The morning was peaceful. The wind blew ever so gently. The animals and birds moved ever so carefully.
In a quiet nook of the ground level's library, Hikaru sat quietly while reading his book.
As he read to his delight, a soldier rushed in. They were covered in sweat, their expression fearful, and their body trembled slightly.
Soldier 1
Commander! Commander!
Hikaru (?)
(Looks up) Yes?
Hikaru (?)
Oh, my! (Rushes to help to a chair)
Soldier 1
(out of breath) Thank... you...
Hikaru (?)
What's the matter? Why are you so out of breath?
Soldier 1
The highest council!

Hikaru went back to his room to change into something more befitting. He took his time bathing, and getting dressed, knowing that they'd be pissed for his late coming.
An hour later, he made his way to the council court, ignoring the gazes that came his way as he walked past the other divisions.

"I know, right? Too bad he isn't a neutra-lite"
"Yeah, but I wouldn't mind sleeping with him once."
"I bet his screams are just as pretty as he looks."

A familiar figure of authority stood before him at the grand staircase.
