Their short backstory-

The drive to the marina was short, and soon they were boarding the sleek vessel. The party was already in full swing, with other children and their parents mingling and having a great time. Lucas and Lorgan ran off to explore the yacht, laughing and playing together. They climbed up to the bridge, peered out at the sea, and even got to blow the horn, which made them both giggle.

But as the afternoon wore on, disaster struck. The yacht hit rough waters, and before anyone could react, it took on water and began to list severely. Panic set in as people scrambled to find life jackets and get off the boat. In the chaos, Lucas was separated from Lorgan and their mother.

Lorgan's eyes frantically scanned the deck for any sign of his brother and mother, but they were nowhere to be found. He was swept overboard by a wave, and when he surfaced, he saw the yacht going down. He swam towards a nearby lifeboat and clambered aboard.

The rescue efforts were swift, and Lorgan was pulled to safety. But when he asked about Lucas and his mother, he was met with worried faces and hushed conversations. It wasn't until they reached the hospital that Lorgan learned the full extent of the tragedy.
