Taehyung came back to his room, frustrated, defeated and completely drenched in rain. He was out there in the rain, running around the forest of the southern border of their territory, looking for someone. He didn't care when it started to rain. His mind was occupied by the scent. It's been six months, he had been looking for that wolf. That white wolf with ocean blue eyes possessed a special feature that made its appearance unique, that white omega had a typically prominent bushy well-furred white tail, but there were five shining silver strands of hair among those bushy white ones.

He had been looking for the omega since last six months, but there were no trace of the latter. He visited the place where they last met, the place where they had spent times together, the riverside, those hidden caves, that waterfall, that hot spring in the middle of the forest.

However, tonight was different, tonight he was not only just looking for that omega, in fact he could sense the presence of the white little one. He had spent six months with the wolf, moreover his powers and abilities were enough to tell him the white one was close, just somewhere around their own territory, how come he couldn't find any trace of the omega. His wolf V could smell the scent of wild cherry, he could hear the heartbeats, unusual to his nature V was very fond of that omega.

Taehyung was also wondering how the omega could be here in their territory, he clearly remembered the last time he met the omega at the hot spring, and the most important thing was that he always maintained keeping the safety spell intact. Specially V, he had a habit or tendency of building a safety shield using his spells, to keep the omega invisible to anyone, whenever he came back leaving the omega there at their favorite cave. He is very very very protective towards the white wolf.

"My goodness, you're literally drenched" Jimin exclaimed as he entered the room with a paper in his hand.

Taehyung looked at it immediately as he spoke with a tired yet panicked voice, "Coco is here, Jimin"

"What??" Jimin looked shocked, his mouth remained agape even after finished his words.

Taehyung lowered his eyes, and nodded in response.

"Where???" Jimin, the beta friend of the Alpha asked hurriedly mirroring the same panic that was present in Taehyung's body language.

"I don't know.... I can feel the presence, but I cannot trace the location.... I'm j.......

The Alpha couldn't finish as the loud sound of the trumpets reverberated, signaling that all the pack members should gather around the palace front-yard and anticipate important announcement from the royal family.

Taehyung was about to start again, after the interruption but Jimin stopped him, "let's talk about it after Erica's announcement, I came here to inform you about that only." and dragged the lost puzzled Alpha by his wrist towards the front-yard.

Spring Moon Pack, once the largest pack of werewolves in the southeast part of the world, was everything that a blessed pack would look like. It used to be believed that this pack was not just blessed with prosper, wealth, health, happiness, fertility, natural resources, rather in fact, the Moon Goddess used to live here. Many werewolves of that time had heard that the members of the Spring Moon Pack even had the opportunity to see the Goddess once in a year with their bare real eyes.

Unfortunately, no good stays for lifetime, same happened with the Spring Moon Pack too. 100 years ago, one dark night had snatched everything from this pack. Since then, this pack had been suffering from a curse. A curse named Venetus.

"Erica, how's it going??" Kim Namjoon the current Alpha of the pack asked Erica. Erica was the Godmother of the pack, she was not a witch not a werewolf. Erica had been with the Spring Moon Pack since last 60 years, guiding the Alphas of the pack with her wisdom, knowledge and magical abilities that had been a great help of the pack during their crisis. It's Erica and her power that was why Venetus could never have been able to attack the pack more than twice a year. However, irrespective of the number the attacks of Venetus had always been disastrous.

Mirroring the same tension as Namjoon in her voice the white haired witch replied, "I'm trying my best, those 10 omegas, they are really talented and brave. I have been testing them in different parameters since last one month, we'll soon have the results."

"I hope this time we succeed to find that omega" Namjoon talked with a heavy sigh.

At the other corner of the palace, Jimin entered the room of his best friend the crown prince and the future Alpha of the pack, Kim Taehyung. Kim Taehyung was a 30-year-old true blood alpha, at this point of his age, if everything was perfect he should already have been the Alpha of the pack. But it could not happen, because where other werewolves generally find their mates at the age of 18, Taehyung, a 30-year-old Alpha had still not found his fated mate.

"What are you d....

Oh Goddess, again???" Jimin wanted to know what his best was doing, but seeing the Alpha in his special leather attire he slapped his own forehead.

He received nothing but a chuckle from the man. But that chuckle was not the answer of his question, so he stayed silent glaring at the alpha, clearing expressing that he was waiting for the actual answer.

Taehyung punched his best friend's abdomen gently before answering, "yes again, you know very well why I'm doing this, in next two days they will announce the result, whether any of those omegas finally had succeeded the test or not. If any one of them is my mate or not, where I clearly know none of them is my mate. I have already found my mate."

"Then why aren't you just declaring it to the whole pack?? Everyone will be so happy" Jimin said

"I'll not tell them, I'll directly show them" Taehyung's eyes were glinting with excitement while saying so, probably remembering the face of a certain white wolf.

"REALLY???" Jimin was shocked, happily.

He plopped on the seat nearby, while gesturing gratitude towards the Goddess. Finally, his friend was doing something correct. Taehyung had found his mate a couple of months ago, since then Jimin had been bugging him to announce it to the pack, but the stubborn alpha was adamant, he said, he wanted to be sure, he wanted to get more signs and evidences that the blue-eyed white wolf possessing the scent of wild cherry was his mate, his fated mate. Because the way he found his mate was not normal, that was why Taehyung had to make sure he was not wrong while sensing the hints.

Jimin and Taehyung were still at Taehyung's room when a maid knocked the door from behind the curtain, "Your highness, Lady Kyungsun desires to meet you" She informed.

Jimin placed his hand on Taehyung's shoulder and said, "I'll go, prepare Rio for your departure" Then after acheiving an affirmative nod from Taehyung, he excused himself from the lounge area of Alpha's room. On his way out he found Lady Kyungsun waiting outside the room along with two of her maids. He bowed to the lady with due respect when the she did the same, "you may go inside, Lady Kyungsun" he conveyed Taehyung's affirmation to the lady and went away.

(At the lounge area of Taehyung's room)

"Good evening, your highness" Kyungsun addressed while bowing infront of the Prince.

"Good evening, Kyungsun. Anything urgent you want to discuss???" Taehyung asked.

Kyungsun raised her head from that bow when she received a response. Smiling sweetly She looked at the alpha, but the moment she noticed that all-black leather attire, knee-lengthed boots, hair neatly tied in a ponytail her smile vanished. Her curious eyes were trying to find the answer in Taehyung's eyes, which didn't disappointed her, she got the answer which made her face gloomy, eyes teary.

Taehyung sighed looking at his wife's crying face, "it's important, I have to attend the matter, don't worry I'll take care of myself." But Taehyung knew this brief answer would not be enough for the lady, rather intensified her tears and cry. "You're always busy, always out for some important works. I understand the pack members and their sake matters the most to you as You're the future Alpha King. But.........."

"Kyungsun....." Taehyung interrupted her. He offered a piece of cloth to the lady to wipe her tears off, she accepted.

"I'll soon be back unlike the other times. Tell me what do you want me to bring for you, did you finish the bottle of the northern herb mix that I brought you last time?? Shall I bring it again?? Or something else??" He asked.

[I just want you, I don't want anything else. I just want you to stay with me. But I know that won't happen, you can bring me anything from any corner of this world , except yourself.]

She thought, but couldn't express it in words, these small little gifts that Alpha brings for her, make her feel closer to the Alpha. At least no other omega of this pack have this privilege, at least no other omega of this pack is called the wife of the Alpha, although she doesn't no how the Alpha's bedroom actually looks like on the other side of this curtain but at least no other omekar of the pack have ever got the chance to enter the lounge area of Alpha's room, she is indeed special, special than the other omegas of this pack.

Collecting the composer of her mind, she replied, "whatever Alpha, whatever you find worthy of your wife's belongings, just bring it for me, I'll be happy with it."

On her way back to her room Kyungsun kept crying, both of her maids were tailing behind her with a pair of tensed face.

When she entered her bedroom and asked them to leave her alone they saw the lady throwing herself upon the bed burying her face deep into the pillow.

They closed the double layered curtains to secure her privacy, and came outside the room. "Let's prepare some food for our lady, she would definitely ask for some warm food once she gets her composer back." One of the maid said.

Both of them hurried towards the royal kitchen while the second one of them kept asking questions.

"Why is she crying, what happened inside the Prince's room???"

The first maid stopped, resulting the second one to halt in her position too. She didnt answer the question, instead she pointed her finger towards the front yard of the palace gate where they both could see the man they were talking about exiting the gate of the palace riding on the back of his horse, Rio. The horse didn't pick up the speed yet though. They kept looking the figure until they exited main gate (outer gate) of the palace too.

"Oh, I see" the second maid got her answer.

They started preparing the favorite dessert of Lady Kyungsun, usually at this time the kitchen staffs had gone to take some rest as the dinner was already cooked, the kitchen was vacant for their usage.

While working in the kitchen the curious second maid started to ask questions again,

"Is everything alright between your highness and lady Kyungsun??? I have rarely seem them spending time together, I have never seen them behaving like a loving husband wife though. I never questioned it, but seeing the royals are trying to find a mate to the Alpha, I'm shocked."

"It's because you just joined a couple of months ago, that's why you're asking these questions. Lady Kyungsun is not Alpha's fated mate. He married her under some circumstances. Alpha has to find his fated mate to inherit the throne as the next Alpha King of the pack, that is why they're looking for Alpha's mate"

"What kind of circumstances??? I mean what circumstances can make a werewolf marry anyone who are not their mates, didn't lady's mate objected."

"Lady Kyungsun had a mate, but he's killed."

The second maid gasped in shock covering her mouth with her hands.

"Venetus, he had his lusty eyes on our lady, when she turned 18 and found her mate he tried to persuade her to reject her mate. But she didn't. There were so many times Venetus had tried to abduct her. But Venetus killed her mate, in order to save her Alpha married her."

"So Alpha and our Lady don't love each other!!!"

"Well, Lady Kyungsun had developed feelings for your highness over the course of time, afterall it's been ten years. But we can't say the same for alpha, we have always seen him maintaining respectful distance from our lady."

She stopped talking for some times, feeling sad at the misery of her mistress. Then another set of questions tickled her mind.

"Tell me one thing, did marrying her actually saved her from Venetus??? That devil stopped bugging her after their marriage???"

"Yes he did. He had abducted many mateless omegas till now, but he never tried any of his evil stunt upon any mated omega. It hurts his pride, in his own words, he doesn't like to own anything that was already owned by someone."

They already finished their work in the meantime, the kitchen staffs started to arrive one by one as it was time for dinner, they had to arrange the dinner table. So the maids of Lady Kyungsun handed the dessert they made for their mistress, and instructed one the staff to bring it to the lady's room after dinner.
