I will be starting another book here on the platform, and this one is totally different from all the ones I have written before.

This book is literally fictional and pure fantasy; everything written here will be the product of my imagination and some research related to this theme.

This book will tell a love story of an Alpha wolf and a hybrid who is a fairy and a wolf.

Important warnings:

I am Caliel, a purebred Alpha wolf. I am the son of Quemuel, an ancestral Alpha wolf, and my mother, Luna Iris, a purebred wolf.

I am the current Alpha of the Northern Pack, called Moonlight Glow.

15 years ago, I met my destined one, my mate, a beautiful wolf named Calista. We spent 5 years together, the best years of my life.

His name is Luke; he almost took the Southern Pack recently, only he didn't because the Alpha's mate is a powerful witch, although if he had managed to decimate the alpha there, it would be one less damn person.

But now the elders want me to marry because I need an heir, and since my destined one was killed and it's rare for a wolf to have a second chance, and to tell the truth, I don't even want to, risk going through all that pain again, no, not even think about it, I prefer to marry someone I feel nothing for, make an heir, and that's it.

I arrive at the Pack's office, and the elders are already waiting for me; they requested a new meeting.

"Good morning, may I know the reason you are already here again?" I ask.

"Good morning, my Alpha, we are worried about the future of our Pack; we understand your pain, but it's time for us to have a Luna, an heir."

I place my hands intertwined on the table and look closely at them; there are six elders in total, wolves respected by the Pack, but I hate being pressured to do something, especially when I don't want to, but I understand it's necessary.

"Don't worry, you will soon have a Luna and, consequently, we will have an heir. I know what my obligations are as Alpha. If that was all, I have more important things to do."

They leave, my brother and Beta approach.

"Are you really going to marry, brother?"

"It's my duty as Alpha, brother, for the good of the Pack, I will make this sacrifice."

"So, will you accept the marriage alliance from the Western Pack?"

"Yes, Ember is young, a purebred wolf; I believe she will be a good Luna and can give me an heir."

Blake growls in my head.

"What's wrong, Blake?"

"I don't want to mate with that wolf; I don't feel anything for her."

"It's better this way, Blake; it will be easier for both of us. We will do what we have to do, and that's it."

He quiets down and retreats again.

"At least she is in love with you."

"It doesn't matter to me; I will fulfill my obligations, and that's it."

"You talk as if it were a sacrifice to mate with Ember; she is beautiful, brother."

"It will be for me, Silas. Contact Alpha Apolo and schedule a visit for me in two weeks."

"Okay, you can leave it to me."

I hear knocks on the door; I tell them to come in.

"Alpha, a group of rogue wolves has camped near our border; what do we do? Do we expel them?"

"Do you know who the leader is?"

"Yes, it's someone named Jaxon."

"Don't do anything for now; it may just be a group passing through, but keep an eye on them. Place more guards on the border; any sign of invasion or something strange, let me know immediately."

"Yes, Alpha, I will do that right away."

"Silas, go with him and check closely what is happening; I don't want unpleasant surprises."

"Yes, Alpha."

My brother leaves; I continue working; here is where I can forget my pain a little.

After a few hours of working, I decide to go to the forest; it's been a few days since Blake has hunted. In the forest, I gradually feel the transformation; my eyes change from blue to red, my claws appear, my fangs emerge, a dark fur like the night takes over my body, in seconds my transformation is complete.

I am Luz, I am a fairy, I live with my adoptive parents, the Elves, Lucius and Elysia, I have an older brother, Eliot, we live in an enchanted forest, called Morning Light, here Elves, fairies and other magical beings live in constant harmony.

No one knows how I got here, I was left on the doorstep of my adoptive parents' house, wrapped only in a piece of old cloth, along with me there was a letter from my mother, asking them to take care of me, my elf mother knew my mother, they were great friends, but one day she went out to pick some herbs and never came back, they looked for her for several days, but nothing was found.

Since I was little I have been trained by my father who is one of the generals of the Elf King and also by my brother who is one of his guards, besides, I am not a common fairy, because unlike the others, I have several different powers, I can heal people and I also learned to manipulate various herbs and make various types of remedies and antidotes, I also discovered that I can manipulate various elements of nature, such as fire, water and earth, unlike other fairies who can only manage one element, but I still have to train a lot, to control and not cause destruction, I also discovered that I have the power of telepathy and that I can read people's minds, but I need to touch them to do that, besides that I can transform myself into anyone I want, even into animals, but I only tested this once and it was with the help of the fairy who trains us.

But not everyone knows that I have all these powers, because I am a powerful walking weapon, my father says I can't trust anyone, the only ones who know about my powers are my family and a fairy who trains me, she is a very good friend of my family and promised to keep it a secret.

In two months I will be 18 years old.

We are having dinner when my father speaks;

"Daughter, prepare a suitcase, put in your clothes, shoes, everything you like, tomorrow morning we will take a trip."

My father speaks and my mother looks at me sadly, I have noticed that my parents and brother have been acting strangely since the day I turned 17.

"Where are we going, Dad?"

After dinner I went up to my room and did what my father said.

The next day very early, I woke up, did my hygiene and went down with my small suitcase, I didn't have many things.

My mother cries, I look at my father and my brother and they lower their heads, I don't understand anything.

"Drink your breakfast, Luz." My father says.

I sit at the table and have my breakfast, then I hug my mother and leave with my father and my brother, we walk through the forest and every step I take I feel that I will never come back here, I stop, look back memorizing this place, a tear runs down my face, I walk again, when we leave the forest the sun is already high, when we are far away from our house, my father says.

"Let's stop here, eat, then we continue."

We sit down and eat what my mother prepared for us, then my father says.

"Daughter, now that we are far away, I will tell you why you are here. Luz, when you were left at our door with only a letter from your mother," it said that you are not just a fairy, you are also a wolf.

I look at my father, startled and surprised, then it hits me.

Today is being quite tiring, I spent the whole morning at the office solving pack problems and trying to find a solution for our health post. Our post is quite large, but we have few wolves with knowledge in that area. The only one with knowledge about herbs, remedies, and antidotes is the healer. She's a very old wolf, she has been teaching what she knows to some wolves and they are even learning, but when something more serious happens, the healer becomes very overwhelmed.

This afternoon I went to see how the medicinal herb plantations are doing. We have been cultivating these herbs for quite some time. We discovered that our forest has a wide variety of these herbs, so we have been cultivating and selling them to large laboratories, they use them to make medicines for humans.

It's the end of the day and I'm going home with my brother Silas. On the way, Blake starts to get restless. I smell a different scent, very faint, and a stronger scent of Elves.

"Elves here?"

"The scent is of Elves." My brother says.

With every step I take, Blake becomes more restless.

"What's wrong, Blake?"

"Did you smell that different scent? It's very faint."

"Yes, I did, but why are you like this?"

"I don't know, Caliel, but that scent is affecting me, there's something strange."

"Looks like we'll find out soon."

I see one of my guards talking to two Elves in front of my house. I quicken my pace and speak to the guard.

"Arlo, who authorized the entry of these Elves into my pack?" I ask and he immediately lowers his gaze because of my power of dominance.

"I'm sorry, Alpha, but this Elf is General Lucius, the one who saved our Luna and the Lord when he was small." I look closely at the Elf in front of me. I was very small, but now I'm remembering, it's him.

"General Lucius, I apologize for the reception. You know that Elves and wolves don't usually get along very well, but to what do I owe the honor of your visit?" I say and look at the girl who is right behind him. Blake is very restless with her and so am I. She doesn't smell like an Elf, nor like a wolf, she doesn't seem to be a human. She has a different scent, very faint, subtle, but I can't figure out what she is.

"I understand, Alpha, I am here to ask you a great favor." He says and I can feel his distress.

"Follow me, please."

I follow him to my home office, open the door and the three of them enter, followed by my brother.

The General sits in one of the chairs in front of me, the girl and the younger Elf stand.

"You can sit on that sofa if you want."

The two sit on the sofa and the younger Elf puts his arm around her shoulders, Blake growls immediately.

"What's wrong, Blake?"

"I don't know, Caliel, but I didn't like that Elf touching the girl."

"Calm down, I'm not in the mood to kill the Elf who saved our lives."

"Alright, General, you can speak."

"Alpha, what I have to say is extremely confidential..." He says and looks at my brother.

"You can speak, General, this is my Beta and my brother, I trust him with my life."

"Okay, well, years ago I protected your mother and you, from those damn wolves, today I come here to ask for protection for my daughter Luz, she is the most precious thing in my family. She is not my blood daughter, but we love her as if she were. She is a fairy and a wolf too, but she hasn't transformed yet, she will be 18 in 2 months and as you know wolves are not allowed among us, that's why I'm here to ask you to give her shelter. Luz can help your pack a lot, she knows a lot about herbs, knows how to manipulate them, make antidotes and medicines, knows how to fight, she was trained by me and her brother since she was little..."

"Caliel, this General is hiding something about this girl, she doesn't smell like a fairy."

"You said she's a fairy, why don't I smell a fairy on her?"

"Because she's using a scent inhibitor that we made for her, no one can know she's a fairy, Alpha."

"What powers does she have?"

"Luz is different from other fairies, she can manipulate three elements, water, fire, and earth, but she is training to master them, this is rare, usually fairies can only manipulate one element and that's not all, she has healing powers, can transform into anyone she wants, is a telepath and can read minds and maybe still has other powers that she hasn't identified yet."

"Wow, beautiful and powerful, what will her wolf be like?"

"Will you stop, Blake? What's wrong with you? You're not like this."

"I don't know, but something about this girl attracts me, maybe it's her fairy power."

"Must be that." I say.

"Can she read anyone's mind?"

"Yes, but she needs to touch the person."

"Calm down, General, I didn't say she couldn't stay, I was just making it clear the risks I'm running by accepting her here...Well, and thinking about that, I want that after she receives her wolf, she accepts me as her Alpha, that is, she will belong to this pack forever, she will use her powers, her knowledge for the benefit of her new home."

"I accept your condition, Alpha, as long as I am not enslaved to give my powers and that it does not affect those who welcomed me when I needed, that is, the Elves, the Fairies and the other magical beings, if you agree, I accept."

She speaks for the first time and the drug of her voice gave me goosebumps all over, Blake is looking like those emojis with the tongue out 😛

"About enslaving, I would never do that, now about the Elves and the other magical beings, if necessary, I will not only affect them but destroy them."

"Then don't count on me for that, I will never use my powers against those who gave me home, food and a home." She speaks as if she were talking to her friend.

"I don't think you're in a position to choose, girl."

"I'm also not in a position to submit, Alpha, I won't go against my people." The little fairy replies pertly.

"Your people will be your pack, what opposes it is your enemy."

"The Elves, the Fairies and the magical beings are also my people, Alpha." What an audacious little fairy.

"You are very insolent, girl, I think your father didn't teach you how to behave in front of a superior being."
