Massive, powerful waves crashed against the ocean shore, my head was foggy, but I was slowly making out the piercing screams of civilians. My memories were floating around in my head, important memories, but the only thing I could piece together was that everyone was in big trouble. Massive waves were the start of it and much worse was to come. Two people ran up to me, frantically lifting me up while asking if I was okay. "Who... Are you?" My mind raced for information, but I still couldn't seem to find the answer. "Huh!?" The young boy said, "This is bad!! They don't remember who we are!! Do you at least remember the prophecy!?" The woman next to him yelled over the chaos. "What Prophecy? Does it have anything to do with these people's deaths and the destruction happening right now!?" The woman huffed in frustration. "We'll explain everything later, my name is Jaz and the boy next to me is Ant." They pulled me along, everything was chaos, people lying limp on the beach, houses destroyed, the lifeguard shack smashed to pieces. Civilians screaming with running, and others abandoning their children because their children were stuck under the debris. The smell of blood was so strong and my sensitive nose wasn't helping. I covered my nose with my sleeve so I wouldn't throw up while being dragged out of the chaos. BOOM!!! I started to turn around and I was greeted with debris and pressure, me and the two others went flying back. I groaned and realized I had hurt myself as I started to feel the warm flow of blood trickle down my forehead, into my eyes and down to my chin. The dizziness wasn't leaving anytime soon and if we don't get out of here we will be stuck here and left to die. I scanned the area frantically for Jaz and Ant, there they were, Jaz was trying to get up while Ant was lying next to her, limp and pale. "Jaz! Ant!!!" I yelled out, stumbling to get up. Jaz looked at me with tears in her eyes as I ran over to her and Ant. "Are you okay!? I Ant..." I looked down. She started crying. "Y-y-yes, he is gone. Help me up please?" Jaz whispered as she looked at me. I carefully lifted Jaz up, her legs were shaking furiously, I put her arm around my me and started stumbling out of there. The situation was getting worse, everyone else was dead other than me and Jaz, we are the only survivors, but we won't be for long unless we can get out of here. Debris came again, trying to take us out but suddenly, the corpses rose and blocked the debris, making a path for us, but the strangest thing was that the most was coming out of my hands. I was confused but had no time to think about it, the corpses couldn't hold up forever. I forged through the wind and made it through the path. A car suddenly drove in front of us, with an unfamiliar but familiar woman inside. "Get in!" She yelled and I didn't hesitate to get in with Jaz, we're in danger and this woman was the ticket out, plus, I needed to find out why she looked so familiar. She pushed down on the gas peddle and we drove out of the chaos, heading into the middle of nowhere. "Sweetheart! Are you okay!?" The woman said as she dabbed away the blood with a cloth using her free hand. "Um.... Who are you?" The woman's face saddened when she realized I didn't remember her. Suddenly my head hurt, a sharp pain like an arrow going through my skull, I held my head and groaned. "Sweetie!! What's wrong!?"
"My... Head." I groaned, it went black for a second, then I remembered who this woman is. I looked at her and a tear rolled down my cheek. "Mum."
