents loved her and never let her carve for anything. But what she needed yet didnt realize was someone presence. which made her distant towards her parents neither of them noticed it.
6 years back her father passed away and her mom got married to another man and settled in another country.
She went deaf ears of her mother pleadings to move in with her. She stayed back and was living a decent life until the her 28 birthdays that she realized that she is lonely in this huge planet, she has no one to share her happiness, pain, worry. She was in search of soul which make her feel like belonged.
It was almost 12:00 am she stopped at a bakery blowing the candels and cutted the cake making a wish of "please make me feel belonged" wishing herself happy birthday, and distributing the cake to needy people.
On the way of returning home she met an accident. Her eyes felt drowsy, her blood was scattering in ground and the last things which captured her mind was "i was always alone" and the last thing she regretting was not answering calls and texts of her mom. "i wish i didn't rejected you calls mom" i wish things were different. And closed her eyes freeing her soul from her body..
Cloud kingdom
There sound of lots of people shouting and chanting someone. The sound was so sharp and loud to make her loose her all brain cells she opened her eyes and a shinning stroke of sunlight made her vision blur after few minutes adjusting her eyes.. She recalled how she got into a car accident..
"Thank god i survived" she wanted to get up bit felt a strong force keeping her still to prevent her from doing any movements. She saw around and found a very strange kind of creatures having almost identicals features as human with small wings and fangs chanting something loudly staring at someone. Following their gaze i found a beast like creature making me scared to the core. I got terrified and started to struggle to get away from him only to find out i was in his arms he was holding me tightly to prevents me from any movements..
I was scared to my core that i fainted again seeing this giant growling at me.
After some time elora opens her eyes finding herself lying on a soft and comfy luxurious bed in the center of the room.
"Ohh it was a dream thank god i survived maybe someone saved me from the accident" she stood up and saw all the furniture and interior are expensive and give royalty vibes.
Her gaze fell on the door attached in the room "may be this is the exit of the room she began to move towards the door before she could open it the door knock twisted and an old lady appeared in front of her.
her dress seems like somewhat uniform of maid or house caretaker yes she was the head maid of the palace emma. This made elora more terrified because she had small wings and fangs her ears were large compared to humans. This brought her into reality Which clearly indicates she was not dreaming about these creatures. She definitely had been captured by these creatures.
Elora started trembling and being repulsive ran towards the attached balcony of the room and stood at the edge holding a vase signing to throw it on her if she came any close. "The lady started panicking and said please drop the vase it may hurt you mam" but elora was too terrified to hear anything and threw the vase in her direction making it hit her foot.
She ran outside the room and bumped into someone and fell down all on her butt.. She saw the same giant dragon like creature in front of her, she started to slide herself backward as he was approaching her with large steps.
Elora stood up and ran again into the bedroom and all prepared to jump off the balcony and the moment she jumped the dragon flew and caught her and wrapped his arms around her waist.
The arms of dragon was too tight making rishu skin ragged. He landed safely in the ground holding rishu securely.
"Are you out of your mind" said the dragon furiously. making her shocked again.
You can talk? A low wisper came from her mouth. But having the sharp ears of the dragon he heard.
"What's so surprising everybody can talk"
Are human these dumb too jump off the balcony or its only you.
Elora was standing there lowering her gaze tears were brimming in her eyes.
"Where am i; and who are you? How did i came her.

I am the king of this kingdom. Alexandar . I am a dragon having 5 magical powers within me which makes me superior to everyone. Arrogance and pride was visible on his face.
You are my queen choosen by our dragon god. On next fornight we will get married. He said firmly.
No. This is what left from her mouth hearing this Making the alexander growl loudly and his eyes turned golden. His fangs grew taller and came out. Making me jump from my place.
"What do you mean by no". Alex asked and anger is clearly visible on his face.
Elora was too scared to talk futher but after gathering all her strength she said shivering.
Please let me go. I dont want to get married to you. She started begging
Hearing her denial a guard came there and kicked her "you unfaithful human how dare you refuse our majesty" before he could say anything Alexandre punched him down the ground, how dare you to hurt my queen. He said loudly making the whole place shiver turned himself into the dragon and burned him alive... Watching the cruelty elora was more terrified.. "Please god save me from this monster please"
Alexander turned back and went towards elora and picked her up in a bridal style saying "dont worry love not a single person will be spared who tried to make a move on you" his eyes shining golden showing his immense possessive and protective nature. elora was too much traumatized to say anything. This was very new to her. She stayed silent all the way to her room.
He made her lay on the bed. I think you should take some rest, you must be tired.
He gave a peck on her head and left from there. Elora was too scared to react or push him away.
She closed her eyes wishing it to be a horrible dream and slept.
He smiled as he saw you woke up, the sight of you next to him filling him with warmth and possessiveness*
"Good morning, princess. Did you sleep well?"

Get freshen up princess you must be hungry.he clapped his hand signing a maid to enter she was the same maid maid whom elora attacked yesterday seeing a bandage cover her head made elora feel guilty.
Emma came smiling and greeted her with a warm smile "good morning mam"
She will help you to freshen up his tone was soft yet firm, get her ready within half an hour, he comanded and left from there...
"Yes your Majesty" said emma
This way mam; elora silently following the instruction, emma dolled her up.
They went downstairs. He saw her.
And the world—loud, messy, cruel—went silent.
She wasn’t just beautiful. She was beauty.
Not the kind that fades. The kind that burns itself into your bones.
Hair like something the sun would envy. Eyes too sharp, too knowing, like they’d already read every sin I’ve ever committed and still dared me to commit more.
She didn’t see me.
But I saw her.
And something inside me shifted. No—snapped.
Mine.
The word hit me before I could stop it. Before I could understand it.
I didn’t know her name.
Didn’t know her voice.
But I knew that whatever cruel joke the universe was playing, putting her in front of me like that—it would regret it.
Because I would have her.
One way or another.
At the top of the stairs.
Light spilling over her like even the sun bowed to her beauty.
Delicate. Radiant. Mortal. Mine.
Her gaze met mine—and she stilled. Just for a heartbeat. Just long enough for me to believe she felt it too: the shift. The gravity. The claim.
I didn’t speak. Words would have shattered the moment.
Instead, I extended my hand—clawed, still warm with power—and she placed hers in it, so small, so trusting.
Foolish girl.
Glorious girl.
I led her through the towering halls of black stone, all built by war and fire, but her steps softened them somehow. My world had never known gentleness until she walked into it.
The dining hall doors opened before us, but I barely noticed.
She was too close.
Her scent, her breath, the sound of her heartbeat—how was I supposed to eat with that sitting beside me?
No. This morning, I would feast on something else entirely:
Every glance. Every word. Every flicker of emotion that crossed her face.
And if the gods were kind, she’d stay.
If not—well.
I’ve slain gods before.
She wouldn’t eat.
She sat across from me, stiff as stone, her small hands clutched tightly in her lap. Her plate—piled high with delicacies she’d never seen—remained untouched.
Her eyes kept flicking to me, wide and wary, like a deer sensing the wolf in the shadows.
But I wasn’t in the shadows.
I was right in front of her.
And I wasn’t just a wolf.
I was a goddamn dragon.
“You should eat.”
My voice came out low, coiled with quiet restraint. Too quiet. The servants had already fled the room. They feared me. She should, too.
And yet the fear in her eyes made something unholy stir inside me.
So delicate. So breakable. And yet... she was here.
Still breathing. Still looking at me like she thought she might escape.
“Why am I here?” she whispered. “What do you want from me?”
I smiled.
“Everything.”
She flinched. It was the smallest thing—but I saw it. Felt it. Savored it.
“I brought you here,” I continued, rising slowly from my seat, “because the world does not deserve you. It doesn’t see what I see. And I cannot allow it to take you away.”
She shrank back as I came closer. My hand reached for her cheek—gently, tenderly—but she trembled beneath my touch.
“You will eat,” I said, voice still calm, still soft. “You will grow strong. You will learn not to fear me.”
Her lips parted like she wanted to argue, but nothing came out.
I knelt in front of her, claws resting on the arm of her chair, golden eyes boring into hers.
“Because whether you like it or not,” I whispered, “you are mine now. And I take very good care of what’s mine.”
