Our Wedding Was a Lie
Marriage
A man was sitting quietly on a stone table… His eyes were fixed on his clothes… He was cleaning his white shirt… Head bowed, hands busy in their duty
Hart
This is so dirty.. maybe my semen is stuck on my underwear
Everyone in the bathing room
Hart
Clean my underwear, motherrrr.....fvc. ahhhhh
Mia
Fake marriages are terrifying.
Not because of the rituals. Not because of the lies. But because—what if you actually fall in love?
Mia
Heartbreak wrapped in a bridal veil.
Mia
Anyway, wish me luck. I’m not letting myself go through all that emotional mess. I’ve made up my mind—no attachments, no expectations.
Mia
*He held my hand.
And gently slid a diamond ring onto my finger.*
The priest smiled and said, "Now, kiss the bride."
Mia
*I froze. My heart raced.*
Mia
*He stepped closer, his hand wrapped around my waist, firm and familiar like we were real.*
Mia
*Then—he closed his eyes.
And kissed me.*
Heaven
* kiss On the lips.*
Mia
*I stood there in shock.
It’s fake, right?
It’s just a contract marriage. Just a ritual.*
Mia
*He didn’t have to kiss me. He could’ve avoided it.
But he didn’t.*
Mia
*He kissed me. Fully, gently—like it meant something.*
Mia
*But it’s part of the ceremony, right?
So I didn’t push him away.
I didn’t kiss him back either.*
Fake or real
Mia
I shut the bedroom door behind me. The soft click echoed in the silence like a final verdict.
Mia
Fake marriage, fake rituals… but this room?
Mia
He was already inside, removing his watch, acting too casual for someone who just kissed his “contract wife” in front of hundreds.
Mia
My heart was still racing.
Mia
He turned around slowly, eyes landing on me with a calm I hated.
Heaven
“Why didn’t you push me away?”
He asked, voice low, unreadable.
Mia
"You kissed me without asking.”
Mia
“It was part of the ritual.”
Heaven
“You could’ve pretended."
Heaven
“You didn’t pretend to hate it,”
Mia
I clenched the edge of my dress.
Mia
"Don't twist things. I didn’t kiss you back."
Heaven
“But you didn’t stop me either.”
Mia
I could feel the heat in my cheeks, the confusion in my chest.
Mia
This was supposed to be fake. Distant. Professional.
Mia
He stepped back, maybe sensing my thoughts.
Heaven
“I’ll sleep on the couch,”
He said, undoing the top button of his shirt.
Heaven
“You take the bed.”
Mia
I nodded slowly.
But just as I moved toward the bed, I stopped.
Mia
“Why did you kiss me like that?”
Mia
“Like it meant something.”
He looked up, his expression unreadable.
Heaven
“I don’t kiss like it’s fake,”
Heaven
“Even if the marriage is.”
And with that, he turned away.
Mia
I stood there, still in my wedding dress, heart tangled between pride and the dangerous pull of something real.
Morning
Sunlight slipped through the sheer curtains, falling softly on the wedding bed
Mia
I barely touched. I had spent half the night staring at the ceiling, and the other half pretending to sleep while he breathed quietly on the couch.
Mia
I turned my head slightly.
He was still there. Shirtless. One hand over his eyes.
Mia
Sleeping like nothing was wrong.
Mia
But everything was wrong.
Mia
This wasn’t supposed to feel like this.
I wasn’t supposed to care about how peaceful he looked.
Mia
Or how close he had come last night not just physically, but emotionally too.
Mia
I got up carefully, tiptoeing across the cold wooden floor, trying not to wake him.
The silence of the room was heavy.
Mia
Just as I reached the dresser, I heard his voice
Heaven
“You didn’t sleep much.”
He sat up slowly, rubbing his face.
Heaven
“Still thinking about the kiss?”
Mia
I hated how direct he was.
But more than that—I hated how my heart skipped every time he mentioned it.
Mia
“I’m just trying to forget everything,”
Mia
“This isn’t real. Let’s not make it worse.”
He stood now, walking closer, and I backed up, instinctively.
