Me and her sit by the tree watching the stars shine. To be honest I dont know what's brighter, the moon or that shine in her eyes that seem to glisten with every look. She doesnt smile often, in fact I've never seen her smile at all, not even once, only a smirk that tends to come and go at my corny jokes or the smell of food. Her strawberry scent fills the air and the sound of my heartbeat growing with each minute of being next to her. Shes so close that my face feels like its glowing in the darkness of the night. I want to say something but this all feels like something out of a romance manga, I'm barely able to speak but I know she doesnt feel the same, my crush for her is only a crush and nothing more. With a small breathe come out of her mouth she says looking up at the stars "you know...I've always been jealous of you" and with that same smirk appears on her face, the one where you can tell shes holding back tears and sorrow, as if she feels broken. "I've always wanted to be that happy cheerful person that people feel good around and want to talk to. It's kind of surprising that I used to be like that, I'd always have a smile on my face" she laughs"can you believe that?" She turns to me with that same smirk. I look at her gently and put my arm around her and bring her to my side. "Of course I can, and i dont want you to have to change for others, I like you for you and that's all that matters" I rest my head on her shoulder, it's so calming to be with her. "Ugh you're so clingy let go" she says as she tries to push me off. "Mmm how about? No." I smile and look up at her now with both my arms around her. Me and her make contact and I feel my heart skip a beat, those eyes, they're so beautiful, shes beautiful, everything about her just seems so perfect to me. I bring my hand to her cheek as we both gaze into each others eyes before I quickly realize what i was doing and i begin to blush and look down as my hand is still to her cheek. "Oh?" I can feel her smirk as she grabs my hand, I jump up and me and her are now face to face, "you do know if you try anything intimate it could end our friendship right?" Her still looking me deep in the eye coming closer with every step I go back. "Now we dont want that right?" At this point I'm lying on the ground as shes on top of me," you dont want to ruin our friend ship do you?" Her still holding my hand, comes closer to my face as we lock eyes for a minute, my heart feels like it's going to explode from my chest, god damn how come I never-why is she so dominant," I'm just teasing you im not that mean, but if you want to finally grow a pair of balls and finish what you were going to start, do it, you have 3 seconds" our noses now touching, and eyes locked this whole time, my heart beats faster with each number she counts down. "3..." I look away feeling embarrassed, damn I'm such a bottom, "2..." I look back at her and hold her cheek bringing her in for a kiss "1.." she smirks once more as our eyes close and lips interlock.
