The weather was terrible.
The day was shrouded in an ominous gloom, the sky a deep, foreboding grey that seemed to suffocate the sea beneath it.
The weather was terrible, with winds blowing faster and faster by every passing minute and waves gettin' higher and higher
The ocean was very rough. Big waves were crashing into each other, making a loud noise. A strong storm was happening, with thunder and lightning flashing across the dark sky.
Amidst this tempestuous backdrop, Alex stood at the helm of his ship.

*eyes fixed intently on the horizon as he struggled to maintain control*
The vessel bucked and lurched, threatening to capsize at any moment, but-

*grip on the wheel was unyielding/tight*
Sweat-drenched and wind-lashed, he gritted his teeth.
Alex
*his jaw clenched in determination*
With each wave, the ship pitched and yawed, but Alex's hands moved with a practiced ease, his fingers dancing across the controls as he expertly navigated the turbulent waters.
His dark hair was slicked back, revealing a face set in a fierce, unyielding expression.
The storm raged on, but Alex stood firm, his eyes burning with a fierce inner light.
Finally, after what seemed an eternity, the ship rounded a rocky outcropping, and Alex's private island came into view.
Alex
*smirks* Poor sea, couldn't win from the great Alex. *pitied dramatically*
With a surge of relief, he guided the vessel towards the shore, the waves still choppy but less menacing now.
As the ship scraped against the dock, Alex leapt from the deck, his movements fluid and powerful.
He landed on the dock with a soft thud, his eyes gleaming with a hint of triumph.
His dark, fitted jacket was soaked through, but he wore it with an air of rugged elegance, his broad shoulders and chiseled features evident even beneath the sodden fabric.
The water was dripping from his hairs.
He took out a cigarette from his pocket and lightened it.
He walked to his penthouse, the only house on the island.
For a moment, he stood there, the wind whipping his hair into a frenzy as he gazed out at the stormy sea.
Then, with a fluid motion, he turned and strode towards his penthouse, the sliding glass doors opening with a soft whoosh as he approached.
Alex
*quickly went inside and jumped on the couch, relieved*
Inside, he flung himself onto the plush sofa, his movements relaxed, his eyes still gleaming with the thrill of his hard-won victory.
His father, Marcus, sat in a nearby armchair, a cup of coffee cradled in one hand as he watched Alex with a raised eyebrow.
Marcus (Alex's Dad)
The stuff is safe? *his voice low and even*
Marcus (Alex's Dad)
*smirks* Get lost, if the stuff isn't safe-
But before he could complete, Alex smirked and said

*smirked, his eyes glinting with amusement* Obv, Dad. Don't doubt my abilities.
Marcus's expression turned sardonic, his voice dripping with sarcasm.
Marcus (Alex's Dad)
You will forget your all abilities when I will once slap you. *sarcastically*
Alex chuckled, his smile flashing white in the dimly lit room

*laid his head on the sofa, kept his one leg on other* Dad, chill.
Marcus (Alex's Dad)
*immediately* What chill, huh? I have told you many times to let the captain go to take the ship in such weather.
Alex's grin never wavered.
Alex
You must be proud of me. *grinning*
Marcus's expression softened, a hint of pride creeping into his voice.
Marcus (Alex's Dad)
That I am. *lowly*
Alex
What? I didn't hear what you said. Tell again. *sits straight and bents towards his dad*
Marcus (Alex's Dad)
*rolls his eyes* Shut up. Where did you keep the stuff?
Alex
Told Ron to take them in. *scrolls his phone, smoking*
Marcus (Alex's Dad)
*notices him smoking, and frowns* You little kid of buffalo *angrily grabs his collar and throws the cigarette from his mouth*
Alex
*freaked out* (HOLY SHIT- how did I forgot to put cigarette out? )
Marcus (Alex's Dad)
*raises his eyebrows and leaves his collar* HOW MANY TIMES I TOLD YOU TO NOT SMOKE?
Alex
*counts on his finger* approx 4 times, cause other times you just snatched it from me. *shrugs his shoulder*
Marcus (Alex's Dad)
*sighs and pinches his forehead* Just like his mother.
Alex
*smirks* Dad, I'm grown up now. Even you smoke. Then what's the problem if I do?
Marcus (Alex's Dad)
Oh- Big bold uncle, you are still a kid. Don't compare yourself from your dad.
Marcus (Alex's Dad)
And listen, I was thinking about something. *calmly yet nervous*

*notices the change in marcus's expression* What?
Lara (Alex's Mom)
Wait. I will tell him. *comes there, and settles herself on the sofa facing alex*

*senses the tension in environment* Mom, be straightforward.
Lara (Alex's Mom)
Actually..
Marcus (Alex's Dad)
*puts hand on her hand and nods* Wait. I'll tell..
Lara (Alex's Mom)
Alr. *sighs*
Alex
*turns his head towards Marcus* What is it dad?
Marcus (Alex's Dad)
See..since you're 18 now, we wish that you must go from here and join a university to complete your studies. *said in one breath*

*stands suddenly and eyes widened* WHAT THE-
Lara (Alex's Mom)
*glares*
Alex
*gulps and ruffles his hair* I'm not going from here. I will stay here and here only.
Marcus (Alex's Dad)
What about your studies?
Alex
Let the studies die. *annoyed*
Lara (Alex's Mom)
You are going and that's final.
Alex
But what about our business?
Marcus (Alex's Dad)
I will handle it and listen. I don't want you to continue this without being literate. This is a risky business and I wish to do it alone for some time. You will go and complete your studies and that's final. *calmly*
Alex
But, why can't you get a home tutor like I studied for these all 12 years of school from ? I was homeschooled then why not now? Why should I go away? *sits near his dad*
Marcus (Alex's Dad)
Listen, you spent your 12 years here, homeschooled because it's the private island we don't have schools here, and you were too young to be left alone for studies. And the most important thing, in these all years, you never got the chance to learn socializing, and in our business it's the most important.
Marcus (Alex's Dad)
When you will go to college, meet new people, you will slowly develop ways to persuade anyone and catch them in word's web. *smirks* And that's what I want you to learn.

*stands* I don't want to leave you both.
Lara (Alex's Mom)
*stands and hugs him* My lil baby, mom is always there for you. *breaks the hug*
Lara (Alex's Mom)
*cups his face* Listen, I want you to get educated and be a literate man. Won't you do this much for me? It's not for me actually, it's just for you to develop every emotion, know people cause you just never went outside this island, except some international trips.
Lara (Alex's Mom)
Human are social animals, they can't live away from each other. I want you to go and study and learn this quality. *smiles*

*sarcastically* Then why we were staying here from these all years, away from whole world? What happened to that 'social animals' spirit?
Lara (Alex's Mom)
*stutters and looks at marcus* Cause we didn't want to get caught, Alex.
Marcus (Alex's Dad)
You know right how risky smuggling is? And ofc, we had to stay isolated to not get caught. *sighs*

Just whatever. *rolled his eyes, left*
Marcus (Alex's Dad)
*shouts from back* Let us know the date you wanna go so we can organize your farewell.

*shouts back* yeah yeah, farewell with sharks and fishes as guest.

*laughs and sighs*
Lara (Alex's Mom)
Marcus, do u think it's alright?
Marcus (Alex's Dad)
Obviously, it is. How do you expect him to agree to go out in real world where he never went for these much years? It will take time. Let him think. *calmly*
