It all started with snowfalls in the great kingdom of Emirates with princess Emily looking at each drop of snows, princess Emily was a sad child no one really understood her except for her friend who was also one of the maids in the castle.

Emily entered her mom's room who was also known by the entire kingdom as queen Adele. Mom you sent for me, I hope all is good. It is my dear she said as she spread her hands waiting patiently for an embrace from her daughter and behold Emily wasted no time she jumped into her mother's hands like she had been yearning for her mother love since forever, "My darling"queen Adele said tears Waring up in her eyes as she patted Emily hair.

 Mom I missed us,I miss this moment we are sharing now,it's been long since we had any quality time, you are always engrossed with the affairs of this kingdom she raised her tone a little. Queen Adele sighs deeply as she spoke that is why I want to remarry so that I can be with you more, at least your new dad will be able to take over the kingdom.

 But mom that's not the only criteria you should consider, you should be considering stuffs like is he honest with you,is he compatible with you, for goodness sake mom you can't just decide one morning that you want to marry someone you barely know, okay how long have you know this man you are talking about, I think about two months now, whoa just two months and you're talking about marriage oh that's just ridiculous, well marrying him is the only way out so you better start getting used to it and one more thing he is coming first thing tomorrow morning for breakfast I want you to be polite,no attitude,no nothing do you get that, hmm sure thing mom.

She went to her room as she shut the door and said to herself nobody can take dad's place no one, at this rate at which she loved her dad she was looking for the tiniest thing to make sure nobody fills the empty spot of her dad she didn't even care if she was being selfish.

 The next morning she took a shower,put on a very graceful dress and headed downstairs and as expected the man her mom told her about was already there pretending to be a gentleman she already hated the man, I'll see how long you can fake your love for my mom,she snared.

Good morning mom I hope you had a pleasant night she said as she emitted a warm embracing smile, I did darling thank you, and you she asked, oh mine was beautiful she glanced at the man standing near her mother with a dangerous look, this is Mr Eric, oooh Mr Eric how lovely to meet you she extended her hands Mr Eric reciprocated the handshake everything was pleasant until Emily's soft grip became tough like a man who has been working out all his life, he tried so hard to detach his hands, but her grip was too tight she continued while her lips curved into a knowing smile, she stopped when her mother called out to her, Emily I think that's enough handshakes but for now shall we have breakfast.

They started eating then Emily started a conversation with Mr Eric, sir please if you don't mind can I ask you a few questions. su....sure he said already sweating, so sir where do you stay, I stay in the town called wager from the neighboring kingdom, okay she shook her head, so what do you do for a living, ah...um... I... he stammered, oh sorry sir I didn't mean to make you uncomfortable I am just worried for my mom she is my only family, so I have to look out for her, you know what I mean, yeah of course he said.

This girl is really smart I must do something about her, I can't let her ruin my plan he thought to himself, I think I'll be on my way now, so soon won't you wait for dessert, oh no I have something important to deal with he said as he stood up to leave, this man doesn't know who he is dealing with I knew he had a motive, before you are able to deal with me I will make sure you regret ever stepping your foot here she said in a voice barely above a whisper
