The rooftop of the high-rise building in downtown Chicago City was quiet, the kind of silence that made Astrid’s senses sharper. She checked her gear, adjusting the black tactical suit that blended perfectly with the shadows. The night sky was clear, offering a perfect view of the target A luxury hotel just a few blocks away.

Chris’s voice came through, relaxed as always, though she knew he’d be glued to his computer, watching her every move.

The target was Mr. Park, a notorious weapons dealer with a huge network in the underground arms trade. He had a blueprint that could potentially destroy the entire city’s power grid. And it was up to Astrid and her team to make sure it never saw the light of day.

Astrid whispered to Chris as she surveyed the scene. Mr. Park stepped out of the sleek black limo, the briefcase tucked under his arm. He was surrounded by two bodyguards, and as she watched, more guards filtered in from the hotel’s entrance
Astrid pulled out a pair of binoculars, scanning the hotel from her rooftop vantage point.

Yeah, he’s in the lobby, heading toward the VIP floor. We Have To Get the blueprint.
She moved swiftly, calculating her every step with a silent breath, she began her descent from the roof, using the side of the building’s fire escape ladder to scale down. The guards down below wouldn’t know what hit them.

The side door buzzed open.
Astrid slipped inside, silent as a shadow.

Camera loop running for ten minutes. After that, you’re on your own.

She quickly bypassed the service entrance and snuck into the building, heading for the VIP floor where Park was meeting with potential buyers
Two guards were stationed outside the VIP suite.

*Chuckled* Sending in a fire alarm… now.
The alarm blared. The guards panicked, running to investigate. Astrid used the chance, disabling the lock with her kit.

I’m already watching the security cams. You've got this AD.
Astrid reached the VIP floor, where Mr.Park was supposed to be meeting with several buyers.

Two men came like a shadow to attack her

Astrid drew her taser gun and fired his leg. One guard went down without a sound. Another guard barely had time to react before she knocked him out with a quick move to the head. She slid into the room, moving quickly to Mr. Park

I don’t think you’re supposed to be here. *Looks Astrid*

Drop the briefcase Mr Park.
Park hesitated, eyes flicking to his last remaining guard. Astrid was already two steps ahead. She fired a dart into the guard’s neck he collapsed instantly, unconscious.

Mr Park's eyes turned hard, but he still didn’t move. Astrid sighed, annoyed. She tossed a small object on the floor it flashed bright blue and released a thick smoke.
Mr. Park gasped, coughing, as the smoke filled the room.
Astrid moved in, her arm around his neck in an instant, pulling him into a chokehold

I don’t have time for games, Mr. Park, Give me the briefcase, or I’ll make this hurt. *She whispered in his ear*
The briefcase slid toward her as Park’s hand trembled.

One shot of the taser, and Park was on the floor, handcuffed.
Astrid grabbed the briefcase. She checked it quickly.

Good, let’s get out before they reset the system.
Ten minutes later, Astrid was back in the BLACKVAULT van, She tossed Park into the back of the van who was still unconscious. Chris looked up from his laptop.
