Jungkook sat on the couch, his phone resting in his hand, but his mind was miles away. His mother’s voice from the earlier call still echoed in his head. “She misses you so much, Jungkook-ah. I’ve already spoken to PD-nim, and she’ll be with you for a week.”
A week. His little sister was coming to stay with him for a whole week.
It wasn’t that he didn’t want her there—he loved her more than anything—but what if the members didn’t? What if she became a burden to them? They all had such tight schedules, and the dorm wasn’t exactly a place for a child. He sighed, running a hand through his hair. Maybe he should warn them—
Ding-dong!
The sudden sound of the doorbell made him jolt. His heart pounded. It couldn’t be—could it?
He practically sprinted to the door, flinging it open, and before he could even register her tiny frame, a blur of pink and laughter crashed into his legs. Small arms wrapped tightly around him, and a familiar scent of baby shampoo filled his senses.
“Jungkookie oppa!”
He looked down, his heart squeezing at the sight of her big, sparkling eyes looking up at him, cheeks flushed from excitement. She grinned, revealing her tiny teeth, and before he could even react, she climbed up into his arms as if it was the most natural thing in the world.
He lifted her effortlessly, hugging her close, feeling her warmth seep into him. “You’re really here,” he whispered, still in slight disbelief.
She nodded eagerly, her tiny hands patting his cheeks. “Eomma said I can stay with you! You’re happy, right?”
Jungkook felt his throat tighten. “Of course, I am.”
A chorus of voices came from behind him. “Uh... Jungkook?”
He turned to see the rest of BTS standing in the hallway, eyes wide with surprise, some still holding snacks or drinks mid-motion.
Jin blinked. “Is that... a child?”
Jimin tilted his head. “And why is she calling you oppa?”
Taehyung took a step forward, staring. “Wait... Is this...?”
Jungkook swallowed hard, suddenly feeling the weight of all their eyes. His little sister, completely unaware of the tension, just giggled and waved at them with her tiny fingers.
“Hi, I’m Jungkookie oppa’s little sister!”
Silence.
Then—
“OH MY GOD.”
The dorm exploded into chaos.
Namjoon nearly dropped his book, Yoongi’s eyes widened slightly—his version of pure shock—and Hoseok clutched his chest as if he had just witnessed a ghost. Jin’s mouth opened and closed like a fish, while Jimin and Taehyung exchanged glances, both processing the unexpected arrival.
Jungkook cleared his throat, shifting his sister in his arms. “Uh… guys, this is my little sister. She’s staying here for a week.”
A beat of silence.
Then, chaos part two.
“Why didn’t you tell us?!” Jin gasped, rushing forward, only for the little girl to hide her face in Jungkook’s shoulder.
“She’s adorable,” Jimin whispered in awe.
“She’s so tiny,” Hoseok added, eyes wide.
Taehyung crouched down to her level. “Hello, little one. I’m your Taetae oppa.”
She peeked at him shyly before giggling. “Taetae oppa?”
Taehyung clutched his heart dramatically. “She’s already my favorite.”
Jungkook sighed, but a small smile played on his lips. Maybe, just maybe, things would turn out fine.
Little did he know, this was only the beginning of a week full of laughter, chaos, and love.
Jungkook barely had time to process the whirlwind of reactions before his little sister wiggled in his arms, demanding his attention. Her tiny fingers gripped his hoodie as she turned her wide eyes to the members standing before her.
“Jungkookie oppa, are they your friends?” she asked curiously, tilting her head.
The members collectively gasped.
“Friends?!” Jin clutched his chest in mock offense. “We’re his hyungs! His brothers!”
The little girl blinked before a small smile spread across her lips. “Then that means… you’re my brothers too?”
Jimin immediately let out a squeal. “Oh no. I’m in love.”
Hoseok covered his mouth as if trying to contain his emotions, while Taehyung crouched in front of her, eyes shining. “That’s right, little one. You’re our baby sister now!”
Yoongi, who had been quietly observing from the couch, smirked. “Looks like we have a new maknae.”
Jungkook groaned. “Hyung, don’t start—”
“Too late,” Namjoon said with a chuckle, stepping forward and ruffling the little girl’s hair. “Welcome to the BTS dorm, kiddo.”
Her giggle filled the room like sunshine, and Jungkook felt his earlier nerves melt away. Maybe bringing her here wouldn’t be so bad after all.

The Tour Begins
“Alright, princess,” Taehyung announced, lifting her up despite Jungkook’s protests. “Time for a grand tour of your castle.”
Jungkook shot him a look. “Hyung, she’s not staying forever.”
Taehyung waved him off. “Shhh, let me have my moment.”
They paraded her around the dorm, showing off their rooms, the kitchen, and the living area. The members were extra dramatic about everything.
“This is the most important part of the house,” Jin declared, pointing at the fridge. “It holds all our food, which keeps us alive.”
She gasped, placing a tiny hand over her mouth. “That’s amazing!”
Jin nodded proudly. “You have good instincts, little one.”
In the living room, she found Yoongi’s keyboard and immediately pressed a few keys. “Can you play, Yoongi oppa?”
He glanced at her, then at the expectant eyes of the members. With a small sigh, he sat down and played a soft melody. Her face lit up with wonder, and when he finished, she clapped excitedly.
“Wow! You’re so good!”
Yoongi, who rarely smiled that wide, chuckled. “You’ve got good taste, kid.”

Jungkook’s Room: Safe Zone?
Finally, they reached Jungkook’s room, and the little girl wiggled out of Taehyung’s arms to explore. She gasped at the plushies on his bed and immediately claimed one.
“This is my favorite now,” she declared, hugging it close.
Jungkook raised an eyebrow. “You just got here, and you’re already taking my things?”
She beamed. “Sharing is caring, Jungkookie oppa.”
The members burst into laughter while Jungkook sighed in defeat.
“Alright,” Namjoon clapped his hands. “We should order food and let our new little sister settle in.”
She perked up. “Can we have chicken?”
Jin gasped. “She really is one of us.”
Jungkook watched as his little sister blended in so naturally with his members. They treated her like their own, doting on her and making her laugh. He had worried she might be a burden, but now he realized something else.
She wasn’t just his sister anymore.
She was BTS’s baby now.
After settling in, Jungkook’s little sister was already making herself at home. The members were wrapped around her tiny fingers, each one eager to get her attention. Jungkook, on the other hand, sat back and observed in disbelief as his once-mature hyungs turned into children around her.
“Alright, princess, since you’re our guest, you get to pick the first game!” Taehyung announced, kneeling in front of her.
Her eyes lit up. “A game?”
“Yes!” Jimin nodded excitedly. “Do you like hide and seek?”
Her little hands clapped together in delight. “I love hide and seek!”
Namjoon chuckled. “Alright, but no breaking anything while running, okay?”
Jin patted his shoulder. “You should tell yourself that, Namjoon-ah.”
The little girl giggled. “I’ll be the seeker first!”
The members scrambled in all directions, trying to find hiding spots. Jungkook sighed, rubbing his forehead. “I can’t believe you guys are taking this so seriously.”
Yoongi, already halfway hidden under a pile of blankets, smirked. “It’s about survival, kid.”
Jungkook shook his head as his sister began counting. “One… two… three…”
Game Time Chaos
As soon as she shouted, “Ready or not, here I come!” the dorm was filled with muffled giggles and shuffled movements. The little girl searched every corner, checking under the dining table and behind the couch. It didn’t take long for her to find Jin, who was attempting to hide behind a lamp that was way too small to cover him.
“Aha! Found you, Jin-oppa!” she cheered.
Jin groaned dramatically. “Nooo! I was so young…”
One by one, she found them all—except Yoongi, who had somehow managed to stay hidden. Everyone gathered in the living room, looking around in confusion.
“Where’s Yoongi-hyung?” Taehyung wondered aloud.
A mischievous glint appeared in the little girl’s eyes. She tiptoed to the pile of blankets where Yoongi had been hiding and pounced on him. “Got you, Yoongi-oppa!”
Yoongi let out a surprised grunt before chuckling. “You’re sharper than I thought.”
She grinned. “I win!”
Dinner Time Bonding
After an intense game of hide and seek, everyone was starving. They gathered around the table as Jin and Namjoon served up a feast of chicken, ramen, and side dishes.
The little girl swung her legs under the table, munching happily. “This is the best dinner ever!”
Jin smiled proudly. “I agree. My cooking is a masterpiece.”
Jungkook reached over to wipe a stray grain of rice from his sister’s cheek. “Eat slowly, you’ll choke.”
She pouted but listened to her brother’s words.
As they ate, the members took turns telling her funny stories about Jungkook’s embarrassing moments. From his baby photos to his childhood habits, nothing was off-limits.
“…And then, Jungkook cried for an hour because he lost a toy in the bathtub,” Jimin finished, laughing.
The little girl gasped. “Really, Jungkookie oppa?”
Jungkook groaned, covering his face. “Hyung! Why do you guys do this to me?”
The room erupted into laughter, and the little girl giggled along, enjoying the warmth of family.
A Sleepover to Remember
After dinner, the members transformed the living room into a massive sleepover area. Blankets, pillows, and plushies covered the floor, creating a cozy nest.
“Since we’re all sleeping here tonight, let’s tell stories!” Taehyung suggested.
The little girl snuggled into Jungkook’s lap. “Can I tell one?”
“Of course!” Namjoon encouraged her.
She took a deep breath. “Once upon a time, there was a little bunny who missed her big brother very much. She traveled all the way to his castle, and when she got there, she met his amazing friends who were like her big brothers too! They played games, ate yummy food, and had lots of fun together. And in the end…” She looked around at all of them. “She knew she never wanted to leave.”
Silence filled the room for a moment before Hoseok wiped an imaginary tear. “That was beautiful.”
Jungkook’s heart clenched slightly at her words. He wrapped his arms around her protectively. “You’re really happy here, huh?”
She nodded sleepily. “Mhm… I love my big brothers.”
Jin sighed. “How are we supposed to let her go after this?”
Jungkook didn’t have an answer to that. For now, he just held his little sister close, knowing that the days ahead would be filled with even more precious memories.
