It was the first day of school… After summer vacation, everyone has to return to school, including the teachers…

Miss Apple did her usual schedule every time she's in school. Before class started, she would stop by at her co-worker office and left them some fresh apple pie that she bake every morning. Mister Digital, who was working in his office, heard the door open, he stood up from his desk and see it's just Miss Apple. He blush since he had a huge crush on her. The way she smiled, the way she talks. Everything about her just made him fall for her more and more every day! At the time, he didn't know that Miss Apple had feelings for someone else… With a shy voice, "Good morning, Miss Apple. I see you bake another apple pie", he said and tried his best to act cool in front of his crush. Miss Apple giggle at his shy attitude before she responds in her gentle tone, "Good morning to you too, dear. I see you're the first one to arrive to school day, good job", she said, giving a thumbs-up. The two of them sat down on the school field, just enjoying the apple pie together while watching the sunrise… "So… I was wondering if you would like to join me for dinner tonight? If you want to, of course." Mister Digital ask… It was Valentine's Day at the time, Miss Apple didn't realize what day it was, so she happily agreed, thinking that Mister Digital just need some company… When she agreed, Mister Digital almost faint from happiness. He put on a brave face and smile before responding in a happy tone, "Great! I'll see you tonight. After school, at my place, okay?", Mister Digital sounded like a child who received a candy from someone. As soon as the bell rang, the two of them left to go and do their work. Mister Digital couldn't stop thinking about the dinner date to the point where he barely focused on his work! Mister M notice this, which made her mad because he's not doing his work. During lunch, Mister M come up to Mister Digital and slam his hand against the table he's sitting on. Mister Digital snap out of his thought before looking up at Mister M. His face turn bright red when he realize he was caught read handed by the principal, "It was that obvious, wasn't it?", he said, nervously looking away from her. "Yes. This is the fourth time you lost focus on your work, D's. You know that the students are relying on us about the school system, otherwise, they won't get enough education to graduate and get a job or accomplished their dream career. What's worst is that their parents might blame us on their lack of education!", Mister M shouted in frustration and disappointment.

Mister Digital was preparing dinner as soon as he went back home from work. He did his best on setting up everything. By the time he finished setting up the last touch, Miss Apple have arrived wearing beautiful red dress. Mister Digital almost faint when he saw her in them, but luckily, he managed not to make a fool of himself and invite her in, leading her to his backyard where he had set up a beautiful picnic date.

"You did great on the decorations, D" said Miss Apple as she sat down on the picnic blanket beside Mister Digital. The two of them begin chatting while eating the food that Mister Digital had prepared. He knew how much she loved candy apple, seeing her happily ate it just made him melt. "So beautiful..." Mister Digital whisper to himself. In the end, the two of them lay down on the blanket, staring at the star together and just admiring them. "You know... This is the best moment any girl could ask. Thank you, D" said Miss Apple as her hand slightly touch Mister Digital hand. Mister Digital smile, happy that he could make Miss Apple feel like this, especially since most girl prefer other type of guy beside him. "I'm glad I could make you feel happy, Miss Apple...". There was a moment of silence before Mister Digital sat up, "You know, I've been meaning to ask you this... Will you...?" He got on one knee and hold out a box and slowly open it, revealing a wedding ring inside. "I know that this is a little sudden, but... Miss Apple? Will you make this man the happiest person on earth and marry me?". Miss Apple was obviously surprised since this happened so fast. In a gentle voice, she replied "Oh, D... I'm sorry, but... I don't feel the same way", those words shattered Mister Digital heart, she went on, saying "You're a great guy and all, but I'm in love with someone else. He meant a lot since he's been there for me when we were growing up... But... We can still give it a try, right? We'll take it slow and see if we had a connection" Mister Digital was a little disappointed, but at the end, he felt a little hope about it. "Yeah, I like that..." Mister Digital smile, feeling like there's still a chance for him on winning Miss Apple heart. The two of them had an awkward moment for a while before they smile and hug each other. That's when it started raining outside, the two of them hurry inside, Mister Digital insisted that she stayed for the night, he gave her a spare cloth, eventually the two of them settled in the living room on the couch, watching TV together and enjoying a cup of hot chocolate, just enjoying the film with the sound of the rain together...

It's been months since Miss Apple and Mister Digital start dating... Everything went out just fine. They went on dates, picnic and more. Though, as time went by, Papaya begin growing distance from the two of them.

When Miss Apple tried to ask her what was wrong, she refuse to tell her and would find excuse not to tell her. Because of this, it grew an intense sensation between them. Mister Digital did his best to help, but every time he did, he would get yelled at or get lecture again and again even though he's only trying to help. Eventually, he gave up trying and decided to confront Papaya himself. Face to face. With. Her!

After dinner, Mister Digital stomp toward Papaya cabin and kick the door open. At the time Papaya was organizing her books for tomorrow lessons. When she heard the door slam open, she almost dropped all her book. "What the heck, dude?!", she yelled at Mister Digital. He slammed the door shut and angrily approach her. "Tell me the truth... Why are you acting like this? Did our relationship bother you so much?", Mister Digital ask while referring to his relationship with Miss Apple. Papaya let out a sigh before finally, she spilled out the TRUTH! "It's because I'm jealous, okay?! The fact that you choose someone like her just made me feel like I wasn't enough for you...", Mister Digital was shock. The fact that Papaya admitted her feelings for him felt like the world had turn a 180° on him. "You... Like me? I thought that you like Mister Eel more. Look at him, he's cool, Rad and even have a matching leg warmer with you!", Mister Digital face turn red as a tomato, realizing that he was jealous of Papaya relationship with Mister Eel... "Look, I'm sorry if I made you feel like you're not good enough. I guess I was blind by Miss Apple beauty that I did not realize my soulmate was actually here all along...", Mister Digital word felt like a cupid had shoot through her heart. "Soulmate... You really think we're soulmate?", Papaya ask, obviously she was overthinking about the whole situation here. "I know it's hard to believe, but just know that I love you for who you are... Besides, I don't think my relationship with Miss Apple is working out. I never knew how aggressive she can be when she's angry. Or physically aggressive..." He lifted his sleeve, showing some bruises on his arm. It was obvious that Miss Apple can be pretty violent and aggressive sometime. Papaya finally have evidence to report her to the guidance counselor and for once getting Miss Apple the treatment she needed. If she didn't, this behavior could get worse day by day if she ignored this. She didn't want to risk anyone life, including Mister Digital... He meant a lot to her, especially since he's the only one who gets her and respect her for who she is...
