KITCHEN

Different voices of murmurs was coming from the kitchen, someone walked in and the whole place went silent as the the maids turned to the person and that someone was none other than Lavender

" Lavender..... what's wrong" Zoey asked breaking the silence but all Lavender did was to sigh, causing the three girls to look at them selves and back at her

Lavender sighed again, her gaze on the floor that was when Anna noticed. the tray of food which was still in her hand.

" Didn't prince Jane's take it?" Anna asked causing the ladies to look at lavender curiously.

" No,... he didn't, he's still furious" Lavender said

"welllll.. since he didn't eat it" Jenny smiled rubbing her hands together as she reached for it only for her hand to be slapped by Luna

"What?!.. I was hungry"

" Can't you see Vender is sad?, her crush rejected her food" Anna said glaring at her as Jenny pouted.

"He is just furious, he would surely calm down, ok?"Luna assured, comforting her and the rest joined in hugging her, Lavender was happy she had such good friends with her

". So ... now that she is alright... can we eat it now?" Jenny said making the rest glare at her, Lavender chuckled handing her the tray

"Sure, miss foodie I wonder were all the food you eat goes cuz your still slim" Lavender stated making the rest laugh.

THRONE ROOM

"You called?" Hayden asked entering inside the throne room

" What took you so long?" Queen Leah frowned

" I was busy" Hayden replied expressionlessly taking a sit " So?"

"You're getting married to princess Clara"Queen Leah stated making Hayden stand in surprise

"What?" Hayden yelled angrily " I can't get married to Clara, of all princesses Clara mom, I won't get married to her" He concluded

"If you want to be next to the throne then you need a queen and Clara is the best option if no then there is always Clayton to replace you" The queen said waiting for his reaction, all he could do was grit his teeth of course he wanted to be the king, he doesn't want to but too much responsibilities on his brothers shoulder, he glared at his mother and began to leave

" Hse would be here in two weeks time" She announced but Hayden ignored her, slamming the door on his way out

On his way he bumped into someone

"I'm so sorry your highness" Anna apologized with her head bow LOW but Hayden ignored her, walking past her

HAYDEN ROOM

While Hayden was sulking on his bed, he heard a knock

"come in" he answered his head still buried on his pillow

"What's wrong dude?" Clayton asked as he sat next to him

" mom" Hayden said making Clayton confused

"What sis she do this time?" Clayton asked

"Clara" Hayden replied, as Clayton thought putting two to two together until he finally understood

"Mom wants you to marry Clara?" he asked getting angry, Hayden nodded and his anger reached the peak

"In order to be the king I have to have a wife , a queen to be precise" Hayden explained

"And she thought Clara was the best option?" Clayton said in anger and Hayden nodded , Clayton clenched his fist standing up but Hayden held him

"What?.. Don't tell me...

"Let mother be Clayton, I have to find a way to avoid all this "

" And what way is that?"he scoffed

" I don't know....

RICKY'S ROOM

" Don't tell me what you said is true?" Asher said surprised when James explained what he over heard

"But mum isn't like that, why Clara of all " Asher frowned

" That's what Hayden said said" James said

"Hold on"Ricky gasped making but James and Asher put their attention to him

" Is that why you came to my room, of all places my room, can't you see I'm busy"Rickey said making James frown and Asher glare at him

"I should have known he would say that"

"What didn't we see it coming?" Now it was Ricky's turn to frown.

DINNING ROOM

"Here your majesty" Luna bowed placing and dishing out the food for her, all this while the queen started at her with a smile and it took a while for Luna to notice and when she did she asked

"My queen why are you staring at me like that?"

"It's nothing my dear, you're just so pretty" the queen complimented and Luna smiled at her.

"Thank you my queen" Luna bowed again and walked away when she was done

MAIDS QUARTERS

"Is it true?, I'm pretty?" Luna asked smiling

"Why the sudden question" Jenny scoffed

"And why are you smiling"Anna asked

"Well the queen complimented to me that I'm pretty" Luna said making the girls rush to her

" What else did she say?"

"Did she compliment us too?" They all bombarded her with questions that even Luna doesn't know which to answer first

"ENOUGH"Luna yelled and they all shut up staring at her with pleading gaze

"No more, I'm already having headache"She muttered taking a sit.

AT NIGHT

Luna stood up rubbing her eyes, she was thirsty as she opened the door.

"Where are you going?"Jenny asked sleepily

"Thirsty... you coming?" Luna asked only for her to see she was already asleep, she rolled her eyes going out.

IN THE KITCHEN

Luna was putting water inside a glass cup, carrying it close to her mouth to drink when she heard foot step, she turned to see a shadow, her heart leaped in fright and the glass fell from her hand the pieces broken everywhere and unknown to Clayton whom was approaching sleepily, he stepped on it, the pain stung him making him yelp and she gasped rushing to him, she grab his leg gently removing the glass, in the process Clayton hissed in pain, when done Luna guided him toward the living room, as Clayton hopped with one leg, Luna then settled him down on the couch

"Please wait my prince" Luna said and rushed to get the first aid kit and within seconds she was back with it, she began her mission of treating Clayton injury. All this while Clayton was glaring at her her and she could feel it , she gulped silently, fastening her pace and when done, she bowed and wanted to leave but
